My breath was taken away at the beautiful Fall arrangement as I entered the store. Then another blessing; the store manager introduced herself to us. The new customer service manager is so kind and helpful, too. Great store. Shopping is truly a pleasure.

Going to Publix is always been a friendly clean and enjoyable experience. The customer service never have a problem answering questions and there are always very greeting when I arrive into the store. I suffer from a gluten and soy intolerance so stores like Publix are great for picking up all of the items to remain vegan while also meeting my nutritional needs as a Fitness coach. Switching to them definitely helped out when its come to finding foods that my body absorb with no issues. I appreciate is there service in the price is definitely worth it for the convenience.

This review is specific to the wonderful Florist, Carol Ann! She is super amazing! I got married a year and a half ago and she did my bouquet, flower girl flowers, and other assorted flowers. Shes not only a great listener, but does great in communicating and does beautiful work! I stopped in today to tell her I still remember that bouquet and my husband and I celebrate 2 years this November. She remembered me and that made me feel even more special. If you need flowers, shes your florist.

To say the least we love our Suntree Publix. The usual excellent and friendly service. Something new for me. I transferred my pharmacy business from Walgreens to Publix. Best decision I ever made. Just like the store it has excellent service. They are so nice and helpful. We got all our Moderna vaccines there and other shots and other business. Highly recommend!! Keep in mind we had used Walgreens for years and don’t miss them.

To me publix had always provided such a great service and great shopping experience in all stores Ive been but this store made me feel very disappointed and felt very unwelcome. I visited yesterday afternoon this store to buy a a cake and went to the bakery, was standing at the cake display for a few minutes and none of the 3 employees that were there who made a few eye contact with me greeted me or asked me if I needed any help gave the some time and kept on looking g at the cakes and I look at the two older ladies that were just standing by the corner and I waved and one of them asked me from that corner if I have any questions, I told her that I wanted to get a cake, I started to ask her for the cake filling and flavor she seems annoyed but I needed to get right cake and when I choose the cake she put it right away in the box and I asked her if she can write something on the cake and she said that they can not right on the cake, I was surprised then she said I can write on the board and I say not is okay then she handed me the cake and ask her if she can give me the spatula and she said sorry we do not have any, no thank you no have a great day nothing. Went and got few more things and went to the express lane and the male cashier did not put the cake on a bag so I reach for a bag and I told him that I just wanted to put it the to hide it he saw me struggling to put the cake and just pull my receipt and handed to me not even offered me a paper bag that would make it easier for me and same thing no thank you have a good day but I went ahead and say thank you. I will continue to go to the Viera store instead. But some of your staff may need customers service retraining. Gave it a 2 because the cake was amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Store was very clean, bright, and organized. They have a fantastic deli and produce selection. They had everything we needed!

I love my Publix Super Market at Suntree Sq. Our family has been shopping there since it was built. Such knowledgeable and friendly employees. The store is always clean and all departments are stocked and clean. It is a delight to shop their and Im very pleased with the addition of instacart.

The in stocks are terrible. I dont know how many times I have tried to order items that are not in stock. Right now 10 out of 34 items arent available. The Publix on stadium is WAY better.

Need to put large liters of soda where short peoplecan reach them. Hate asking.Love Publix, especially the BOGOSAnd its always clean. Also, it seems your employees Are so nice, several times they have asked if i needed, help, by the end of shopping I look pretty bad, I I have copd so I can get pretty winded, but they are always there to help or with kind word.Thank you PUBLIX but get those liter bottles lower!

Shoutout to an expert employee stocking the deli cheese case on Good Friday. Thanks to her I was able to come back the next day and get mascarpone cheese for an Easter pavlova. This ingredient isn’t easy to find in rural Florida, so it was even more awesome to finally find it here.

Store is clean, it does get crowded here. Not a really huge Publix but they have quite a bit. The worst thing about this store is that it is right next to Tuesday Morning and I stop in while im there and end up spending more money.

I love publix. But I especially like my local Publix at Suntree. They are just friendly and the store is the right size and food is fresh and store is clean.

The worst around our area. Smaller than most. Almost always bread and pastries that are older, so watch your dates! Very small cakes selection, often sold out. I dont even go anymore.

The best. Publix got the best variety of products and fresh produce over all.

Courteous staff. Always accommodating and pleasant. Loving the new flavor of Peruvian rotisserie chicken.

Publix Pharmacy not competent to handle Covid-19 vaccination and causing their regular pharmacy customers inadequate service.

Nice market but pricey.

Prepared food (chicken)and seafood workers are not kind or helpful. Three workers saw me and no one came over to help or acknowledge I was there. I now drive out of my way to go to the Stadium Publix where everyone and every department is kind and helpful.

Ive been going to the Suntree Publix now for 15 years and through all that time I can say that the people are friendly and helpful and the store has everything one could ever need. Kudos to keeping 5 stars over 15 years in my eyes.

Visited Publix for a Sub and some ice cream. Staff was friendly as usual. The deli staff was friendly and accommodating even though we were last customers of the day.

The staff is fine but it’s literally everyone else that makes everything about this store intolerable. Life became so much better once I made the decision to never step foot in this store ever again.
