I was in on Saturday October 23 for a Halloween costume and decorations, the staff was very helpful in helping us, the problem was at checkout, there was only one cashier, she was working hard to keep the line moving, the line was about 20 people long, there was 3 girls working on balloons, but there wasnt anyone at the balloons counter one of those girls could have helped out

The place is good for what it is, but I went today to look for stuff for Halloween and it was so disappointing about most of the shelf empty. I understand things changing, but come on people put a little bit more effort to keep it up with everything.

Lots of choices for Halloween or any dress up time. Quite a few party themes, things for wedding s and showers or specialty birthdays. Wide variety of candies and balloons. Quite a few staff members to assist and short lines for a Sunday afternoon.

Store is HUGE, has everything you could possibly need, and then some. Very clean and organized. Great prices. Helpful staff, but not overbearing and too helpful.

Loved it! The largest selection of graduation decoration and balloons that Ive ever seen. The staff are very friendly and willing to help and are great at offering suggestions.

Went to check out Halloween costumes/accessories, not even out yet, going to Spirit Halloween which is already set up and open for business.

Its ok. I need to try one of their specialty items, because otherwise youre better off going to the store and just buying a pint and a spoon for the same price as a small cup.They did have two of their non-dairy available, which was nice.

If I could give negative Stars I would. I ordered a balloon delivery to be delivered on Valentines day I ordered this in advance to be delivered on Valentines day. I gave specific instructions on where and how to deliver. I was never contacted by party City to be told the delivery would not be made. I had to call there sit on hold for 20 minutes to be passed to two different managers neither one of which could help or solve the problem. Horrible customer service

Super disappointed when going to party city. Needed to order some balloons and waited in line at the balloon counter. Finally was our turn to be helped and the lady at the counter asked if she could help a lady in line to check out real quick. I tried to be nice and said sure and SHE NEVER CAME BACK... she should have come back as soon as she was done with that lady or asked for help or something. I stood there with NO help as she continued to check out 6-7 people. Finally a manager came to the front to help because at this point there are lines forming at both counters and when she finally comes over to help me she proceeds to tell me I need to get in line and they’ll help me at the other counter...!!!! I was livid. Not to mention it was the only day I had to run errands for my daughters birthday and I had many other things to do before going home. Super disappointed. Haven’t had horrible service like that in a long time.

My only complaint Low stock of items. Nice staff . West Melbourne is growing rapidly and stores need to get with it.

It is an alright place, but I would recommend you to come about 2 weeks ahead of time before any sort of holiday because items can run out very quickly if you dont go there on time. The people are nice to be with.

You guys are a joke and wonder why brick & mortar stores are going out of business. We bought something 3 days ago and lost the receipt. Its amazing that you can look up our purchase and verify we bought it but cant provide us a refund in the same method we purchased it in. I will never stop at your locations ever again.

I would have appreciated if they could have honored our discount code, however they told us it was only for online purchases. Funny because I could have purchased it the day before and picked it up and use my discount but not in the store. That was kind of disappointing.

My daughters and I love this place. I would have given it 5 stars but they were out of a good 80% or so costumes. Another thing I love about the stores that they are open late they have everything you could possibly imagine 4 any type of party related event.

Just stopped at Party City after checking for costumes at the Halloween Store and Party City had a better selection and WAY better pricing. While there I saw tons of fun stuff, cant wait to go back. Adult and children costume needs

Great place to go if youre having a party if they got everything you need. Definitely not super cheap but they have a huge selection you can get in and out of there and get all the stuff you need. Definitely helpful staff.

Awesome staff. The one cashier that is going through a difficult time is an inspiration. She is an assest to your company, her positive attitude, smile and love for your customers and Party City is what will keep me coming back! I sure wish I remembered her name, God Bless may you heal quickly.

They have a variety of Halloween costumes in two aisles. Unfortunately, some of the sets were not complete and shoes, and other accessories had to be bought separately. The costumes are also quite pricey, given the relatively low quality (100% polyester), and the fit is not perfect. The staff members were friendly and the store seemed quite organized.

It is hard to find what youre looking for sometimes. I was looking for baby shower things. There was not a good supply of girl things. I was very disappointed. They were focused on holiday but there are the things besides holidays to get at a party center. I found that Im looking up and down the aisles and the employees are not even asking me if I need help.

Past holiday items not on clearance, lots of bare spots, I saw one employee the entire time hiding in the balloon area. Not impressed. Party Outlet was better!

My grand girl was turning 3 ihad to go to Chicago on her birthday. So i went here as she was having a Moana theme we were helping her mom and did not want to take a chance they would be sold out so i got plates,cups,banners and ballons in a package that they blew up in Joliet for free.

Called this location to speak with someone about ordering balloons that spell out “Welcome Home” which I found on the PARTYCITY WEBSITE for my husband. The employee who answered my phone call not only interrupted me before I had the chance to ask my question, she also laughed at me as if I was asking for something extremely far fetched, when what I was asking for was on their website!This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this location. I will not do business with them going forward!

The customer service was awesome as well as entertaining! Having needed last minute 4th of July party necessities I was able to find what I needed and more!! A very pleasant expericence!
