I scheduled a free hearing exam for my grandmother to see if anything could be done to help her navigate life a little more easily, and it sure paid off. After extensive testing, Heather spent about a half an hour going over results and answering all my questions. The depth of her knowledge regarding the inner ear exceeded mine, despite me having taken multiple courses on sensation and perception, and that depth of knowledge translates to solid advice. Long story short: my grandmother can once again hear well enough to interact with my daughter, and it means the world to all of us .

Shaded parking lot with wide spaces and a good place to wait in the car. The waiting room is pleasant & clean with tv and vending machines (card only). Staff are pleasant and efficient and the surgery was fast and successful. It was an overall good experience.

My experience was great. The place was very clean and had all areas of safety in place. Entire staff from the time they greeted me and until I left was very nice and pleasant. Hallie was very thorough while giving me the initial testing. Also she was very knowledgeable. The doctor was also very good. He doesnt rush and is very thorough in going over my exam and explaining his recommendations. Very pleased with entire experience and recommend them highly. This will always be my go to facility.

I had to re-establish myself with a local audiologist in the Melbourne area after moving back to Palm Bay from East TN.My old audiologist had sold his practice and retired. I did my homework and decided to go to Florida Eye Associates Hearing Center.I was totally pleased with my first visit and Jodi was so helpful in checking with my current hearing aid manufacturer for repairs that had been made to one of my hearing aids in the past year. She sent one of them back for repair/tune-up. Excellent customer service by the other young lady whos name I did not get, as well.I look forward to a long relationship with them for my hearing care needs.

FEA Hearing Center has the best and most competent staff for the hearing impaired in Brevard County. They do everything they can to insure that your hearing aids work as intended. There isnt a better hearing center in Brevard or Central Florida.

Be careful with this place. They might say you are covered by your insurance and tell you no copay when it isnt true. Billing dept very unprofessional. Our family is going to find another eye center even though we have been patients there for a few years. I guess they have so many patients they dont care about losing some.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago I informed the lady I was speaking with I haven’t been in a few years I don’t if I’m still a patient.. her response was I would have to set you up as a new patient went ahead scheduled the appointment arrived on time to only be told after waiting 45 minutes that I was discharged as patient and wouldn’t been seen today was given a list and sent on my way....Thank you for not training your staff properly today was a waste of time and PTO....

Everyone at Florida Eye Surgery Center was very friendly professional and explained everything thoroughly. I am elderly and at a few times had to have them repeat things for me to make sure that I understand good and they were very patient with me.

Always relaxed comfortable appointment. No pressure, no rush completely professional but at same time, almost like visiting a friend.

I had been looking for a new eye doctor and Florida Eye Associates had great reviews. I was not disappointed. I have been struggling getting a correct diagnosis for over 20 years because of my lazy eye. Other eye doctors have insisted on putting me in glasses even when I complained about headaches and that the prescription didnt seem right so I always left disappointed. It was my first visit and I thought, Well, here we go again. Lets see what they say.. I was shocked and so relieved when I spoke with the eye doctor and he informed me contacts would help greatly even with my lazy eye Ive been struggling with. I asked him, No glasses? He explained that glasses do not work with my vision and explained why they dont work. Every vision complaint I had expressed to previous doctors was validated all because my eyes dont work with glasses. I HIGHLY recommend Florida Eye Associates for their knowledgeable staff.

A very professional staff. Had never experienced such warmth knowing or not knowing what to expect.

Called in and they worked me in the same day. Gave me 2 to 2:30 and was called in at 2:45. Acceptable for being worked in between patients. The doctor took his time with me and I did nit feel rushed. Answered all my questions. Staff was polite and professional. Bathrooms were clean. Got a follow up apt. For two days after my visit. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Easy access. Handicap ramp at front door very easy to use and isnt miles long. Automatic doors would be nice but you cant have everything.

Well! They are more like a drive thru Dr.s. no much of time, no bedside manner s . I just have no good vibe from this place. Was like more money making than (Let me see if I can help You). I give to 🌟 because they wasnt rude and parking its easy.

We had a quick a check in for an appointment, but then we waited, waited, and waited some more. While everyone was nice, don’t expect to have an on time appointment. We are glad we got here when we did though because the place was very busy and the check in line was to the door! And still waiting, now in a different waiting room!!!

I recently had surgery performed by Dr Jason Ross, after having several prior visits due to an infection that neither my PCP nor Urgent Care physician were able to manage, due to its location. Ive had several visits with Dr Ross over a 3+ month period. Dr Ross has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very kind & overtly cares about his patients. In addition & more importantly, he is a great clinician! He diagnosed the cause of my infection & expected outcome with expertise. After the infection cleared, I elected for surgery. Dr Ross walked me through it. My surgery results are great! Dr Ross called me @ home the night of my surgery to check on my initial recovery & see if I had concerns. The office staff @ Florida Eye Associates efficient & helpful. JoAnne, Dr Ross assistant, is efficient & so nice!Ive met, or had testing done by Sara, & Jay, & they are both excellent. Julie, Betty are some of the office staff Ive dealt with & they are very nice, as is Jodi, surgery coordinator. ** I am one reason Dr Ross ran late on the day on my initial visit. Blame me & other patients like me. Forgive Dr Ross & his staff! Bring a book & relax in case there are more Joyces. Dr Ross is a great physician & his staff are excellent. We are blessed to have them in Melbourne, FL.

The care I receive is very good. I like my doctor and feel confident that he knows what hes doing. The office staff, while nice, would make the experience a 5 star experience with some training.

We go to see Dr Wiser for Eye Care. We have been going to him for years. Hes very through. You never feel rushed. But I must say hes always a little behind time. Very good doctor. I highly recommend him even just for regular checkups.

This place is taking advantage of people who trust them by telling them that they need to have a Refraction in order to get a new eye exam. Bull crap, insurance companies dont cover it so you have to pay $40 to get it done.when you question them about it they say that you have to have it. If thats the case then why does every other eye doctor in the city do it without a refraction.

Not satisfied with this business at all. Went for an initial visit and paid a co-pay, went back 4 days later for the same condition and was told that there would not be an additional co-pay only to receive a bill in the mail. When I called to inquire about the charge the office staff spoke to me as if I was a complete idiot and basically told me I had to pay additional co-pay regardless of what I was told at visit. I am wondering why they even let me leave without paying since they normally demand payment onsite??? Hmmm....

Waited for over 2.25 hours to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. I understand emergencies arise, but this was ridiculous. Did not even get to ask any of the questions I had for the doctor before I was rushed out the door. Never again.

In November 2008 I spent $4000 for lasik surgery. I spent the next 4 months trying to get their botched work corrected, which it was not. They sent me to Bascom Palmer and then tried to stick me with the bill!!When I protested they discharged me as a patient. So much for 5 years follow up. Never refunded a dime.The hacks name was Zorbis. Avoid at all cost

The phone number listed on their website is incorrect. Been trying to call for three days to reschedule an appt. Hope I do not get penalized!

My provider Blue Cross gave a list of Doctors in Melbourne and Palm Bay and all doctors are under Florida Eye Associates. My husband was a patient on 2012 and because he missed and reschedule appointments he was discharged and now 4 years after they denied services. They dont want to provide healthcare to my husband because he missed on 2012 appointments due to financial issues.
