I had issues with my water heater. I was referred to Trent for his water heater expertise. He promptly called me back and he walked me thru trying to reset it. What a wonderful experience! My mothers AC stopped blowing cold air so we contacted Mr Fix It at 0800. 2hours later he was at her house and within seconds he knew what was wrong. He swapped out the capacitor and BAM! Cool air again :)He then stay for about 15-20min further explaining the issue and other tips on taking care of the unit.My mother will be using him for her semi-annual AC servicing. Mr. Fix-it is a God Send! Hes very personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My wife and I met him and his wife by happenstance at a restaurant. We were in need of anA/C installer to install a ductless Mini-split and were having trouble finding an installer that we could depend on. Just out of conversation he mentioned his profession. Wow, what timing! He came over the next week for a site walk, explained what and how he would install it. He explained best practices and had great ideas on how to make the install neat (I am a neat freak). He walked me through the entire process and at once I felt confident that he was the tech to do the job. Did he do a good job? Better than we could ever imagine! He paid attention to detail, he was very meticulous and oh so very neat. When he was done the WOW factor was off the chart! To top it off he even offered to check our main A/C for no additional cost.
