My goodness… I would recommend HearUSA to everyone in the Melbourne Fl. Area. Friendly, experienced staff right from the first phone call.Not hearing tones correctly is like seeing things in a foggy way. It reduces your ability to function. They explained this clearly. Glad I went there, Thanks.

I brought my mother here because her ENT recommended them. Let me tell you... They were awesome!! The receptionist was super nice and Sean was so good with her, he explained everything so she could understand AND HEAR, lol!!It was an excellent experience!!!

I went here recently with my 79 year old mother and cannot say enough great things about the staff! I was only in town for a few days and wanted to schedule an appointment for mom while I was in town. Maryann was very helpful (even though we called last minute) and worked us into the schedule. Sean is very personable and spent a great deal of time with us explaining the hearing aides and our options and helping us decide what was the best route for mom. She went back today on her own to pick up her hearing aides and was again very happy with her experience! Sean again spent a long time working with her to ensure her hearing aides worked correctly and synched them to her phone. She told me that Sean and Maryann are wonderful! I am so relieved that she had such a good experience and can now hear!

The staff at HearUSA in Melbourne, Florida are welcoming, professional and so knowledgeable about hearing aids. The audiologist, Sean, explained in detail every aspect of the hearing process and how the hearing aids would correct my hearing loss before programming the hearing aids to perfection. It is now as if I have no hearing loss issues anymore. I cannot imagine finding another hearing expert as knowledgeable and effective.

Can we get place and it still helping me with my hearing aid it didnt work but besides that my hearing aids are awesome

Outstanding customer care and service. Amy Di Donne did my hearing test and took the time to explain where my hearing deficits were and what could be done to correct them. On the follow-up visit she had a pair of hearing aids ready for me and she made certain that I understood how to use and care for them. She paired them with my iPhone and explained how I could also use new technology to connect directly with my TV set. She and her assistant, Tiffany, were efficient, professionally competent and very friendly. I am very pleased with the service I received there. As an aside, I was very surprised to read a rather sour review from one of her clients. That client suggested that Amy was just a technician with limited education and training. Amy, in my opinion, is a highly skilled hearing professional who has three college degrees and is fully licensed by the state.

Great people and wonderful service

Our general practitioner suggested this office to us, and in every appointment both Joan the receptionist and Amy the specialist have been professional, welcoming, patient, and thorough. They offered an adequate trial period, answered every question or concern we had. Both were friendly, personable, and showed they truly cared about both my husband and I. We NEVER buy anything expensive without shopping around, but in this case, and with our doctors recommendation, we didnt look for cut rate hearing aids or buy from some TV ad! We wanted the superior product and their superior service. Thank you Amy & Joan!

Super nice staff!

Not sure if the receptionist was new but she did not have my paperwork from the insurance company. When they took me back, the technician was going over my paperwork, when she was going over some questions, she seemed snooty when she noticed I answered some questions wrong. Plus at the beginning, she was listening to the receptionist from the other room and started talking to her, then she got up to go up front to talk to her about another patient. Was I not that important that she had to discuss another patient instead of dealing with me first and waiting until after my appointment to deal with that. I wonder if she noticed I was irritated and did not want to deal with me, so she said my hearing was fine. Im not sure. During the hearing test it seemed like testing sound in one ear took longer than testing in the other ear. You would think it would take about the same amount of time for both ears. I guess this is what you get when you see a technician that has a certificate instead of a hearing doctor that got a degree from a university.

A really positive experience...interacting with the extremely friendly, professional staff at this location. Could not be a better team!
