Love the new owner Miss Jennifer. The salted black licorice was amazing. Everything in this store is delicious. Worth every penny you spend. Jennifer always greats her customers with a smile and will go out of her way to make each customer happy.

Oh my goodness this shop!!! The lady I always see there is so so kind and funny and theyll even do special deals for bulk purchases if you call! They have all the good old fashion candy and SO much more. I can not recommend this place enough!

Love this little candy shop. Lots of variety. I live out of state but every time Im in town I stop to visit and get some candy to haul back home with me.

A lot of candy including some very creative options! A lot of fun to walk through and nothing was overpriced. The cashier who run us up didn’t seem very excited in the moment, but it was around Christmas time and they were quite busy. Great place!

A variety of sweets I havent seen since childhood!! And the caramel apple with pecans are to DIE for. Delicious!!!

The new store set up is much better and the store is a pleaser to walkthrough and reminisce about the candy if your youth, and buy some sweet treats to take home.

I used to love visiting with the workers but dont see the friendly staff anymore.

I had a 12-hour work schedule that day and decided to take my kids out and treat them to some candy and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they have candies all the way back from the old school days thank you to the owners daughter

Good selection of candies and treats but very pricy

Had a chance to meet the owners today with my kids! Great guys, brothers in fact and their store is amazing! Huge variety of sweets and treats that had me as the saying goes, happier than a kid in a candy store!Many favorites from my childhood found within reach once again and my boys found theirs as well. Definitely coming in again real soon.

No employees were wearing masks, there were no sanitary precautions when it came to the candy containers. Most disturbingly was the comments made by the man who checked us out. I was with my (significantly older) uncle.The man asked us if we had kids, when we said no, he asked if we planned to have kids. Same response. To that he said something to the effect of you never know and if I could help in some way followed by a very obvious wink. Just... yuck. Even if I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he meant everything innocently, its just not a great topic for when youre speaking to strangers, especially customers. Who says stuff like that? Especially to people that have a visibly wide age gap, more likely than not if thats the case, theyre related! We left feeling very uncomfortable and for that we wont be back.

Best candy around! Store is always clean and staff is always amazing! Been coming here for years! They also do special items to and hand made!

Purchased chocolate from case. Dark chocolate tasted old and dried out. Popcorn was stale even though I was assured by male employee that it was fresh. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

This is the place you want to go if you are creating those special treats that need that extra special touch for decorating or if you want to sample different candies but dont want a huge bag. The prices are pretty reasonable for prepackaged items but the bulk candies where you can mix and match are a little on the higher side. The owner was there when we were there and he was super nice, welcoming, and helpful.

Everytime I go to the mall I make a point to visit this candy store. I love all the chocolate covered creations makes. He sells really good sodas you cant find anywhere else and candies you probably didnt know they still make from when you were growing up. The owner is really sweet too. Great service and prices.

Came here with my daughter and her friends, and they all loved picking out their favorite candies. It was great to see some old style candies and a great selection of candies in bulk. Plus their selections of specialty candies like the bacon covered in chocolate! So yummy!

Love this local company! They offer the best quality chocolates and cakes. The tea cakes are so wonderful and their packaging is elegant for gift giving. Great customer service.

My kids love it

I frequented this store for years because of their large selection of old fashioned candies. However, I recently learned from my nephew that the owner keeps the tip jar for himself! As a former business owner for over 35 years, I never kept the tips that my employees made and I cant fathom how someone could do that to theirs. Tips are for the employees- BY LAW- not for the owner, regardless of his justifications. I will no longer support this local business due to this unfair business practice and I hope others follow suit.

The owner is a very polite gentleman. The quality of the candy made in the store is excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I purchased the sugar free cherry cordials, dark chocolate covered potato chips and a dark chocolate covered macaroon. Oh my just a real delight and a great array of choices of candy and other sweets.

My boys went to this shop. The younger one touched the plastic bag with candy in it, tried to read nutrition facts, he is in 5th grade and love reading that. The old man told him: Do not touch except you buy it. They had $20 in their pocket but they didn’t want to spend a penny there so just walked out. They didn’t tell me till next day the science fair which my older boy attended was over. I was not able to confront to this man in person. Then I searched up and found those reviews about that old mean man. So I knew which shop it was. My older boy said his classmates were treated well except his younger brother and him. We really think that’s because we have different skin colors. Well, we definitely will never go back again.

Chocolate in display case is old and dried up. Candy bars on shelves were expired.Probably sat out for the entire time that mall was closed for pandemic. Also, no sneeze guard for employees and they were not wearing masks.

Love this shop! The guys who run it are super friendly and helpful. There are tons of jelly belly flavors and great old fashioned candies that I struggle to find elsewhere.

The candy and the people here are outstanding. If I had one gripe it would be that its a little pricey. But it is a small locally owned by people that are from this area, so Im willing to pay a little more to support our local small businesse.

Ive been shopping here since this store opened and I was a kid. Ive seen them move locations around the Melbourne Mall over the years. Unfortunately, I overheard the owner talk poorly of previous customers due to their race/ethnicity. I will not be spending money here again, and I will advice others to be cautious.

The cashier was incredibly nice, and all the candy is great. Theres candy I didnt even know existed that was still great.

What a great place! Every time I go in I get transported back to my childhood nearly 70 years ago. They have absolutely every candy youve ever had, no matter how obscure it is or old you are. I was blown away to see Bonomos Turkish Taffy. The quality and freshness is EXCELLENT. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful. Truly a gem in a mall that seems to breed mederocerty.

This shop brings me back to my childhood. The store is filled with fond memories of Chunkies, Niccos, and syrup filled wax bottles. They also have finer chocolates available which are all delicious. We stop every time we go to the mall to check out something new. Oh and the staff is AMAZING!

Went in the store because our kids wanted some icee. My husband asked the lady (not sure if she is the owner or a staff) to show us the cup sizes between small and medium. In a very rude tone she told us that there is no big difference in the price (50 cents). When my husband says that it it not about the money but the amount of sugar she rudely said that it is the same....so is she telling me that no matter if you buy the large size and pay more you still get the same amount of icee as when you buy the small one? In other words she is just ripping people off or is she just talking without turning on her brain!? Of course there is a difference in the amount of sugar if our kids finish a small icee vs a medium icee!I hope she is the owner then if she is not then I really hope the owner reads this and learn about how rude she is to customers AND her co-worker. Even the poor guy working with her told her she doesn’t have to yell at him!

Over crowded during this pandemic..unfortunately the 6 foot rule doesnt apply...customers putting hands in the candy no gloves....no sneeze guard...just not a good experience
