Our old, dying, AC unit was in desperate need of replacement. After contacting several AC companies in the area for estimates we selected Extreme Air & Electric as the vendor to purchase from & install our new AC unit. We selected them because of their history of excellent customer service based upon the many positive reviews we found on google. To start, their sales person Chris was prompt, courteous and spent time with us discussing our needs and wants. He really worked to provide us with an affordable estimate that would meet our air and heating needs. The scheduling process was easy and the installation crew arrived promptly as scheduled. They were able to remove the old unit, build the new stands and install the new units all in one day. They cleaned up everything and left the area better than they found it and even painted the new AC stand in the garage! They took the time to test everything and the other Chris explained and demonstrated the operation of the new thermostat. I cant complement them enough on their professionalism and would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this company and will use them for our annual maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Needed some help with an electrical / light concern. Sheldon arrived right on time, was very knowledgeable, was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He presented repair / replacement options, and had the whole thing wrapped up in about an hour and a half. He walked me through his repairs and helped me understand the issue. Excellent service, honestly best electrician I have ever had do work. He and Extreme Air and Electric are now my go to company for electrical. Plan to use them for any future Air issues as well. Really pleased with their service.

I recently had a situation where I needed to have my breaker panel replaced for insurance purposes. Time was critical to get this done. I work in the trades and I understand that right now getting pieces and parts for certain jobs is not an easy task. Extreme air and electric was able to get this work completed about a week after my initial phone call to them. The price was awesome. They also were able to accommodate me with some issues on me being able to be available while work was being performed. The work is complete and I am a happy customer. Since I work in air-conditioning For a different contractor, I cannot say anything about that side of the world but as far as the electrical side goes, I would recommend them to my friends and family for sure. We just had our new Trane 18 seer air conditioner installed by Extreme. We got estimates from several companies. Their salesman, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. When we complimented him on the thoroughness of his presentation, he commented that he had previously been an installer and service manager. Then when it came to installing our system, the two man crew were efficient, replacing our old Frankenstein mismatched system, with a Trane State of the art system and cleaned up everything after themselves. We love our new system. It is quiet, efficient and everything we hoped it would be.

Jon and Robert from Extreme Air & Electric, came to our home in order to up grade and provide service for our new screen room and spa. They arrived on time. Went about doing the work quoted. The installation was performed efficiently and neatly. I found the office staff friendly and attentive. They were aware of the scope of work and scheduling was a breeze. One of their employees, Andrew came to my house today because my Air Conditioning was not working. I had never had any dealings with Extreme Air and Electric before and did not know what to expect. I had called 3 companies before this one including Brevard - who told me that they were booked for today, but they could come tomorrow for a $95.00 home visit on a weekend. I told them id keep looking. I think Extreme Air (& E) was my 4th call. The phone was answered very politely and my information taken by a nice young lady. She said they probably could not get to my house until 6-8 p.m - I told her that was fine. Much to my surprise, I received a text very shortly after that - letting me know that the repairman was on the way. They also sent a picture of Anthony so that i would know what he looked like (EXTREMELY nice touch - that way - no worries) Anthony arrived shortly thereafter, and I liked him right away. He was courteous, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing and set to work right away. I cant say enough about this guy. He went above and beyond - even letting me know that there was a gap outside my house where the AC unit was in the siding - so it was not completely closed off - meaning small animals could get in and took a picture of it for me - thenemailed it to me. I want to thank Extreme Air and Electric, and Anthony for a great first experience with their company. I WILL be using them, and only them, in the future. I used Extreme Air & Electric, Inc.s online booking service to request an electrician for Saturday (8/21/21). I received a text confirming the requested appointment. On Saturday morning I called to get an update on when the electrician would arrive, and I was told that their electricians didnt work on Saturdays, but they could schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon (8/23). I received another text confirmation, this time stating that the electrician would be at my house on 8/23.I took off of work for the afternoon of 8/23, and waited at home for a call from the electrician (I was told they would call when 30 minutes away). I used their online chat to try and get an update at 3:30 PM, and was told the main office would be contacting me within 30 minutes with an update. When I didnt receive that update by 4:00 PM, I called the office myself, only to be told I wasnt on the schedule, but that they could put me on the schedule for the next day (8/24). At this point, I told them not to bother, as I would rather start over with a different company.

I got estimates from three companies regarding installing air conditioning and Heat in my house. I expressed to all of them that I was interested in Mitsubishi mini splits. Two of the vendors told me I did not want a mini split system. But I did. When I spoke with Chris Decker from Extreme Air he listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make the project affordable for me. Their wait time was shorter than other vendors for the installation. The technicians showed up on time and did a spectacular job. They answered all of my questions very professionally. The installation looks great and they left the area very clean. I absolutely love my new Mini Split system. In addition I got a much better warranty from extreme then other companies could offer. You can count on Extreme Air and electric to do the job right and do right by their customers. I have nothing but praise for the people at Extreme Air and Electric.

Anthony came to our home at 9pm to diagnose our ac system. He found a bad copper pipe with pinholes that let the freon and oil leak out. They end their workday at 10pm and he couldve said its too late but he didnt, he stayed late, past midnight to get us up and running before the weekend. We were amazed and thoroughly pleased with his professionalism and willingness to help us. Outstanding employee, great guy! 👍

I got three quotes but chose Extreme because I trusted their salesman. He seemed the most honest and least desperate. :) Explained everything I needed to know about the system and warranty, etc. I also wanted a Trane. Even though one company had a far better warranty Id rather go with a system that was less likely to need it!Extreme gave me a system more appropriate for the size of my home and showed me how to maintain it. It is much quieter than my last system and has an auto shutoff should the drain become clogged so it wont flood my home like the last one!Just had my free first year system check where the same installer came back and checked everything thoroughly inside and out. Great bunch of guys. I am comfortable with my choice and that is everything.If you sign up right away its $120 a year to cover that maintenance check and discounts should I need parts or service from here on in.

I trust them completely! I needed to replace my entire HVAC system. Their sales rep Desi was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining to me all the parts involved, what all had to be done, and offered me several options to consider. There was no pressure to decide right away ~ a good sign! Once I made my choice they scheduled the install right away. Three installers showed up exactly on time in what looked like brand new trucks ~ another good sign! Josh, Ray and Stephen worked almost the whole day and when they were done, the place was neat and clean. All the connections are tacked up nice and tidy. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood how to operate it. They were totally professional but also very friendly and polite. My new system is much quieter and my home is much more comfortable! I cant wait to see the savings on my electric bill! I would recommend Extreme Air & Electric to anyone.

Extremely poor service and the owner Bob Miller is an extremely hot headed terrible person- DO not use their service- We regret it so much. The job was not done well at all. They send people who did not know what they were doing. Had to call them 3 times to redo ducts. The AC was not labelled and had to pay external inspector to inspect just to find out that they did a terrible job. Do not use them - avoid at all cost. Used Able air for another property and although were ok, they were nice about fixing things. This company is horrible and so is the owner.

I am as picky as they come and have had a lot of experience with many trades over the years. These folks were top shelf from 1st contact to final inspection. I have never been more impressed. Ray you left a beautiful installation while overcoming some unexpected challenges. Thank You!

Great job. They were fast and efficient and finished a day early. Pleasant and respectful while in our home and were very friendly as well. We experienced every Florida home owners nightmare six months after purchasing our home finding out we need a complete gut of our entire HVAC system to include 60 year old duct work (Clearly our home inspection failed us). After receiving and reviewing several quotes we decided to go with extreme air. It came down to the value of what we were getting and the honesty of Chris Decker. Extremes quote for our duct work was 50% less then the other quotes and non of them offered a variable speed units. We were able to go with an upgraded XL unit, Trane XL 16i variable speed w/WIFI controls, offering more protection and adding years to the life of our units and get a 10 years service, parts, and labor warranty. With all this we were still $3500 less than the next quote which offered basic everything.

Friday came home to power outage in half our home, they came out on Monday for inspection and quote, scheduled work for Friday but the power went out completely Monday night, they resolved the electrical problem on Tuesday

Mike was great and went above and beyond for us. We appreciated his explanations and warranty good news.Extreme Air is our company from now on.

Had HVAC issues and called Extreme AC at 9:00 at night, along with about 5 other local companies due to 90°+ in my house and work the next day. By 9:15 I had received a call from Mike saying hed be out before 10:00. True to his word he showed up about 9:45!Did a great job, very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and educational. Went over my ACs issues, made it blow cold again within the hour, and told me about another part that looks close to breaking that he would recommend fixing sooner than later, but was not imperative at the time. Few weeks ago I came home from work and my home was more than hot from no AC. I made a call to the office and in about an hour, we had a technician to our home. When it came to a permanent fix the tech was able to provide us with an estimate listing a few options I could afford. I felt very little pressure and was super comfortable with EA&E and within a day they showed up right on schedule to install and removed old unit as well as clean & vacuum there work area. I was very pleased with the technicians who came to clean my house A/C ducts, Josh and Ray. They were very professional, efficient and just really nice guys! When they had to move decorative objects, they paid attention to detail putting them back in their right places, more perfectly than I would have expected. End of year I scheduled maintenance and now they have an app that advises when and who I can expect and again on time. The gentleman showed up at my house, got right to business and asked what my unit was doing. After a look at the inside and outside unit, he figured out what was wrong and was able to fix it on the spot and for a much lower price then I thought I was going to pay. Mike from Extreme took very good care of an inside AC problem. He showed up in the AM, quickly figured out what was wrong and the parts that were needed, provided a detailed estimate and explained clearly what was going wrong. He told me he might be able to get the parts the same day, but couldnt guarantee it. He called me back a few hours later and said he had the parts and was ready to come back and finish the job. Put in the call and they came out the same day. Mike did a full inspection other than coolant due to the blower fan going bad. He found issues with the original installation and fixed those along with other things. Had to order part but hopefully will be quick to come in and get A/C working again upstairs. So far, I would recommend.

The service is outstanding, prices are through the roof high! They charged $148.00 dollars for a capacitor that you can buy for $14. If price is no object use. If you need to pay fair value for a product look elsewhere!

My AC stopped cooling at 2:30 in the afternoon during one of the hottest weeks on record in Florida. Extreme Air said they would have a Tech at my house that day, even if it was in the evening. The Tech arrived at 8pm and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. I have used Extreme for over 10 years and highly recommend them! I wont use another company!

I had a issue where I got shocked by our shower faucet. Me and my husband are first time home owners and never had to call a electrician before. We didnt feel safe in out home and had to get the issue fixed fast. The gentleman that came to our home was Jon Little. He had the issue fixed fast and he was good at explaining everything to me. We called Extreme Air & Electric hoping they could come out and give us a quote to run a new wire from the air handler to the thermostat because there was a short somewhere along the line that no one could find in our 2 story house. They fit us into the schedule the same day. Chris Decker showed up right on time and after we explained to him what we needed to be quoted he was like no problem. Even though this was in July, not a whimper out of him, he showed nothing but pure professionalism and he headed straight to the attic. Within minutes he found the short! During construction of the house a nail had gone directly through the wire way up underneath a truss, and thats why no one had found it! But Chris was so thorough he found it! To make a long story short our quote to be rewired ($900) turned into a $79 service call. We were so HAPPY! Chris saved us over $800 and he fixed the problem in just minutes. We couldnt have been happier with Extreme and Chris, he was just super awesome and honest!

Michael from extreme air did a great job diagnosing and correctingan AC problem we have been having off and on for a couple months.It turned out to be a broken wire within the wire insulation leading tothe thermostat. It was possible we would have replaced the thermostatand/or other components had he not taken the extra effort to troubleshoot the problem in more detail instead of immediately assumingwhat appeared to be the obvious(thermostat needed replacing).The extra effort saved me the cost of a thermostat.Will definitely give Extreme and Michael a call next time we have a problem.

Mike was my technician. He was very experienced. He explained everything he was doing. He was also very respectful and professional. I felt confident with him as my technician.

Great service. Technician came on a Saturday night around 11 pm on an emergency call and was able to bypass the air handle control board to get the system running before my wife and young kids arrived home the next morning after vacation. House was over 90 degrees when I got home that night and would have been way too hot for the kids to be in. He saved me from having to pay for a hotel for several days while waiting for the control board to arrive and then had the part installed in less than 30 minutes after it had arrived. I’ll be using this company for any HVAC issues in the future.

Repair guy was nice and a professional. Didnt add on or create problems. Their price structure is a turn off. Ended up costs over 200 just to clear drain flow....all for paying a fair wage, but unless youre really free with ur money, pick someone else. Paid about 11 a minute for time here

Our AC went out around 6 pm. I called three 24 AC repair services. Anthony from Extreme was the only one who called me back. He arrived at the time he said he would and quickly identified the problem. He explained everything and was incredibly friendly. We were back in air conditioning before 9pm. Extreme AC will be our go to AC company from now on.

Super service! Ben arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with the electronic air filter system. The entire Trane Variable Speed AC/Air Handler system is just under two years old and was covered by the warranty. He ordered the part on Friday and came back to replace the power unit a few days later. Hands down Extreme Air and Electric is customer oriented and met my needs in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Extreme Air and Electric without reservation!! Kudos to Ben for a job well done! He is definitely an asset to the company!

We have used Extreme Air & Electric for many years for all of our Trane heating and air -both installations and maintenance. We have always been very pleased by their service- so yesterday we had them out again, this time for some inside lighting installation. John & Robert were our technicians that were sent out. They showed up on time and ready to work. Everything we needed done they were able to do it beautifully and no mess afterwards. We are beyond happy with these guys and are planning to have them back soon for more electrical lighting!

I called kind of late in the morning and got a return call right away. I was given a time that we were ok with but Anthony called saying he could actually come quite a bit earlier. He called again saying he was on his way. He fixed everything and gave great recommendations. We will definitely use Extreme in the future!

What a rip off! I just paid $141 for a part that costs $9.41 online and another $80 for the diagnostic. Anyone could have installed this part. It was 4 wires with a snap attachment. Such a joke. I was going to replace my unit next year and I will surely not be using this company. Do yourself a favor and not use this company. The technician was nice and the customer service was nice but seriously, 1000% mark up for an install. LAME!!!!!!!!!

We went with Extreme Air to replace our old air conditioner because of their quick response time and customer service. It really paid off. Our air stopped working and we called the company at 8:45 pm. Within an hour someone was out to our house and did a temporary fix to get us cool air overnight. The next day they came out and permanently fixed the problem. I highly recommend them!
