This is the BEST Publix of all Melbourne locations. You will find the best variety of produce, specialty items in the prepared produce section that you wont find at any other Publix stores. Im in particular in love with their specialty made salads. The extra toppings are better than a salad you can make at home. They offer a wide selection of hand prepared Sushi as well as other delicious items. The Deli offers a wide selection of products as well as specialty items and great cooked foods. The employees are always available to answer questions and take you to the shelves to find what you are looking for. The store is well managed and you can tell by the exceptional customer service team at this Publix. Im lucky to live close to this store but I would highly recommend going a little out of your way to visit this Publix. You will be glad you did.

It was very polite. I wanted to make chicken wings but I needed them to cut them up for me, they had no problem doing that at all took him in the back and cut them for me in no time. The store is very busy but everything moves very clean and moving quickly

They can do better n the meat department the guy who works back there that prepares the meats is very nasty to minorities dont like his attitude at all. Then employees at Publix are courteous and helpful. The lines are kept small and additional registers open as needed. Prices are higher than other grocery stores in the area but the store is very clean and neat. Their specials are always good.

I always enjoy going to Publix. The extra cost is made up by the selection and service. My daughter even works at the Indian Harbor location! That is how much we like this brand.

ADEA should be aware. So sad but today I witnessed a younger cashier named Stephanie bully a senior citizen employee. While I was paying with Stephanie the employee approached to help bag my things when she started grilling him as to where he had been. He explained he was in the bathroom, twice. It was particularly embarrassing for the older man to try and explain to her that even though he had just gotten off a break he still had to use the restroom, having to do this directly in front of me and the rest of the store. You should be ashamed Stephanie, hopefully your management will train you on how to actually show respect to another person no matter who they are.

The staff are hilarious and very polite. This is such a convient place right between the two Walmarts on Wickham road. They absolutely have the best produce over the other grocery stores too, and their meat selection is the best!

Always friendly, never feel like you are in wal mart. Employees always respectful and it gives you the feeling of a small town market with all the selection of a wal mart and more!

I love Publix. Hands down best grocery store nation wide (except for the one HEB store on Broadway in San Antonio). Ive never visited this Publix on Washington. Obviously older store. My complaint?#1: I couldnt order a sandwich on white mountain bread because they dont bring that bread over from the bakery. Hmmm they do at Publix on West New Haven Ave. and they do in South Carolina.#2: There were 5 customers in line waiting to have sandwiches made with 1 guy making sandwiches. Eventually another guy jumped in to help, but there were still 3 other people behind the counter smokin and jokin, making a conscious effort not to make eye contact with anyone standing in line waiting. Not the where shopping is a pleasure Im accustomed to.

What I live about Publix is even if your walking through a Isle and you even seem to be looking for something you cant find, a friendly associate will ask if they can help you find something! Love the service...

This is by far the best Publix around! Even though its the closest to my house, I would still go out of my way to go to the Publix at the Lake Washington Crossing Plaza!!!!

The Lake Washington Publix is one of my favorite stores with fresh produce, bakery, deli, pharmacy, floral, dairy, frozen foods, and everything else one might expect a grocery store to carry. Regular prices can be higher than some other stores, but loyal Publix shoppers are rewarded with weekly BOGOs (Buy One Get One Free).

I was very unhappy with this stores Bakery & the uncaring employee, unable to purchase a Key lime pie without Almonds as I am allergic to them, she said they one make them with almonds because of the Managers rule. This is not true as I ALWAYS get them at my regular PUBLIX, I dont understand why they think every Human would want nuts ???

We usually dont have any issues with this Publix, we order pub subs from them all the time. Today we ordered 2 pub subs at 10:08AM that said it would be ready at 10:45. We got there at 10:30 and no one was there in line and they werent done, which is fine they have until 10:45. We got our subs at 11 being told they were working in it multiple times. In the time it took for them to make our subs we could have ordered and left. The only excise we got was theyre a lot of ingrediants. We have ordered subs from them multiple times that didnt take more than 10 minutes, Its unacceptable.

We had a BD party & guest arriving within the hour and the cake didn’t look anything like the photo in the book. They re did the frosting and the store manager delivered it to our house. Another time we dropped our bag and the glass broke to an item. They replaced it at no additional charge.

Publix is great! Always very clean, the associates couldn’t be nicer. A couple of times, an item would be out on the shelf. Every time someone would check in the back to see if it had not been restocked. They are constantly restocking and they have cashiers that are open! They bag your items and you’re out the door! Their tag line of: Where shopping is a pleasure, is so true! Customer for life!

Every time I go in there, the staff has always gone out of their way to help me. Autumn, Brenda, Paul, Lisa T., Stephanie, Jessica in CS, Ren (deli) And everybody goes above and beyond to ensure that I have a good experience. The pharmacist who used to be there Troy B., convinced me to move my prescriptions over. I have not regretted it since the time I did it.I would recommend anybody who has prescriptions to go to Publix. I have met some lifelong friends at this Publix. Just want to say thank you very much for having good customer service and a nice clean store.

Love this store.

I normally come here for the chicken they make good chicken at a good price.It actually tastes on par with KFC, but guess what KFC likes to add pieces of fried shoestring and call it a tender while Publix sells them by the pound and you get big meaty slabs to feast upon.Sadly I stopped getting subs here not sure if they brought back their stoves, but last time I had a steak and cheese sub here it was microwaved and I just returned it.I couldnt find out why their subs became so bad (online orders) until I actually came and ordered one while shopping they stopped cooking the meat properly.All that bragging about Publix subs just to give up and start microwaving them...

Not a fan of this Publix. Seems to be a much older and smaller store. And the most ridiculous parking lot I’ve ever seen. Could the spaces be any bigger? Are we serving exclusively blind or bad drivers? No one sanitizing carts at entrance. Upon entering store, a manager was threatening an employee with firing because of behavior. Could this be done in an office? Why in the middle of the grocery store?Prices are way too high for certain items. Produce section is very small and cramped. No mango or raspberries. No vegan dressings. Walmart is better than this.
