I went in looking for a cam roller set for the agitator of a 8 year old whirl pool washer. The customer service guy in the khakis shirt with yellow parted teeth helped me. I asked if he had rollers and gave him my machine number. Right away he insinuated I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I showed him online and he then began to say the washer was to old, I broke it and I didn’t know what I was doing. He said I should just buy a new washer. He delivered this degrading customer service with a smile. I left and found the parts down the road. I won’t go back. Poor company, having him work for them.

This place one of the most challenging docks Ive ever encountered. I always call inside when I arrive out front. Theres a woman named Sylvia in charge of receiving, this lady stops traffic in both directions so Im able to Blindside from the street, across the parking lot, to put it in the dock door. She makes it all possible, without her help, its damn near impossible. Shes awesome! 😎
