Krispy kremes is so much better than Dunkin donuts I just wish I didnt have to go out of my way to go get it. I think we literally only have one Krispy kreme in Melbourne on North Wickham 😮‍💨

I simply asked when the fresh donuts would start coming out and the young guy went off on me and said oh you could just put them in the microwave for 3-5 seconds and they will come out as the fresh ones. Verbatim. Really not impressed. He wasnt helpful.

My review is a comparative one, comparing this outlet with other Krispy Kreme outlets Ive been to.The management seems to be less friendly to customers, specially if you visit during rush hours.Also, I visited them during hot-hour but didnt got the hot donuts. I assume it was an exception day so not to blame them :)Overall, the ambiance of fresh hot doughnuts was missing when I visited the place, but still I enjoyed the sweet treat and I think the place deserves 4 stars.

These donuts are the best they are so soft and fluffy not too sweet not salty just right keep up the good work and send more coupons out

Im a big fan of Krispy Kreme and have been going to them since their beginning...Yes, Im that old. This shop is poorly managed and they do not keep up with their sold inventory. We drove over 100 miles to go to this store and they did not have cream filled donuts along with a half dozen varieties. Maybe this would be reasonable, except this store is open 24/7. They should have been on top of their inventory. They are not. Im very disappointed in this shop.

Beautiful 4th of July assorted, yummy donuts and no wait time at all in the drive-thru. The employee was very helpful and even offered the free dozen!

Got a little high tonight so Im catching up on leaving reviews at my favorite snacky snack places 😋. I like being able to order on the app and pick up whenever I get there. So far so good no problems or errors with orders with some rewards by the company via the app.

I love their new oreo glazed donuts! Especially the ones with the big oreos on top. This place is 24/7 via drive through and I go here a lot. The inside closes at 9:30 pm. This is My happy place Especially when the donuts are hot and fresh. Just reviewing them makes me hungry for donuts!

SO DISAPPOINTED! Not what it use to be. I cant remember the last time I got a filled donut that had a decent amount of filling. Even the standard glazed donuts (what they are known for) arent even great anymore This location use to be a well done business. I guess the destroyed sign out front should stand as notice for everyone that the place isnt worth your business. I give it a D+ and definitely not worth the money anymore.

Good place for donuts (of course!). But watch yourself -- these oh-so-good donuts are stuffed with sugar calories! Definitely NOT a good place for diabetics. The drive-through is open 24 hours so you can get donuts anytime, and the drive-through clerks are always friendly. Rated 4 stars only because I didnt go inside, so 5 stars wouldnt be a fair rating.

This little donut store is awesome! You can see the machinery and conveyor belt that each donut goes through as its being made. The machine that makes them is really neat! Each little donut goes up an elevator at one point, rides into an oven, and then gets glazed at another part of their ride.The service is exceptional and the donuts couldnt be any fresher. I highly recommend going to this donut shop and looking at the machine. Its beautifully engineered. The donuts come out looking stunning. Its a very fun place that makes delicious treats.

We need one closer to Old Town Kissimmee. Had to drive to Melbourne to get donuts the one in Kissimmee and the tourist area had 30 people in line and a crazy line of cars.

Great donuts 🍩 but the bees 🐝 in drive thru that they refuse to do anything about is hazardous. Went last Saturday for my usual and got stuck on my shin. There were so many I was terrified to open my window to grab my two dozen boxes. They really need to handle this. Glad my child wasn’t with me because they’re allergic!

I’m Not sure why this Krispy Kreme location participates in fundraisers because no one ever has access to the certificates that’s needed and the employees never know anything! Such aDisappointment every time I call it’s a different story oh the General manager isn’t here ok so why doesn’t the acting supervisor has access to the certificates it’s not like this is a bank where you need access to the vault

A dozen donuts cost me $11 99. They are the best doughnuts Ive ever eaten anywhere and I lived all over this planet. But theyre becoming less and less of one of my favourite places to spend my money.

Employees are so nice !!! I wanted to the “Happy Birthday” box (which is only used for a dozen donuts ) with the mini donuts they had instead . This very sweet girl helped me make it all nice, and added 4 free in there . I wish I remembered her name, but her and all the employees are very kind and helpful ♥️ This is why I always come here :)

Oh so good! We got a dozen and then another dozen for a dollar with their current promotion. The donuts were fresh out the oven and absolute melt in your mouth delicious!

The workers were very kind, but my friend went to get her dozen of free donuts for her birthday, but it was only in her email and not on the app, so she tried downloading the app and it wouldnt let her sign in so she had to pay for those donuts. Im not sure why it didnt work, and Im not sure if many people try to abuse their birthday into getting free donuts, but my friend having to pay for those really sucked, especially as she shared the rest with our nursing class.

Received a coupon reading 2 doz @$13 with a pic of cute halloween donuts. Was told at the register the fine print reads that the coupon didnt cover the donuts pictured. I made my purchase anyway, but maybe the fine print should be bolder.The donuts were delicious as always!

A very solid establishment. I mean I was there to repair a problem and everyone was polite and cordial. As a customer their products are unbeatable hot, in my opinion. I cant buy a 12 pack, but splitting a 6 pack of chocolate icing is as close as it gets to a physical representation of heaven. Im not even religious but I always walk away a believe after some hot glazed and chocolate iced.

Im an easy person. Want easy stuff done. I get a confused look about a coffee truck.. Who does not know of a coffee truck at KK? And rule is get a dozen glazed with it. That never happened. I spent 25 bucks for a box of coffee and a dozen donuts. ( including my generousity. Sad that I spent a 20 min ride for KK.. when DD is right there. Now I kno.

To have a one day special doughnut for the mars landing and not be able to push them out.....meh, but to lie to customers by saying they dont have enough to fill 2 dozen and I can see 2 trays full and the line was nothing but red being made....Ill never be back. Two stars because well they were hot and ready for the regular dozen I got.

They are more expensive then Dunkin Donuts. These donuts are sticky of sugar. Make sure you have napkins

Parking is a bit sketchy during peak hours but the place is clean and the staff is nice, and its fun to be a me to watch the doughnuts being made. And I mean... Come on. Hot, melty, sugary, tender doughnuts? Come on. You dont need to know anything else.
