I bought a used refrigerator from the sales rep Chaka at Shelby Home Appliances that never worked in February. We tried calling them for weeks because we could not physically go back to the store because of Covid-19 and the sales rep was unwilling to fix this problem. They do not answer the phone and sell lemons to their clients. I would not recommend anyone waste there money here as I did!

Went looking for a dryer and ended up with a dishwasher too! The young man and his daughter couldnt have been nicer. Nice to go somewhere where they dont just make the sale and kick you out. A+++++. Customers for life!

I purchased a stainless steel refrigerator a few months ago and got it delivered by the company. My refrigerator stopped getting cool and the freezer was over freezing. No worries because there was a warranty in place. The technician said that the refrigerator was not fixable because who ever delivered it damaged it. Something was torn at the bottom which prevented the air from traveling to the bottom . After informing the owner, he proceeds to tell me that company has changed to a new company. This is the man who delivered my refrigerator, so I am confused. I will be filing a lawsuit. I am left with a new, non-working refrigerator. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM THE APPLIANCE STORE LOCATED AT 3665 MILBRANCH.
