We ordered a double wall oven and cooktop with downdraft. 1) Steve Lawson was amazing in helping us with our choices. He gave us really great advice. He was very patient and kept us up to date on timeliness as everything is delayed due to COVID.Amazing customer service as he went above and beyond to help us with our old existing failed appliances. 2) Their prices are MUCH better than all the big box retailers. I cannot believe we never sought them out before. 3) Availability - We only went there because we wanted to actually see the items in person before we purchased them. No other retailers had anything out on the floor. 4) Delivery - we had a mixup on our side but they delivered faster than we anticipated. They brought the appliances in our house and put them exactly where we needed them. 5) Installation - while they do not offer installation services, they recommended the best installer. Luke Allen Smith was worth every penny installing a 300+ pound double wall oven He even showed us that WD-40 is the best stainless steel polish/cleaner. Awesome experience all around.
Best place to get quality appliances and expert advice. Ask for James he knows a lot about all the different appliances and well make sure you get the one you need excellent customer service.
STAY AWAY!!!! This is the WORST experience we have ever had trying to get help or an appliances and service. First.... the refrigerator I ordered “like the store model” was NOT the same one that was delivered. The vent hood we chose “like the store model” was supposed to have the heat lamp, like the store. The one we got, NO HEAT LAMP. The best part. We ordered appliances in Nov. 2020- no install until after the beginning of the year, to which I tried to be patient with COVID and understanding that things are taking longer. However, we got installed and the microwave drawer didn’t work, had power but no heat since day 1. Then I called Cenwood for help. I will say there was one nice lady there that tried to help me and I appreciated that but after that the buck was tossed to GE and told me they ordered a part to fix it. 4 MONTHS later and a mystery box from GE shows up, still no service person and the now today is JUNE and we just randomly had a man banging on the door at 7:50am from GE (who I scheduled through them after numerous follow ups and no help with GE). Turns out they gave GE my phone number WRONG so they had tried to call and never could reach us. Today the man that tried to service the part told me we don’t even have a case number to fix the issue, and the WRONG part was ordered to even fix our problem and now it will be the end of July before they can possibly get the right part. Ask me if Cenwood ever called us to ask if we got resolved or taken care of. NOT ONE WORD. I could go into more detail of how this has been but I think you should save yourself and go somewhere else so you don’t end up like we did. You shouldn’t pay over $20,000 and get this kind of service. Super frustrated is an understatement.
Absolute customer service NIGHTMARE! These people installed the appliances in our new home. The dishwasher never worked from day one. It’s been two month now, countless phone calls, voice mails, emails etc trying desperately to get them to come fix it. They constantly try to pawn us off on third party repair services as if this is a warranty issue. I’ve had these services no show multiple times when scheduled to fix our appliance. With all the money I’ve lost taking time off,work for this, I could have bought 3 new dishwashers. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Updating my review - my feelings aside of how I feel I have been treated. If you are looking for a company with good warranties that stand by products they sell being in working order, look elsewhere.
We had the best experience at CenWood! We came in this weekend to shop for appliances and every single employee was so wonderful! They treated our kids with so much warmth and love and really made this process so easy! We could not recommend them anymore!

NEVER AGAIN !!!!! Purchased all new appliances ( Brand New Home ) and TROUBLE began immediately. GE Washer installed w/o removing shipping block on agitator and 8 days after installation, 2 laundry mat visits, and use of personal days from work, finally got a new one. FRIGIDAIRE side by side water dispenser sprays water from underneath the electronic console, NOT the nozzle its supposed to. Cenwood apparently has gotten too big and cozy with contractors to take the time to even test the products they are selling. Shiny new home and picked a LEMON APPLIANCE STORE.
I was very pleased with the service and support received from Cenwood. Their very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped make building my new home a smoother process by speaking directly to my builder. All I had to do was show up and pick out my appliances. The entire staff worked together to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend buying appliances from this business if you are either building or remodeling your home
Make sure that you order your appliances before you start building because it will take Cenwood longer to deliver your appliances than it takes to build a house. I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence and indifference that this company oozes. The only thing reliable about Cenwood is their unreliability. Dont be fooled if they tell you it will take a week, a month or even two months to deliver your appliances despite logic to the contrary.
My first stop for major appliances. With their volume selling to builders I often find them significantly cheaper than the big box stores.
