Total wine is the high end store to get what your drinking. It is immaculately clean inside and the staff are very professional. I prefer beer and you have such a variety from local brews to international that you can get something good everytime.

So not sure what Total Wine does with all the boxes they have on the shelves...but they use to let people take. Tonight I went in and the shelves were full but the guys said I couldnt take without a purchase. Were looking low. The shelves were FULL. I shop in there every week but they couldnt spare a couple of boxes. So now theyve lost a regular customer over empty boxes...stupid. In this environment its really a good opportunity to see which business are worth supporting and which ones are just completely unaware and ignorant to customer service.

Kate went above and beyond in gettiing me taking care of. She was very informative. It was a pleasure speaking with her. She needs a raise!

This is really a state of the art beer, wine and liquor store. The selection and value are unmatched by anywhere I am familiar with in the area. On our last visit we got some incredible French sparkling rose wine at a great price. The only issue is they just have so many products you could spend a long time travelling the aisles.

Love the variety and very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! The prices are better than most all other places including the class 6 on post and many times Sams.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always greeting you first and proactively looking to assist customers. Wide selection. I come here to purchase a kosher wine that isnt sold close to me. Never a disappointment. Lots of parking.

Though this store is awesome for their offerings, their coupons are deceiving. We dont live that close but frequent the area the store is in so its convenient at times. We spend around $100 or more each visit. Last time we went very early Sunday morning, did not have masks on as we were basically the only ones there, we were asked to put a mask on even with no one around us, even with hed governor lifting mask mandates. We dont plan to be back.

Fantastic selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The staff is friendly and quite helpful, which is a great thing, because there is so much in this store! They went out of their way to help me find Not your Fathers Root Beer.

Sell drink ware and snacks to go with your beverage. Have a large cigar den. Offer free boxes for transporting your bottles home safely. They have a rewards club.

OMG! So many wines to choose from! And beers! And liquors. Get on their customer loyalty program and you get great coupons and $5 rewards periodically. Wow! This place has it all! From high end to the budget friendly. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable. They had everything from craft beer, to wine, liquor, cigars and snacks. Its almost a one stop shop for your party needs or bar set up.The store was clean and well organized. I am fully impressed with this location.

This is a big store with a lot of choices and I was looking for strawberry cream liqueur. The employees are able to look on their smart phone at the available inventory and find what you want at the price point you want. Top shelf or in my case something cheaper to use for ice cream topping. Not your typical big box store because the employees are everywhere and eager to assist.

The employees here are so rude. My family and I went in yesterday evening. A lady serving some kind of bubbly drink asked if we wanted a sample. As I was saying “no thank you” literally a second after she asked she whisper under her breath with an attitude “I guess not”. Luckily I didn’t hear it and my husband did!!l!Then I had my toddler in a cart and was adjusting her safety belt in an aisle and an employee shoved past me without even an excuse me or anything of the sort.Then when we were checking out, the cashier said my husband’s military ID wasn’t good enough to be used to buy alcohol even though it has his birth date on the back. We’ve always used a military ID to buy alcohol at other places so idk what the deal with this place was.Will not be going back.

Loved this Total Wine! They had a huge wine selection - which I appreciated and was the purpose of my visit. Wines were separated by type and region.They also had a good selection of pricier wines, good for gifts. They also had their holiday gift type items out.

We make a trip out to Total Wine every couple of weeks... this location is almost always well stocked but occasionally we have to ask for the product that we are looking for. This is normally where we have the problems if we have any. Sometimes the employees we encounter are else then willing to help out, then there are times like our latest visit and the employee gave us a helping hand getting the items we needed to pick up.

You can never go wrong with Total Wine. Dont visit on an empty stomach ladies, samples are freely given. For those hard to find favorites, try Total Wine!

It is about time that Florida is showcasing great Connecticut beer. When I leave Connecticut I leave with 5 cases of two roads. Road to ruin, two juicy and little heaven. Thank you total wine. Oh by the way we need a store closer to vero

I just stopped into the Viera Total Wine and had the best customer experience in my life at a place that sells spirits. A sales representative named Bob took amazing care of us guiding us to a better wine at a lower price, so we bought 2, an amazing new mead that suits my aesthetics, the bottle looked like a skull and it was called Pirate Blood, and to a red aged in rum barrels, I did not even know I had wanted. It was a stellar experience. Thank you Bob, and thank you Total Wine 🍇 😁.

Prices are very reasonable and they have an amazing selection. They have pretty much anything you can think of. They also have samples through the store sometimes and the staff is very helpful. you never have to wait for long for help or to check out.

Excellent service. With all the issues of the virus and the fact that I have autoimmune illnesses I needed to pick up an order without going in. No problem whatsoever. They were very accommodating. And after observing what they were doing to insure that all there carts where clean I was even more impressed. So even though it is quite a drive for me to go to this store I think its worth it.

My wife and I went there like 3 times now, everytime we go there we get excellent service from the staff, very helpful and knowledge where certain things are!Not overbearing on try to sell you stuff, very very nice experience!

Employees are very helpful and friendly! However, just bought a cigar hoping to smoke after purchase, Total Wine humidor (humidity) was too high, could not smoke my cigar at all! Check cigars before purchase.

You want it they have. I have been getting my kegs for my kegerator for years . Also get my jello and other alcohol types.

Terrible, very bad customer service. Very rude, overbearing manager ( Matt Masson). I cannot recommend this place anymore and will make an extra effort to limit my puchases here to the absolute minimum from now on. The selection is good which is the only thing which makes it hard to exclude it completely.

Great selection, New to Tequila and their recommended first bottle to try was excellent. They really know their products and what to recommended based on your taste preferences.

This huge liquor, wine and beer store is great. Go on weekends for lots of free samples. Their selection is wonderful and prices very good. Plus their service is so friendly and helpful. Join their reward program for more benefits. Normally several checkout registers are open so quick exit once you are through.

Great curbside delivery. Same day used to be free. Maybe the $1.99 fee is due to the holidays.

The Viera location has an excellent inventory with great prices. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in locating and accessing what I needed, even using a small forklift to access a full case of champagne from the top storage shelf.

Its fun just to see the amazing variety of things here. So, I was a bit surprised when I learned they dont carry prickly pear syrup. I wanted to make Prickly Pear Margaritas like Carrabbas (which my wife and I really like). I think they should get rid of a few of the ridiculous number of beers or wines to make room for a bunch of the specialty flavor syrups so we can all try making different flavors of mixed drinks.

Total Wine is one of the best places to go when looking for a special gift, or bottle of your favorite spirt or beer.They have knowledgeable staff and the ability to try some of their offering is great. Definitely give it a try. You wont be disappointed.

Total Wine is my go to place for beer wine and liquor. They always have some good deals. I bought an extra bottle of Jack Daniels when they had on on sale for $31.00 for 1.75 L

First time in and was very surprised by the selection of wines and liquors. Staff is very helpful and willing to assist. Loved the staff reviews they post on some of the selections. Will definitely be back.

I was susprised how much stuff you can find from all over the world.I was looking the ones fromEurope and find very good selection of beers from there.Also i was searching for Plum Brandy from Serbia and i have found it here.Highly recommend this place.
