Need to manage the traffic. This happens often and it seems to be more of a speed thing. Ive skipped stopping many times and just gone somewhere else like McDonalds because the traffic seems to be a stalemate in the parking lot.... I would say its busy but the cars dont seem to move.... I dont seem to move.

I do personal driving for clients and this was the destination of Choice by her to which she said she cannot function without her coffee so I stopped off there and very nice people and she treated me to a Trenta hibiscus iced tea and it was delicious

We love this Starbucks but the other reviewer is right the parking is tough! The staff is great, very friendly. my drink always comes out right. not as crowded as others during the day.

You guys already know the coffe is great. But this location is the best. Dont drive away if you see a huge line. The staff here is professional and gets your coffee out to you in a hurry and correct. I would definitely drive a few extra minutes to get my coffee here!

Lovely atmosphere within the coffee shop as the staff hurried to efficiently satisfy the customers orders. The service was friendly, prompt, and they made an excellent cup of Honey Citrus Mint Tea.

I love this particular Starbucks- the Baristas are exceptionally friendly here, and due to not having a drive through, the service is very personalized.

I ordered a peppermint white hot chocolate and specifically stated that I wanted NO COFFEE in my drinks, get back home and started drinking them and they had coffee in them. The tickets are correct, but whoever made my drink needs to learn how to read the tickets. I’m super upset about it because I do NOT drink coffee. I won’t be back to this location EVER

My all time favorites at Starbucks are the Strawberries and Cream Frappacinno (since I am caffeine intolerant) and a fresh and warmed blueberry muffin!

Its typical, relative to other Starbucks franchise stores Ive attended. Nice staff, clean facility, but nothing out of the ordinary that would jump out in a sea of Starbucks stores.

Very consistent and predictable cup of coffee. Dark roast is my favorite however not all locations have it ready. Some locations will offer a pour over dark roast otherwise the Pikes Place brew is my second choice. Ive been going weekly for 20+ years and have found that nothing compares to Starbucks.

Brandon and Ryan gave the best customer service ever for a Starbucks. Brandon helped me figure out a lighter choice and it was delicious. I will always go to this Starbucks, even if it is not my home one. Great customer service guys! Thank you so much for the visit.

Very tranquil bike ride on top of a levee/service road. The road is well-kept gravel but still a little bumpy for a hybrid bike. I think we saw two other people on our 12 mile ride!

It is the greatest store in this city, people working there are amazing and always caring about there customers. Love that place love the coffee they make.

Horrible. Got a Frappuccino but you would think it was water & service wasn’t good.

The people that work there were cool. But the customers looked like statues. It was haunting as I walked in and watched, as every customer sat and aimlessly watched there laptops or phones. They barely blinked as in a seventh circle of hell. they didnt even notice the surrounding statues around them. Did they know they were dead? Only moving, as if brought back to life as there names were called by the baristas. The baristas used a language I never heard of to describe coffee. I just nodded and smiled as they spoke.

Been going here for years but the new hires have me rethinking to stop at this location. I usually do pickup (where I order from my app) but they never seem to have my order correct lately. The guys are really good and nice but the new girls, are very rude and are more into the conversation they have with each other than their interactions with the customers. Management please get it together because I used to like your location.

What a great experience at a franchise store! The Man Behind the Counter was helpful suggested an upgrade and was quite Pleasant in his demeanor! I go to Starbucks a few times every week and have never had such a fast service and good experience. And I had to walk in because this one is not a drive-thru

Its has a lovely homey atmosphere, I feel like they really make an effort to get to know me and make me feel welcome.

I cant find a way to get to the Starbucks across from the mall on McClain and 192 to leave a review. They are constantly training new peopleand messing up orders. Heavyset dark haired girl is always super rude., and talks about customers once they leave the building. I place an order with the app and get there in the time frame and it is never ready!

When you pay $7 for a drink, it should be right. But the last 3 times I’ve came to this location it was wrong.

Went here at 2pm on a Tuesday. It was clearly their rush hour and they did a great job hustling to get everyones orders, from what I could tell. They even remembered my wifes first name and she rarely ever goes to this location (kinda spooky actually but great customer service!)

This is my second stop here recently and will be my last.Both times I’ve stopped in I order a Venti Pike Place. Both times no one has got my coffee. Today the girl who took the order didn’t even print a ticket for it or tell anyone to get it.I’ve had to ask for it after patiently waiting for awhile both times.Today I ordered a croissant, too, but didn’t even get it. It wasn’t worth waiting any longer.I’d say it’s time for management to step it up.

I love Starbucks coffee but one of the workers here ( Sasha ) has zero costumer service .. She is rude and her face says it all . She sure as heck is friendly with the males that come in .. all smiles for them . All the other workers at this location are nice and attentive.. I guess I just don’t get her deal . Disappointed and I am a regular here ..

The guy fixing our salted caramel mocha frapichino had no clue.

Staff member wasnt very friendly. Made my drink wrong and when I pointed out that an ingredient was missing and he told me it was there...instead of arguing I just left. Pretty noticeable when your iced coffee doesnt have milk in it...

Been going to Starbucks for 20 yrs. I’ve never seen a more incompetent staff, day or night. Not sure who manages this store, but they need to get on the ball. Forgetting orders, making orders incorrectly, each of my 6 times in this store, staff screwed up something.

No drive through- but thats not a bad thing! Always good service and smiling faces here. I find that this Starbucks has a more relaxed and local coffee shop vibe since theres no drive-thru and the baristas only have to focus on the customers. I only wish there was outdoor seating.... but nice if you have time to go in and sit for a little.

Baristas looked past my vision impaired father in law. To help another customer. He has been a loyal Statbucks before I even knew there was a Starbucks.

THIS Starbucks is ALWAYS busy. Theres hardly any parking and sometimes you have to keep looping around the building hoping to grab a parking spot. The staff is friendly though and makes sure youre satisfied with your order.

Staff is cool. They make a good iced coffee. Not a place to stay for to long though.

I enjoy Starbucks especially when they have good service like you get at this location.

Friendly staff, good customer service, knowledgeable and fast. Clean seating area. Very uncomfortable parking area. In and out of the parking area can be a challenge with traffic and people trying to go in and out of the store.

Had the best experience here today. I always order by the app. Today my order does not process correctly and the barista did not get my ticket. When I entered and looked, the barista asked me by name if I had placed an order. When I confirmed that I did, she apologized that the order never came through and corrected the problem as quickly as possible. This was great customer service and surprising that they would recognize me from only ordering online. Thank you for starting my day off great!

Their coffee is so good, its my favorite, I like it better than Dunkin Donuts, I recommend its my go to coffee place

You can clearly tell it id a happy environment. My #1 store they should most certainly be recognized. The black coffee is terrible. I should stop giving Starbucks another try every few months. Im confident the Suger bombs are top notch though if you like to drink desert in the mornings.

This seems like such a great place for a drive thru, but it doesnt have one, all in all it is a Starbucks, but nothing about this location stands out.

We were appreciating nature and the ocean right where Starbucks, great coffee!, is located in Indialantic/ Melbourne Beach!

Staff werent very friendly. The barista made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Product was up to par hence the 2 star rating. Customer service experience was horrible.
