The ice cream was what you would expect from Ben & Jerrys and that of course is good with many flavors to choose from. The store was clean and very well maintained. The less than perfect review is because both my wife and I bought the waffle cones dipped in chocolate, and both were stale. The lady behind the counter talked way to fast and with a mask on I had to ask her to repeat herself a lot. We were the only people in the store. We felt she wanted us to hurry so she could continue to talk with her friend. For the price of Ben and Jerrys I was expecting better.

We always have a great experience at our local Ben & Jerry’s. For birthdays I call ahead and have custom cakes made and they are always a hit. Everyone that works there is so friendly and the ice cream flavors are the best!

Ben and Jerry’s are Covid compliant which makes me feel safe going into their store. Employees are very nice and considerate. I highly recommend getting an ice cream from them. So many flavors to choose from. We need to support them. So many places I have stopped going to because they don’t require mask. I’ll continue to support Ben and Jerry’s since I know they are taking my health as well as others seriously. Thank you for doing such a great job. Keep up the good work and dedication.

1st I absolutely love this store, and were very grateful to have a Ben & Jerrys locally. The staff is always so friendly and helpful when my grandchildren cant decide. Im also very grateful that Ben & Jerrys has a mask mandate for there store, I always feel comfortable in the store knowing masks are required. One of my grandchildren suffers from Lupus, and its disheartening the amount of people/places that have no regard for the health and safety of their fellow man. Thank you for looking out for the safety of your employees and your patrons.

Ive never been to this place before, the ice cream looked so good, but man such a Great Customer Service by Andrew and Jaque! They attended my family just right! I felt Welcomed! And we ended up buying a chocolate chip ice cream! Great!

First time visit. It was very good. Clean restaurant and friendly staff. We sampled a couple flavors and I picked a sorbet or sherbet. Great selection of flavors to choose from.

We stopped in for ice cream today and Ben & Jerry’s and the ice cream was delicious. The sales person was very nice and efficient. I love the fact they require masks when you enter the store. It’s good to go to a place where the owner is concerned about his staff and his guests. I would highly recommend this ice cream shop.

I love the ice cream but didnt care much for the poor service. For the prices charged youd expect a smidgen of professionalism and courtesy. Otherwise not to bad.To the owners condescending reply: We were at your shop after a visit to Quest Diagnostics and were wearing protective medical-grade face masks before even entering. Im not sure what you are getting at with that paranoid rambling but I stand firmly behind my review.

I have gone to this Ben and Jerrys many times growing up and Ive had a great experience everytime. Great customer service and great ice cream! I also love that they enforce masks. Sometimes you have to stand up for whats right and its sad that they have lost business just for trying to keep other people safe. I will continue to support them and stay a loyal customer!

I visited this Haagen Dazs store yesterday when I walked in it had a ice cream spill right outside the door and I stepped in it sticky and yucky comes to find out it’s been out there for two days so instead of the store taking responsibility for it they were waiting on the complex management to clean it for them in addition the windows of the store were filthy and after I saw the condition of that I didn’t even want to purchase from this place so I recommend not consuming from this establishment 😕

I used them for a family party at Canova and it was a big hit with my guests! The young ladies were super friendly and very accommodating. The ice cream was fantastic - even the non-dairy options! Fantastic place!

Came down from Atlanta to visit my niece and wanted to take her out to a movie. Figured Ben and Jerrys would be a nice treat. Stumbled across their FB page, and I see the owners and locals bashing others. Personally, I dont mind wearing a mask. Im indifferent. But I will not associate with this kind of business - who treats others this way. My niece said Cold Stone is worth the drive, so thats where we are going.

Let me start by saying I love Ben and Jerry’s and am happy to have one close by. Unfortunately the last few times I have stopped in to get a mint chip milkshake there has been an issue. The first time (2 months or so ago) they said they couldn’t make one because they were out of milk. Tonight they couldn’t make one because earlier there was an issue with the blender smoking. Both times I left empty handed. Very disappointing!

I’ve been going to this location since I was a little kid and have always had positive experiences, I’m especially impressed with how they’ve handled the pandemic. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Ice cream is good though not a big selection and the employees are very friendly they even told customers to put on a mask and gave them one of they didnt have one with them. Only the night we were there, there was a family with a screaming child and just laughed about it we finally had to leave because of the annoying screeching. When we did they laughed and thought it was funny. Employees should of said something to them

Delicious as always, son enjoys the non-dairy flavors. But some of the non-dairy flavors has milk chocolate chunks in it so its not 100% non-dairy. Just saying.

Thanks for standing up for what’s right. Mask wearing has NOTHING to do with Civil Liberties, it does have to do with what is safe like wearing seatbelts. I have been to this location previously and was always content with the service and product. Seeing management blast a customer for saying they were disappointed with their experience isnt a good look for an ice cream shop. Will not be visiting this location again.

Man after reading responses from owner just confirms why my experience was horrendous. Rude condescending employees, terrible service all around. Stay away unless you just want to be treated like less of a person. I’m sure they’ll respond with some cocky condescending bs to me. But hey save your time.

Went to pick up a birthday cake Id ordered online. l arrived and the cashier went to look, came back and said they didnt make it, and started to give me a refund. No sorry, explanation, no attempt to make this right. No cake for the birthday now and I will not be back.

Always so good. I like that you can get a hand packed pint of their flavors. It’s almost better than buying it from the store because it’s creamier and not as frozen solid. The only disappointment is if you order a waffle cone with coating, it is always soggy and unenjoyable.

Donna and all staff have been beyond amazing. Everyone is friendly, supportive, informative and so patient. She truly stood with us and went through each of the 32 current flavors with personal input and descriptions, a check off sheet and a pen with a clipboard, to help us narrow down six flavors since they will be catering our wedding in April. (And she did say she would go through samples of all flavors for anyone who asked!) We could not of asked for a better experience. We are very excited to be working with them and will forever sing their praises! You can tell it is a good team and everyone takes pride in what they do!!

What incredible customer service! There was a mix-up with my cake order and the manager personally called me, apologized and got things squared away in a jiffy. I am beyond pleased with their response and I am a huge fan of this place going forward.On another note, my kids devoured this ice cream cake like nobodys business. It was exceptionally good. I was never a fan of ice cream cakes until I tried the one from this store.

Just stopped in tonight after seeing a movie at the Oaks. I will start of by admitting that I was the person that left the mess of napkins and milkshake at the register. I made the mess because one of your employees decided it wasnt her job to not over fill the milkshake cup and then handed it to me with the lid not attached. She did this as if to say, here is the mess I created for you. No Im sorry or can I put this in a larger cup. Just here is a mess you get to pay for and deal with. Furthermore, when handed a coupon for 50% of a second shake (we ordered 3) she just took 10% off the order. Let me think 10% off of $18+tax or 50% off of $6. Im assuming math isnt her favorite subject. Bottom line, save your money and go anywhere and I mean anywhere else. This place is in need of some corporate intervention and employee retraining.

Its Ben & Jerrys: good, but a bit pricey. The selection is decent, but luck determines how much cookie dough or brownie batter you get in a given serving. The store interior is nothing outstanding, but there are tables outside, which were not very clean, in addition to a general disregard for the No smoking sign posted feet away. Still, its a nice place to sit. If you crave this brand, or a particular flavor, go for it. If you are content getting a pint at the supermarket, it doesnt stand out from the other ice cream places in the area.

Ice cream was great, however.... A booth with 4 adult women and 1 small child shared the I team parlour with us and were so unruly, loud, and obnoxious we left without finishing our ice cream. I dont know where the people who were working since they disappeared as soon as we were served . I suggest your employees stay in the front when customers are present and try to keep order
