As an owner of the Indian River Antique Mall in Melbourne FL me, our staff and family shop at Publix and frequently buy their amazing subs. Good food fast.

I arrived to purchase the advertised $7.99 eight piece chicken. They were out and it would be and additional appox 45 min before more would be available. I feel they should be more organized and more timely of a sale item especially at 5pm dinner time.This repeated behavior on behalf of this Publix is unacceptable!

Publix is like going to the candy store only want to spend $50 spend $250 most I spent at one time was $500 plus so I stay out of the candy store lol. Yes its a wonderful place to shop

If I could give it Zero stars, I would. Worst Publix experience Ive ever had. This store is less than 1 mile away from work but I avoid it and you should, too. Ordered and prepaid a Sub online to pick up on my way home. Got there a few minutes early. No Sub. Shopped a bit. No Sub. Waited some more. No Sub. Got on the Sub line. No Sub. Texted my family to let them know I was still waiting. No Sub. If I hadnt paid I would have left. Then I see a Deli person put a Sub on the rack. The ticket was for 6:40 it was now 7:30. This is the type of experience I always have at this store. I should know better. My brother in-law is a Publix manager, this store is not up to Publix standards. Not to mention the Parking Lot is a nightmare to get in and out of and you dont feel safe at the night time. They cant control that but they can control their Customer Service. I wont be back.

Totally disappointed in this store. Im usually quite pleased with Publix, but this store had unhelpful employees. Im new to area and was kinda lost in this Publix, and the staff seemed impositioned when I asked for help. They were too busy talking amongst themselves.

We call this ghetto publix. Complete with very little selection of foods that are consistently outdated.

Always clean and well organized! The deli can be a little hectic around lunch time and low on foods around dinner time. Plan ahead, or order ahead or online.

This Publix is much smaller than most Publix... But that does not interfere with the quality or top notch employees, that Publix is known for. I recently moved into this area. I am used to a big suburban Publix and was a little taken aback, when I saw the size of this one...but it has all the same things except it never seems to be very crowded, which is a plus. It is always very clean and well stocked. There are certain bakery items at Publix, that I get on a weekly basis and I have to say this bakery puts out some superior pies and tarts, the fruit tart is my favorite. The checkout is always very fast, there never seems to be a long line and the shelves are always stocked. Ive been so impressed with the management and how efficiently the store runs. You think all Publix are all the same but this tiny Publix, outshines some of the larger ones!

Store never has anything in stock ever every time I go there they never have anything I want and theyre very expensive

As always, friendly and informanent (sp) workers all over the store. Very clean. I also bought a sub. Was best i have had elsewhere. Cashier very friendly and helpful. Bager helpful and asked to go with me to my car as i was in an electric cart.Always a pleasure to shop at your store.

I was born here on aisle 3. OK, not really—the store expanded and moved down the strip. 55 years ago, a cop here found me crying. I told him I wasn’t lost, but I didn’t know where Mom was. Didn’t understand why he smiled, but he took me up to the customer service, and they paged Mom.OK, the store doesn’t feel quite as nice as before, because the neighborhood has downscaled. But the selection, helpfulness, and produce are excellent. The meat is fresh.

I love I love Publix they have fresh produce they have fresh product they have good looking meats but the employees are slacking they dont have the rain check system anymore which I dont understand dont put a sale up if you only got three items of that sell product youre going to put on the floor and tell somebody itll be in next week but the cell or the BOGO for that product will be off the next day thats not fair just to get people in there you have a good store you have good products dont cheat people

The kids wanted Publix subs, so Publix subs it was...Great experience from Ryan at the Publix deli. Ordered three subs - a Publix ham, a Publix ultimate, and a Publix chicken tender. All sandwiches were made to order with my ten year-old daughter supervising the preparation. Extra sandwich ingredients were happily provided in a separate bag. They made a great side salad.Fruit, drinks, and desert items were also purchased. Im a big fan of BOGO free items and we escaped, spending only $42.22.This Publix is an older style store - something seldom seen these days. With that said, it was well stocked and clean. *hey any moms on Wic*I got 4 boxes of Kix on my wic card and got 4 boxes of the “good good cereal”! Love the BOGOS! I also get extra good cheese when they have bogo. Buy the wic approved cheese and get any other kind for free. The Cashiers Have to SCAN THEM IN THE RIGHT ORDER (1st Wic cereal then free one) AND THE WIC CEREAL MUST COST MORE THAN THE “Fire Ones**

Clean, they will even go in the back to find a product took a bit,15:00min. I waited & he came back with the sugar free mint cookie.

I love this store! I work at a doctors office two streets behind it so everyone in my office is constantly coming to this store for lunches and last minute things. The employees are always nice and helpful. I had to get a decadent cake for a birthday at the office. We completely forgot the birthday was today and I went in to pick one out that was somewhat like the one we forgot to order (decadent ones have to be ordered 24 hours in advance). Miss B from the bakery came around to place one out and I asked her what was inside one I was looking at that was already out. I explained to her we missed the 24 hour order ahead and was looking for something similar. She said she can make the decadent cake today! I apologized for forgetting to order ahead again and she was extremely nice and said she will have the cake ready by noon. When I got the cake later today, everyone was so nice and another helpful employee helped me find the birthday cards. Everyone at my office loves this Publix and we will continue to come here for everything we need!

Friendly And Very Helpful. Parking lot is usually crowded, so may need to search for a parking spot. Very clean and Keeps the carts wiped down as you walk in. You can usually find good deals like buy one get one or buy 2 for one reasonable price. Prices are a bit high but you get your money worth plus savings. 👍👍

Its OK small, got the covid shot, they are doing walk ins. J&J and Maderina.

They are doing a great job keeping the carts and the scooters wipe down. There is a person there constantly in the foyer wiping everything down as they come in. I am an At risk senior. I order and pay for my sandwich online and they are kind enough to bring it out to my car.

This Publix is always clean and organized. The staff is very friendly. Its smaller than youre probably use to. The over the counter area is compact. Other than that they will meet majority of your needs if not all as a grocery store.
