Their bagels are consistently good but their sandwich making skills not so much. Being a vegetarian I like my sandwiches not to have bacon and some how it still ends up in my sandwich. Perhaps some would like this addition, but not me and my vegetarian family. The cheesy hash brown bagel is a family pleaser. Every once in a while we will try to get an egg sandwich and when the order is successful it is quite tasty.
Worst place EVER!! Last week: The girl who took my order kept telling me I was supposed to get 2 free tubs of cream cheese with my bagel purchase, but the kind hearted person that I am, I didnt want to take something I wasnt supposed to get and told her she was incorrect. After telling her 3 times she was wrong I asked to speak to a manager to correct the order. The manager was apparently in the restroom. So I just left. 3 days ago I called to order a chocolate covered donut. The woman who answered the phone says they didnt have anything like that. I said yes you do. After realizing they do, I was told that it would be a 30 minute wait for it. I called the next day to order the same dessert 30 minutes earlier, and was told that they were ALL OUT. I said, really!?! She then told me that they werent out...but it would be 30 minutes. OMG...WTH! Im never going back and will be deleting this friggin app!!
This will probably never matter to anyone but... Ive been to this bagel place 2 times in 2 years... Its been 2 years since the last time because the nova lox that were on my bagel had actual slime on it and it smelled like a dumpster..Flash forward 2 years and today I ordered the same bagel ( everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, extra cappers, and lox) I got to the window and was told the cash register went down and I needed to wait a while while they fixed it (meanwhile I was in the drive-thru) we waited 15 min knocked on the window and someone finally came and said here, just take the food (for free) but thats not okay, my bagel has sat for 15 min or so getting gross and soggy because not only did they not toast it but it also had no cappers and the whole thing was just all room temperature from sitting made for at least 10 min...not so great for fish to be room temperature. 🤮🤮
I am a consistent fan of a lox salmon bagel. I dont know why??? ENJOY its close by and I LOVE THE DRIVE THRU FOR the bagels.
I had Einstein bagels at work meetings previously but decided to try it for myself. Oh boy, what a delight. I had the Bagelritto one word..DELICIOUSNESS!! Huge menu with healthy selections too. I will be back next weekend. I loved it.
Delish. Good bagels. Good people. No sweet tea. Ummm this is the south.
Seems like these guys literally throw the food onto the bagel from 3ft away. I unwrapped both my bagels and more than half of the topping arent even on the bagel. I feel like I should be payroll considering I had to assemble my own bagel. Im surprised the ice for my Iced coffee didnt come in a separate container.
Best bagels Ive had in town, friendly employees only wish they were open later, I could have bagels morning noon and night! But I understand it is a breakfast item..
Ordered two salt bagels through the drive thru and you would think they wouldn’t get it wrong yet they did. This isn’t the first time either. Every time we go there, they always get it wrong or they take for ever when there’s not many people there to begin with. The staff isn’t very nice either. Will be the last time we go there and I know they’ll be a response but let’s be real, you don’t really give a f*ck anyway. Screw this place
Always enjoy their service.staff friendly..enjoy their bagels and breakfast sandwiches
This store is the best in years of Einsteins...the manager Cristale was incredibly nice, went out of her way to make sure everyone was pleased, very kind and sweet...which is rare in these days by chain fast food. Tks Cristale!
Much better this time. Very quick service, food was very good
I frequent this chain regularly. I can see differences in each. Some of the Einsteins are definitely better than others. This is one of those better ones, with but a single small caveat (as per my G/F). The bagels in our order, both Applewood bacon, cheese and two eggs on ancient grain bagels were great. The G/F did note, disapprovingly, that the condiments were a bit sparse. The other stores have cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and cocoa to add to her coffee. Dont know whats up with why this branch does not. But all in all, a pleasant enough place. Shane took our order and was quite friendly and helpful. The G/F did note however that he needs a G/F of his own that will fatten him up a bit. ;-))Edit 081218Went back this A.M. w/ the G/F. Ditta was on the register and is such a sweet and helpful woman. Very patient and cheerful. Emmanuel the manager is a great guy. Always very helpful and funny.
Had a delicious sandwich bagel...very satisfying.
This has been our GO TO place for breakfast for several years. NEVER had a bad bagel here ...EVER. The staff and management are upbeat, and make an effort to get to know their customers.
Really clean, great selection and friendly staff.
The service was very good here they make your bagel sandwiches freshly made to order the staff was very professional and friendly thank you for great service we will be back
When I met my friend in 2001, I took to him to try THE CHOCOLATE. He fell in love with the bagel and with me. ; ) Every time we see Einstein Bagel we remember our date! Definitely worth to try; 15 years later, we still in love with the taste of this bagel and with each other!
Employees are disrespectful and rude to customers. Will never return. They ought to be ashamed.
First time in there .hostess was not very helpful. Bagels sure smell good!
Really good place for a bagel for breakfast or lunch! Wish they ran more promos or it would be 5 stars!
Weeeeellll... I knew bagels would be back with a vengeance after that fraud Atkins died and was exposed. Apparently the proprietors of this particular location werent quite ready for the mad rush. The lines were long and slow. The drive-thru wrapped around the entire building. And while we were inside waiting for our Bakers Dozen (apparently you dont have to wait in the main line if all you want is bagels), we experienced many customers who were angry after receiving the wrong order. The tables needed to be wiped down desperately but it didnt appear there were enough people to do that. However, they got the important stuff right. The bagels were fresh and delicious, just as I remember them in the 90s. And just as the batch of everything bagels dwindled down to the last one, someone brought a new batch from the ovens which made the angry New Yorker behind me very happy. They were trying hard and there will always be growing pains with a new store. But I believe with a little time they will get this right. If you have a food allergy, like peanuts, you might want to use caution and avoid this place during their growing pains. I couldnt get a straight answer if certain bagels were safe to eat.
The service was very bad we had asked for them to put them in half they did not then we got answer the knife is over there, there were very rude. Will not return service is not good
Got an iced vanilla chai latte made with almond milk the last time I was at this location and again it tasted like the almond milk or pre-made chai latte had gone sour. Had to throw out and waste about $5.00 for this. Although this seems to be the same thing at their locations in Melbourne.
Very slow service, especially at drive thru. This location is very convenient for us, as its less than 1 mile from our house. Weve visited the store a number of times, including today. So far, only once have we gotten our order in a reasonable amount of time. Today, we ordered a sandwich and 3 plain bagels toasted. No drinks, nothing else. It took 18 minutes to receive our order. 10 minutes of that was after wed paid and waited for our order at the window. This was at 9AM, not exactly rush hour. Worse yet, the food was barely warm when we received it, not even hot. None of it. This is a pretty typical experience for this particular location. There was a survey at the bottom of the receipt, which I filled out during my 10 minute wait for my food after I received my receipt. If they could fix the issue with slow customer service, we would certainly go back more frequently. Until then, there are other places a little further away that will be much faster.
Gross bagel not toasted after I asked for it to be toasted to much pepper and salt on the egg add 3.59 for a hot chocolate really. That cost you almost nothing sorry bad place
Delicious but need to make more hash brown bagels for the farmhouse
At the suggestion of a mailer, I tried the Morning After sandwich. A little bit of a wait, but for an absolutely fresh bagel...not an issue. I was dine-in. Tad heavy with the sauce, but still tasty. Still trying to learn the menu and lingo, though.
Bagels are always fresh and delicious coffee
Lets get the good things out of their way, EXCELLENT food, no doubt, always fresh, always hot and always delicious. Very convenient place! Lobby is clean and modern, although Ive only eaten in once. Employees are all super nice and all were wearing masks the right way, now if only the customers did it too...Now, lets address the issue everyone has; wait time. My longest wait was 30 ish mins, which is crazy for a breakfast place. Its definitely not a fast food restaurant, but 30 minutes feels like a restaurant wait. The fix is obvious, more cooks/employees. Its not unusual to witness a long line that wraps all the way around the building on busy times. If youre full on patience, definitely recommend, for fast breakfast, go elsewhere.
Most of the time out of favorites.. reason we dont go often... just like other donut shops
Closed. Maybe the drive-thru was open? Got there around 1:20 pm on a Thursday.
The avocado was terrible. Old avocados. And the avocado toast was not toasted. Isnt toast in the description?
These folks pay zero attention to what is actually being said by the customer. I repeated my order 3 times and it was still wrong. They also have no clue how to redeem or fulfill the in-app offers. My free iced coffee was AWFUL. There was sludge in the bottom of the cup after I poured the whole thing out.I won’t be returning. You’re better off going to buy fresh bagels from a Publix bakery OR even going through Starbucks or Dunkin. Don’t waste your time and money here- you’ll probably just leave frustrated.
The WORST restaurant in Brevard. I tried to walk inside at 5:30 and realized they weren’t open. I looked in the window and saw bacon laying out in the open. Unsanitary and not safe to eat there.
My IQ wasnt high enough so they wouldnt let me in🙁
In the midst of a 40 minute wait. This place has serious issues. Absolutely avoid if you are interested in making it somewhere in time.
A bit pricey but well worth it for a nice change of pace. All kinds of bagels, and they even still have poppy seed bagels! Something many other places have done away with. I really enjoy their Nova Lox bagels! Check it out, and try some awesome bagels. Be prepared to pay just a bit more than some other chains, but worth the difference.
First and last time I will ever eat there. Ordered a egg and cheese bagel and... found several egg shells in my sandwich.
I love the lax bagel but others were good too.
This Einstein Bros Bagels location is on point! Been there every week for 3 weeks straight and every time the bagels are perfectly toasted and have plenty of shmear. Ive started ordering bagels for subsequent breakfasts and always find them to be great even the next day. Give em a go!
Service is very slow. I meant really slowEvery time I go there to meet my coworkers it’s at least 20 min for a toasted bagel and cream cheese. The bagel was not even toasted properly... never again.
Always a wonderful experience at Einstein Bros Bagels. Great food, coffee and staff. They know alot of customers by name which is very nice. Its always a hit when we cater with Einstein Bros Bagels at events. The GM Emmanuel Hernandez does a terrific job. Thank you.
Only gave one star because a simple ehh and cheese sandwich and coffee shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. One employee was loudly calling out instructions for sandwiches and I had to repeat myself several times before counter girl could get my order. This Einstein’s has completely downhill since Gabe Garcia left. From now on when I get coffee I will go to another Einstein’s.
Went inside and no bagels in sight. Asked one of the ladies working and they said that the bagels are in oven. Happens every time. Starting to think that it’s just an excuse! Came back an hour later and same problem. Corporate needs to come and see for themselves.
Very slow service, extremely disorganized. I can see from other reviews this seems to be standard for this location
Great to stop in and grab a quick bagel sandwich
This was my second shot at Einstein Bagels for lunch where they again didnt have any bagels to choose from. They need to only be open for breakfast or provide enough bagels for customers to choose for lunch. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere for lunch.
Sesame seed bagels on point!
Great food and nice atmosphere. The taking of the orders and getting your food is a little slow but it is worth the wait. Everything is made to order so it is understandable. The staff was friendly and you can tell that they like their jobs. Was able to see them playing with each other but still getting the job done.
Horrible customer service. Waiting forever for what I know is not even a good bagel. I’m just desperate. One of the ladies with the black viser and her hair in a bun has a horrible attitude. And she keeps bickering with a tall blonde haired guy. Management needs to have a talk with then.
I walked in to oder and the Gm named Jules and a manager named Ian were arguing. This led to them going to the back and I was there for 20 minutes because of how slow it was. They finally came back and their excuse was that they were mother and son. That isnt acceptable this is a business not a tv show.
Very good food very good service very good selection dont try to get a meal after 4 because they will be closed. Get your bagel with any kind of sandwich you would like and they cook the food for you on a flat-top there put it on your bagel and they have a great selection of their bagels for variety and for taste.Has a drive-thru but would not recommend that if you are getting a egg or bacon or sausage added to your bagel for a sandwich because you will incur a wait in line while they cook your food fresh. They have drinks coffee tables inside and outside very friendly wait service and great selection of cream cheese spreads.
Every time I go inside there are no bagels in sight. I’m not even bothering coming inside or the drive thru. Looks like all the real reviews are only 1 or 2 stars and the rest are paid. If you want to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and have your food come out cold then this is the place for you.
Im basically got something else is like a stuffed croissant. Raw and doughy on the inside and burnt To hell and back on the outside. Horrible horrible first experience first time ever walking into an Einstein Brothers Bagels store
Great breakfast bagels. I had my favorite nova bagel and it was amazing. Not served to my preference which is open faced, because sometimes a big sandwich like that needs to be assembled or picked at from a different angle. But thats OK, it was a minor technicality and still delish!
Wife stopped by this morning. Due to an egg maker issue, the entire drive thru was full and counter employee warned about long wait time for anything with eggs. Instead, we ordered one cinnamon bagel with schmear and a coffee expecting the order to go faster. Unfortunately, there were people in the lobby that had waited almost an hour and after multiple complaints from various customers, employees could be heard dropping f-bombs with children nearby. After 30+ minutes waiting, my wife finally asked about our small order and turned out they had lost it in the frustration. When we did get the order, the manager included an extra bagel and a pastry, for the wait, however they gave us french toast bagels instead of cinnamon we ordered. I am not sure how this place stays open with this kind of disfunctional management.
4 employees, 1 sit down customer.Husband and I were only ones in line. We were never acknowledged. Waited a few more minutes 2 women came in and rudely pushed their way ahead of us.We still waited. Finally when one employee finished stocking bagels she then told us we were not standing in the right place to order and there is this sign off to the right of entrance. Never saw it.Extreme neglect from on duty manager and the 3 other employees under her direction
The food is always tasty and hot, but we’ve had a few issues when we go through the drive through. Nothing bad enough to lose our business, but inconvenient when we get the wrong order. The free doggy bagel is a nice touch when you bring your pup through though. The Monday bakers dozen deal is a great bargain too!
Bagels are actually good when you can afford to wait a lifetime for one. Everytime I come in the morning to get a bagel the wait is always 15-20 minutes. I think they need more staff in the mornings. My suggestion is to go later not anywhere from 8-1030
This place almost always gets our orders wrong and it gets annoying. I think their computer system is not configured user-friendly for customized orders. It seems the cashiers always has trouble with customized orders.
Love this place! Downside - come prepared to wait, especially on Saturdays. We were in the drive thru for 20 minutes (literally, we timed it) between the time we placed our order and the time we got our food. I cant even imagine the wait the people inside experienced.
I watched a employee use their glove and pick up lox and continue to cross contaminate my food that had nothing raw in it. when I told them about this they had an attitude and a manager named Ian go to the. back and come back and use the same gloves and remake my sandwich. Then I asked the GM named Jules and came and tried to give me a refund instead of remaking it just to get me out of the store.
The food is amazing. The hot sandwiches are my go-to and even when I forget to order my favorite chicken and egg sandwich, I’m still delighted by whatever I said I wanted instead. The staff are professional and there is a female manager that is always exceptional in her service towards my family. We love us some Einstein’s!
Delicious!
The “manager” is miserable, not clean, and blah. And so are all the girls that work there
I stop by almost every Monday morning (early!) to get a Grab and Go box of bagels. I get a bakers dozen of delicious, fresh bagels to share with my coworkers. The bagels are very popular and I can see why. The Grab and Go has a nice variety and the selection of different schmears is good too. I recommend Einstein Bros Bagels to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, satisfying breakfast.
Third visit to this location and the third time my husband and I had a bad experience (we were really hopeful things would change after the initial craze died down). Once again, paid for our order then told after they were out of it... There should be much better communication between who is taking the order and who is making it concerning inventory. Do not recommend this location to anyone. The other Melbourne location to the south is excellent.
Good bagel. The all nighter was delicious but I dont think it was worth $6.50
Food, fresh, soft, moist excellent. Service not so much. In three visits the order has always had to be corrected. Counter persons mind someplace else. Food quality trumps spaced out staff
Somehow they are always out of something on the menu a Sunday morning. Yes, I get it, theyre busy, as anyone can tell by the long line at the drive thru and typically full dining room. But you would think that a restaurant named after a brilliant man could figure out that they are going to be busy on Sunday and order what they need (cinnamon sugar) and keep the bagles coming...before you run out.
Awesome place.
Brought the family here, always heard good things about EBB in other states, so I was happy to see this one getting built nearby. My bagel (ham, egg and cheese) was good. Had kind of a fast-food feel to it, but not bad. The rest of the familys experience was not so good. Bagels and lox orders came with a single slice of salmon that covered less than 75% of the bagel. Capers were centered on the sandwich instead of being spread around, and the cream cheese coverage was inadequate as well. All in all, the taste of the food was good, but as I said above, it had too much of a hurried, fast-food feel to everything.A little more care in the preparation of the food would go a long way toward enhancing the dining experience here.
Dont go through the drive-thru unless you plan on spending half your day there! I just waited close to 20 minutes with one car in front of me and cars wrapped around the building behind me . I dont know why they didnt have that person move up while they prepare their food so they could take care of the rest of us. I suggested to the management that that would be a good idea they dont think so.
This is probably the worst Einstein’s shop I’ve ever been to. They consistently screw up the orders and make you wait 20 minutes through the drive-through. Ridiculous....
Great food, long wait time though, especially in drive through
Iced coffee was excellent. The egg, bacon cheddar thin bagel didnt meet my expectations. The cheese wasnt melted, in fact still cold, but bagel, egg and bacon were warm. Seemed like putting a piece of cheese on it as an afterthought
Waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive thru just to get a bagel with cream cheese. Manager was nowhere in sight, different people kept coming to ask me what I ordered. Asked for the manager or anybody that could help me but nothing happened. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
I go there often enough to leave a review. Service is good, but there have been few times when weve gotten things we didnt want as part of the order. Regardless friendly stuff and easy to get in and out.
Ridiculous. Went inside at 9:30 and the only bagels that they had were chocolate chip and whole wheat. What has happened to this place??
Worst at taking orders and worst at making foods. We are regular customer in this store and every time we order food they never get it right. Cmon how hard to follow orders and making it? I understand making mistake once or twice but multiple mistakes is not acceptable. Yall need to take orders right and make it right.
Basic bagels are great! The farmhouse breakfast sandwich advertises thick cut bacon but really a standard cut. Service is slow. Takes a few minutes from time order is placed to time food is received. I suspect this may be due to the fact store is new and processes are being worked out.
Love the bagels but service was horrible. Person took wrong order and was aggressively rude at window. Made me extremely thankful for consistent good and nice service at starbucks.
Not much wait time and tasty bagels..
When I went to eat into this establishment I was very disappointed in the customer service and the wait time. On a Sunday morning Before church i was waiting in the drive thru for a total of 20 min for a plain bagel and a cup of black coffee. After around time I waited I was told that the egg cooker was down and that I would have to wait an extra 10 minutes. Due to this I was late for Sunday morning service.
Slow service. Waited 10 minutes to receive a bagel that was dropped at the window ledge and then another order was taken care of before someone actually handed the bag to me. Never coming back
Einsteins is a great place to buy bagels. The Customer Service is great on the phone and also in the store. Monday is a great day to stop by and purchase bagels for everyone in your office. This location offers a great deal on Mondays. You get lots of choices and cream cheese in a nifty looking box. You can even request to have you bagels sliced at no additional charge. The bagels are freshly made daily and taste great. They have sweet, savory, and everything in between. Our office loves the cinnamon toast, everything and asiago cheese bagels. Great place and great service, totally reccomend get breakfast or bagels here.
Great staff... horrible drive thru times. Every time I try their drive thru I’m tempted to drive out without even reaching the window. It’s crazy. I can make food at this pace on my own
Excellent bagels, several varieties.. get the jalepeño cream cheese
I visited the store at 4840 Wickham Rd in Melbourne, FL on Sunday, April 15. I ordered a Avocado bagel with no seasoning. The cashier, Alyssa, was excellent, and not only put in the computer no seasoning, but also told the staff preparing the food. When I got the bagel, it had the seasoning. I attempted to eat it, as I dont like to complain or send food back. The seasoning was too strong, so I walked back up to Alyssa, who said, oh, did they put seasoning on it? I told her yes. She asked the staff to prepare another one, without seasoning. The employee making the bagel took quite a while, preparing other customers orders first. It took so long, my party was done eating before my bagel was tossed onto the counter and she called out, avocado bagel (I was standing right there waiting). I picked it up, and it had something sprinkled on it...no seeds, but something. I turned around and stated, there is still seasoning on this. The girl sweeping out the bagel display case, said, very snarkily, it is just salt and pepper..thats what we put on it when you dont want the seasoning. It was said in a very condescending voice. I do not put pepper on my avocado toast, and did not want it. I threw it away, told her she needs to speak with less attitude and began to leave. Alyssa called out the manager on duty, who quickly responded, and apologized. The girl who was nasty had disappeared to the back. The manager gave me a card for a free bagel and asked if I wanted anything else. I took a plain bagel to go, as my party was done eating. The employees had been dancing around prior to this, and were not at all engaged with customers.
This is the worst Einstein’s bagels ever! I have now lost count of how many times I have been there and they have had none of several varieties of bagels (including plain!). Not only that, once through the drive through when I was going to be the next person in line they told me it was going to be a 50 minute wait. I’m not quite sure who is running this place but the management is deplorable.
My family absolutely loves this place. Awesome staff and great food. We eat there a few times a week.
Enjoyed the thin everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese, awesome, I am sold. Cinnamon Coffee eas good as well.Looking forward to trying bagel holes,(not sure if thats what they are called, but looked good.
We come here every single weekends and workers are familiar to us now and we always order exact the same thing. We tell them our order repeatedly to make sure they wont mess it up but theyre still sending us a wrong oder. They need to listen carefully to their customers. Because its getting annoying that every time we come here they always mess up our order.
Fast,friendly service
