Txcellent experience. The salesman at the Aveues store in Viera, Kevin thouroughly explain all the working of the bed and the benefits of each . Let us try and asjust our comfort level and the service we recieved was exceptional. Would hoghly recommend the store to anyone needing a bed.

Purchased a mattress with adjustable frame. Frame was defective couldnt adjust legs, sent out a technician twice couldnt fix it . Sleep number informed me to contact Leggett and Platt that sleep number doesnt stand behind the frames. I was confused since i purchased it from Sleep number, paid sleep number . I told them that they should fix or give me another base, they sold me a defective base. They refused, kept directing me to Leggett and Platt. I even spoke to a supervisor at Sleep number, she also told me the same.This was in May, its august and I am still trying to get a new frame or get mine fixed. I am now working with Leggett and Platt and my credit card company. i have put a dispute in for defective merchandise. I am so disappointed in this company, i had such high hopes. And i love my bed i just wish i could sleep on it correctly without a broken base.

The experience began beautifully. We even attempted to purchase a very expensive bed, but our debit card limit wouldnt allow it. So, we went back the next day to purchase the same bed by check. For some reason (be it computer/corporate glitch or lack of knowledge by salesperson), we, once again, failed to purchase this bed. We left, exhausted and irritated. 2 days later, we happened to be in Orlando and came across another Sleep Number store. Even though the sale was over, this store honored the discount and we purchased our bed.

Kevin was GREAT!! He explained everything so knew exactly what I was getting. Everyone there was very helpful and made sure I got the right mattress for me.

Pandemic shopping: We owned a Sleep Number in an RV we once had, so there was no doubt that we wanted Sleep Number when our current regular mattress wore out. I priced the components online and when the second round of Covid relief money turned up on our bank account, I called the local store to see if there was any need to go to the store physically. There wasnt. The purchase was completed over the phone. The sales person made everything easy and set up our delivery. The delivery includes taking away our old mattress. There was no pressure for us to upgrade to things we didnt need or want. A pleasant experience.

Yay! We just got our Sleepnumber C2 Queen size bed. More than our budget. Well see how it works. Shout out to Mr. Kevin McDonald!

After a few nights I was able to find my perfect number 45 and I am getting better rest and less restlessness trying to get comfortable like I used to do in our old bed.We got the split top and I just love that freedom to raise my head up while my husbands side stays down.Best bed ever fits all of our needs for a wonderful nights rest!

Wed been wanting to investigate a SLEEP NUMBER BED and finally stopped in a couple of weeks ago after picking up Take Out due to this Virus. Dina was great. Answered all our questions with such patience. It took til this week to complete the purchase as we wanted to find a new home for our pristine Tempurpedic Bed which simply did not work for us and we also had to unfreeze our Credit Files which turned out to be a challenge due to the heavy internet traffic. Dina was just great through it all and I look forward to recommending Dina and your Store.

Experience was like buying a used carStore salesman was not only constantly up selling but completely incompetent on computer and getting order correct. Then spent 4 days and many hour on phone trying to sort his mistakes out. Finally had to just completely had to cancel order. Never then had to fight for another 2 days and hours on phone to get billing off my credit!Don’t make same mistake don’t buy here!!!!!!

This was the closest store to Vero beach Fl. Very nice store the workers there were very knowledgeable about the product. Not pushy at all and they did a great job working with you helping you to understand the bed and all that it can help you with.

We just received our I8 sleep number bed 2 days ago. So far best sleep ever. We worked with Jeremy during this selection process and what a great experience!!! I started “looking” for a new bed about 2 months before I purchased and Jeremy was great explaining all the features to me and very patient and NOT pushy.I visited the store several times before I bought and Jeremy kept me informed of all the specials that were offered and for the money I couldn’t resist. The delivery went exactly as explained, no problems and the delivery men took our old bed away.I highly recommended the Viera Showroom. Nice bed until it breaks. Mine lasted about a year and air pump went dead. Still under warranty, but they sent me a replacement part that was broken. First pump took 3 days to ship, but didn’t work. Second one took a week to send. I’ll update if that works, but had to buy air mattress from Wal Mart instead of using $10 grand bed.Don’t waste your money like I did. Zero customer service if and when it breaks. Izzy, the manager was rude and hung up on me. What great service! Buyer beware as the product is good until it breaks; customer service is quite pathetic.

We have bought several expensive beds from the Viera store. My husbands side of the bed has completely sunk, and he called the service for help, and he ended up collapsing the whole bed with there help. I have a bad back, with bad hips, so the service department after messing up, called the Viera store and simply asked for us to borrow a pump until we got the new one that we had to pay for, even though it is under warranty, and they said NO.After over eight thousand dollars spent, and after screw ups on there part the Viera store absolutely refused to help there customer.Thank you for your kindness!! It was the warranty department that called you ( Viera) to ask for help for a few days, and you said no!

My wife and I have not yet received our Sleep Number bed set recently purchased at the Viera store, however, we were impressed with the customer service received from Justin, who provided us with the many great features information for the Sleep Number bed style weve chosen. This provides the best comfort of any mattress I have tried. Previously had an expensive Tempurpedic mattress which wasn’t as comfortable as this. Found my favorite Sleep number which for me is 35 and hubby 75. That showed me why it is hard for a couple to come to agreement on a mattress and how firm or soft they want. No longer do I wake up from a hurting hip or leg. Best buy ever. Also doesn’t make you hot like the Tempurpedic

One word....Expensive. Will not be around in the future without extensive price reductions.
