Customer service was very unhelpful. They only said that the technician would be there after 12:00 pm. Didn’t show up until 8:30 at night. Almost didn’t show up because they called the house number, not the cell phone number specifically given to them to reach person who was meeting the technician. They don’t even leave a message if the phone isn’t answered, they just cancel the service call.Very unhelpful and no way to run a customer friendly, accommodating company.Will discourage anyone from using this company.

Sean listened carefully and was very responsive to our concerns and needs. We especially like that he was respectful of our home and wore protective shoe covering while going in an out of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure at least the immediate concerns was addressed until the larger most costly issue could be fixed.

Something has dramatically changed with this company. We called for service at 2 pm and they could not come to the following day. They said after noon. They did not show up until 12:.01 am and left at 2:38 am. Our service guy was great but this does not excuse them showing up after midnight without a warning. Not acceptable business practice. When you call it is no longer a local office, its a call center. Not a happy camper.

From start to finish, these guys were incredible.ESTIMATE: Jeremy was sent out to give me an estimate to replace my 16 year old moldy unit that was falling apart. (It was still cooling so I guess you really cant stop a Trane) He answered the 2.5 thousand questions that I had and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. He made a couple of recommendations and sent me 2 quotes with a variety of options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each one. I ended up choosing another Trane with a 2 stage compressor and variable speed air handler. Del-air pricing beat out all of the other estimates I got by at least 5%.INSTALL: Dave and Samuel were the guys installing the system. Im nosey so I watched a majority of the process. Without even asking, both of them would explain in detail of what they were doing and why. They really went above and beyond with the install by painting behind the air handler, cleaning out and replacing the insulation in the air handler stand, replacing the return air vent (it was painted over by previous owner), and even painted the stand. There was a small air leak behind the air handler that I noticed later and Dave came back the next day, found the air leak, and sealed it up. I really could not have asked for better service.

Willie did a great job checking my system over to ensure the correct diagnosis. Freon was required in excess of what he had on his truck after a busy day. So a nearby technician was routed to his location with additional freon. The job was done very quickly, professionally and priced very reasonably. I will certainty call Del Air for further maintenance or repair

I would like to give kudos to the tech (Willie) that was assigned to come out to the house to repair our A/C. Willie was very professional and thorough and explained in great detail to me what he was doing and why. In an area where you cross your fingers just to have a service tech show up never mind know what they are doing to actually fix an issue. Willie gives me hope that there is indeed people that care about what they are doing. Thanks again Willie, our house is nice and cool again!

Outstanding service! I called Del-Air to report a concern with my A/C system. After listening to my problem they scheduled a tech to visit the next day. Since I am scheduled to have annual maintenance performed on my system soon, they decided to schedule that work to be done at the same time. The tech was very respectful and extremely thorough during his visit. Now my system is running smooth!

Always timely, responsive and professional. The price is a reflection of their level of service ( You dont want a cheap price for shoddy work and cheap parts that willbreak in less than a year. Del Air is not overly expensive but they are not the cheapest. They are reasonable and fair in price points). No cutting corners and always updating the customer on any issues or future issues that could occur, so you can make an informed decision. Definitely a company that provides piece of mind and quality work. Would recommend to family and friends.

We had just moved into a new house about 5 days ago. Our main floor AC was just not cooling the house enough. So, we were referred to Del-Air by our realtor. I was very happy with the service. The technician was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem very quickly which was a clogged drain line caused by not having the unit serviced on a regular basis. He had the problem repaired in less than 30 minutes. Our AC is working great now. My only regret is after he left I thought... I wish he wouldve recommended that we pay to have the same service performed on our upstairs unit as they are both the same age and the other unit has probably not been serviced either. But now well have to pay another service charge to have him come out.

Had 2 appointments, no one showed up or called for either to cancel I called after the first appointment and was told the technician called and came to the door but no one answered. I have a dog that barks when someone is at the door and a Ring door bell with motion sensor. I also work from home close to the front door. Nothing indicated anyone had come to the house. No record of a phone call either. Called and rescheduled for the next day and another no show.

Matt our technician is the bomb! We were scheduled today for service between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. HOWEVER, he showed up at 8:25! A very courteous and professional technician, he found our problem and fixed it promptly. In addition, he explained the problem and the necessary solutions in a clear and concise manner. Del-Air will always be our GO TO HVAC company!

Del-Air is the BEST. We have used Del-Air for 6 years and can say only good things about the business. It is a smooth running business with intelligent employees. The technical staff are so polite and well trained. They are on time and do not leave a mess. We had them install our 2 new units in 2017 and also contract for servicing every 6 months. Called Del-Air for a problem with my year old air conditioning unit. They came out the same day. They sent TWO very knowledgeable & experienced technicians. They were able to diagnose the problem and replace the part that day. They were also happy to let me watch them while they fixed the unit, and explained to me each step. Sadly neither the part nor labor were covered under warranty but their prices were both reasonable and competitive. I’m seriously considering using them for regular maintenance.

Called on Thursday, 8/6 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday afternoon 8/8. On Friday we received a call asking if we were able to move the appointment to 8am Saturday morning and we said sure. We waited all day and no one arrived or called. We called on Monday 8/10 and were told the technician went to the wrong house. It seems a little far fetched since everyone, especially businesses, have GPS availability. Also, there was no follow up from the office. We rescheduled the appointment for 3pm on Monday the 10th and again waited with no technician or call from the office. That’s two strikes. We’re more than a little skeptical to give them another chance.

Your rep was thorough, courteous, and very professional. Finding the reason for the water backup was difficult since just blowing out the line did not solve the problem. He also showed me how to self maintain the line in between del-air Maintenance calls. As you can tell I thought he was outstanding.

Checked our unit completely and found a flow switch not working which was still under warranty so he replaced for us. Teddy was our technician he called prior to arrival and was on time. He came in and assessed the ac unit and performed the necessary testing and maintenance that was required. He answered all of our questions about the thermostat and asked if we had any other questions before he left. One more thing we appreciated was that he wore the dust booties while working in the house. Small detail big impact. We will definitely go with Del Air in the future. Thanks

Del-Air came out on 9/18 and replaced my AC condenser because of a leak. This repair cost me $890 (not including the fee to find and confirm a Freon leak - another $135) and now the system is no longer cooling my home on 9/21. Not satisfied at all and very unhappy with this company so far. Only reason I called - they installed the unit in my new home!Still waiting for the area supervisor to get me on the schedule to find out what is going on.

My ac went out on Saturday night and I was able to get ahold of Del Air on Sunday morning through there phone service. The representative who called me back was very helpful and was able to answer all my warranty questions. I have never had a less than exceptional service through Del Air.The technician Matt who cam out on Sunday afternoon was awesome. He was extremely polite and thorough. Matt got the ac up and running quickly and because of Del Air’s warranty program I wasn’t charged anything even on a weekend service call. Thanks Dell-Air!

Unprofessional. Aggressive. Overpriced. The techs must work on commission because every time I’ve called they were the most expensive and always said the repair was going to cost a lot and instead I needed a new unit. Last yr I called Quality Air and instead of the new unit Del Air said I had to have immediately, I spent $225 and got another year with the same unit! Electric bill is still $125 for 3K sq home.Yesterday I couldn’t remember the name Quality Air for nothing in the world and I called Del Air. MISTAKE#1 This time they sent a young kid who was polite in the beginning. He told us he could get the house cooled again with the cost totaling about $200. I was surprised but thrilled. Later he shows me the system and explains why I need to get a new unit. I surprised him when I said I would call the sales dept to price one. That was MISTAKE #2He goes out for a long while and then comes back and says the de-icing he said was no cost is now a cost because it isn’t working even though my boyfriend and I were looking at completely defrosted coils. He said there are 2 parts needed in the outside unit and maybe one on the inside and it’s going to cost about $500 plus “more than likely when I leave it’s going to stop working”! So I said what’s my alternative because now the house is 83 degrees?He said most people just run the fan and Del Air installs a new one!!We told him to do the repairs and that’s when this little boy became aggressive. No more yes’m. He became confrontational with me and when I asked him if everything was alright, he took a nasty tone. I asked to speak to his supervisor but instead he walked off and called him. Rick was his name. He angrily and incorrectly summarized the events to Rick and then hung up. By then my son had arrived and Matthew the tech was furious and enraged. I had him call Rick back and I talked to him. While talking to him, I could see Matthew provoking my son. Rick was absolutely useless and when I told him what was happening and I told him the situation was no longer tenable for his tech to be in my home and I was stopping the call, he had the audacity to ask me if I wanted him to have new sales come out!!! At that point I kicked Matthew out of my house! I’m not going to have a thug come to my home and stand in my property and threaten me or my family. My boyfriend asked him to at least but the cover back on the unit outside and take his bucket etc with him, this DelAir employee preferred to provoke and threaten my son and disrespect my boyfriend. While cleaning up the mess your employee left my boyfriend cut both of his hands and needed medical attention.I called Duron Smith immediately after and they was there within the hour. Total cost was $199 and my home is a cool 74 degrees. I WILL NEVER EVER CALL DELAIR. I just gave you at least 2 ACs companies that are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and won’t try to rip you off....Duron Smith and Quality Air

Weve used Del-Air for over 18 years. We have them come out every 6 months for preventative maintenance. Our compressor stopped working one night this summer, we called them, and they answered the phone! They were out before lunch the next day and fixed the problem. One little part, no up-selling. Were super happy with them.
