Our AC went out this morning and Climate Experts were able to have it fixed in a few hours. Connor diagnosed the problem and installed a gorgeous new Bluetooth thermostat and were happily enjoying the cool air returning to our home. Connor gave us a couple of thermostat options and explained the differences in function, quality and cost. He was polite, professional and even won over our killer Chihuahua. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Connor did a great job to determine my A/C failure. As my unit was 13 years old I went with purchasing a new York system and received a considerable discount.Both Connor and Roman did a very professional and neat job installing the new system in 1 day and even working through a neighborhood power failure. This place was so great all around. From the answering service to the technician. Being a new homeowner I wasn’t sure if I actually needed service and I was actually able to ask someone questions to make sure no one wasted time or money. I was able to schedule an appointment for that same day. Most people tend to be close after a certain time or even unresponsive even though they say they are open. I was notified that the appointment was confirmed and when my technician was arriving as well as their name and picture. I collected information and estimates from various companies over a 4 year period and Climate Experts exceeded all expectations in terms of customer service. This was a big deal for me, big investment, lots of research, not just a simple purchase with little thought. My old unit was still running but I knew it was a matter of time and was ready to act on the research. I saw this company and their BBB reviews so I figured Id get another estimate before signing on with another company I had planned to go with. Initially, I met with Jon who came out to provide an estimate on a new 5ton system. He was unlike any other AC tech - he took the time to get to know our wants, needs, and family situation to get us to where we needed to be. He came inside, sat down, asked questions and made suggestions that no other company made. It felt like he had our best interest as a top priority. Hes a great salesman but more than that, hes an all around good guy (...or I believe he is because hes just THAT good of a salesman haha)I was very honest that their estimates were higher than others received and while he was very likable, I wanted to work within a budgeted amount. That did not sway him, he tried to find ways to lower costs without sacrificing his most important recommendations. Honestly, I chose Climate Experts the moment I realized that regardless of whether or not I chose Climate Experts, Jon was going to make sure that I didnt get screwed over by another company by clearly spelling out the things I needed from whatever company I chose. My old unit was the original unit from 2004, there was a lot of leaking water, mold and damage to the box under the air handler. After discussing price and just building trust in Jon (haha, great salesman) I decided to not go based on price but to go based on the knowledge, time spent and the seemingly genuine regard Climate Experts could provide with an employee like Jon. I signed the contact, paid the deposit *I delayed this a few days* but once paid, the next day, the install was scheduled. Blake and Avery came out to install the unit, they did a great job. Very personable and hard workers. After install, they left and I noticed the AC seemed VERY loud to me. I thought I was going crazy and had buyers remorse. I missed my quiet but very leaky and inefficient old unit. This was a big let down as I worked myself up for 4 years to buy this thing... There were a couple other concerns that I had so I reached out to Jon that night, pretty distraught, and he assured he me he would get me on his schedule the next day and ensure these are addressed. I also spoke to the Office Manager the next day, expressed my concerns and she reiterated they would take care of this. Jon came out, not only found the issues I was having but made sure through complete diagnostics and testing that everything was done exactly how it needed to be. Among other things, he went in the attic and checked the duct to my intake and added some foam to ensure it was sealed and ultimately reduced the noise to next to nothing. Again, so impressed with his customer service and thoroughness. There may be many techs out there that may have been around longer than Jon but there is no question that this level of customer service is hard to find no matter where you go or who you work with. I highly recommend this company - they stand behind their work, they make sure the customer is happy and Im not gonna lie its a really nice unit (now that its not unbearably loud haha - my houses fault not the installers fault).

My AC stopped working on a hot, humid Saturday night, and I was expecting houseguests early the next morning. I contacted Climate Experts, and Blake showed up within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice. Before he arrived, I received an email and text with his photo and contact information, so I felt comfortable letting him into my home after hours. I am completely happy with my experience and would recommend this business to everyone.

Ok.. so this was a combination of services I ended up needing. The first incident was my AC going completely out. I called them late in the evening and they were able to come out the next morning. Blake came out assessed the system and got it running again. I signed up for the maintenance plan because I am really bad at anything maintenance. He also advised that my AC was on its last leg, but since I was working from home and busy, he rescheduled another appointment to fully explain my options. He came over the 2nd time and explained everything to me and explained my options. Being distrustful, I had done a lot of research on line and decided he was right to advise me to replace everything. They ended up getting me a new system I think like a week later. The cost of the repair was deducted from the new system and OMG. This new system is the best thing Ive done. The coldest room used to be the laundry room where the handler was.. now everything is evenly cooled and comfortable. Conner led the replacement crew and I was so impressed! Everyone I dealt with, including the office staff that have followed up with all the paperwork were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and terrific.. Ive run out of adjectives.. Will ALWAYS recommend this company to anyone I know. Excellent company!

Our technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable and was very helpful, providing tips on how to keep our system running smoothly. He also provided information on how to keep the salt air from damaging the condensers on our roof. He was very personable and timely.

The installation team from Climate Experts in Melbourne, led by Blake, did an outstanding job removing my 24-year old HVAC systems and installing two new Daikin split heat pump systems with dual air handlers. At every step of the way they offered clear explanations of their work while efficiently following a very clear and concise installation plan. They came prepared with all the parts, tools and documentation plus ample experience to complete this dual system installation in one day. Their attention to detail and quality work was extraordinary while ensuring no damage to any other surfaces or items in my home. They left the systems in perfect condition with a spotless cleanup. I am extremely pleased to have chosen Climate Experts and Daikin products for my HVAC systems which I hope will last as long as my previous systems. I had moved some things in case they would be in his way, and when he was done he put them back exactly where they had been. To say we are very disappointed is an understatement in Climate Experts and the way we were treated in the last few months with the technician not believing us on the constant power draw giving us $600 electric bills with $300/$400 being AC alone. The issue ended up being a stuck electric heater strip drawing 5000 watts of constant power but wasnt found either time Climate Experts were out but immediately by Paradise. The biggest issue I have is that when asking about the potential of the bad heater strip suggested by FPL we were blown off and told the technician didnt even know about KWs and what FPL does. If you want a company that just comes out and tells you everything is fine with your unit but doesnt care to listen to you about your actual issues this is the company for you. Me personally I prefer an honest company with technicians that actually listen like Paradise Air & Heat.

They explained all the various options for a new system and different upgrades that were available to me. I needed AC repair last fall, they came out on a Saturday morning and fixed it. My Goodman of 10 yrs is worn out, so I called Climate Experts to give me an estimate. I was very happy with Derek, and he didnt try to oversell. Matter of fact, for my house he said anything more than a 14 Seer was a waste of money. You got to love the honesty. He returned with a helper the next week and had my new Rheem installed and working in under 6 hours. Im very happy and plan on having them do the yearly maintenance. THANKS!!!!

What is important is how a business deals with them, and the customer, when something pops up... no matter how small. While each of my own quibbles has been small, Derek and the team (especially Chris) have gone well above and beyond what I expected and have provided amazing service.The work remains excellent, the techs knowledgeable, professional and courteous and my house has stayed cool just like I need I to be!I cannot recommend them strongly enough. 6/5 stars.

A couple of days before the scheduled appointment, she called to see if I would mind changing the appointment because an elderly man whose A/C was not working needed their help. We just took possession of a new (to us) house in July, in Palm Bay, and the painters were trying to finish up on a Sunday when the inside temp reached about 86 degrees. They were there trying to finish up so the movers could come on Monday and we needed to get the AC fixed fast. We found Climate Experts was willing to come out on short notice and fix the problem. Derek spent many hours, till late at night to get it done for us.In Florida, you need expert AC help. We bought the Platinum package, which we found to be very reasonable, and they just came out again this month (Jan), and did the free check up and added 1 pound of free refrigerant. The techs know our particular system as they make notes and take pictures. One tech knows what another has done because they keep records (notes and photos) of the work.Great attention to detail, always explaining what they are doing, and everything they find right or wrong and what it will cost if it needs to be fixed. If you ask questions or want to see for yourself, I found the 2 techs I dealt with very straight forward, knowledgeable, and professional. No tricks or surprises. I found them to deal straight and do a great job.

When is the last time a service technician actually discussed with you the condition of your air conditioner system? This guy, Chris, arrived and immediately went to work to show me the condition of my drain line. He also explained how the HVAC system should work and thoroughly educated me on the maintenance To the system. I am very pleased with this service call which was also at the last minute. As my AC had stopped working. He didn’t rush to sell me a new system but rather explained how to take care of the one I have now. Of course, he will send me a bid for a new HVACX. They showed up before schedule which I appreciated due to the heat in our house. They did determine we needed a new ac unit, but ours was 17 years old so it was to be expected. The guys were able to come back 2 later to install a complete new unit and lent us portable air conditioners for the day and half in between diagnosing the issue and replacing the unit. Very professional!!!

I woke up to a very hot house Connor came out quickly to find the issue. Unfortunately, something they do not experience often my AC part was not available and it took a few weeks to come in. However, as soon as the part arrived Connor was back out to install and ensure everything was working properly. In addition, since it was so hot out (90° in the house), they left an AC loaner unit so we could at least sleep comfortably. Super sweet, dependable AND he even offered to help me move my couch back after he cleaned up and took the loaner unit back. Definitely happy with the service!! Thanks Connor!!

James the technician showed up promptly with a great attitude. He got right to work took care of the maintenance issues promptly. Great team and great experience from beginning to end. Robyn in the office was really nice and knowledgeable.The technicians I had were Connor and Travis. They did an awesome job explaining everything and giving me options. Nice, helpful and friendly. Would recommend them every time! Oh, and my ac is working great!

Every interaction with Climate Experts from my initial service call to the installation of a whole new system was an absolute pleasure. Being highly irritable when my a/c broke in peak heat and I was left to sweat after a $100 diagnostic with no follow up whatsoever by Able Air, Climate Experts was extremely responsive, polite, and understanding. From my 7am phone call on the Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend until the installation of my new air conditioning system as soon as weather would allow, my experience with Climate Experts has been exceptional. My call was returned within a half hour and Connor, their technician, was at my home by 9 am. Professional and knowledgeable, he was able to give me an estimate at that time. When he returned with Travis for the installation, the work was done flawlessly. I would recommend Climate Experts to everyone for their customer service, fair pricing and wonderful techs.

Climate Experts sold and installed our new HVAC system to us 6 months ago. The service was great then, and they just completed the 6 month checkup and again the service was outstanding. Chris is the ultimate professional, communications were great, took his time and was extremely thorough! The system has been everything they promised, honestly the best performing HVAC I have had (across 13 homes over the years!). Great service. Had some issues with the AC running a little warm so I called and set up an appointment. Connor came out and did a thorough job inside and out. He recharged my freon and gave me a few tips on how to keep it running more efficiently. Definitely recommend this company for AC needs.
