All sales people we dealt with seemed very concerned with helping us find the perfect mattress. They asked questions about our sleeping habits and gave us time to lay on different type mattresses. Safety procedures are in place and covers were provided for laying on pillows. We visited this store multiple times, and spoke with 3 different sales folks and they all were nice easy to talk with and took extra time to help us.

The lady who helped me went way above and beyond to help me out. I had a mattress delivered and they were excellent with the set up. Everything was perfect from the sale to delivery. And the bed is amazing.

This place is all some. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. I bought a bed about a month ago. I have it a month to get used to. I still was not comfortable. The salesperson helped me find a bed that better suited my needs. They were able to take back the first bed and deliver my new bed in under a week. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a good nights rest.

I found them online and read several reviews, they are the best! Very respectful and have twin beds to try out before actually buying them! Thomas “John” recognized my desires and budget very quickly and guided me to several products such as the mattress and adjustability platform.I have yet to experience what I purchased, but I am pleased with the professionalism of John and him showing me options. We have been looking for a new mattress and adjustable base for a while. We went to Mattress Firm in Viera and our sleep expert J T was very helpful and knowledgeable on their products. We decided to invest in a top of line Tempur-Pedic mattress and adjustable base which will greatly improve the quality of sleep and overall comfort we receive.We highly recommend J T at the mattress firm in Viera, he will show you the best products for your needs without any pressure whatsoever!!

So I normally buy most bigger ticket items online bc I figure I get the best deal. I did all my research and went to Mattress Firm basically to test out the beds and then I would find better deal online...well, the rep in the store, Micheal, was so very nice and helpful and NO pressure that I realized it was better deal or at least same in store! Plus he was so cool and helpful that I bought my mattresses right there. It’s good thing too bc there was a bit of minor mixup on behalf or a vendor(not Micheal) and he made sure to rectify the issue and made everything right. So very happy I stopped in to just “test” out the beds! Thank you Micheal for great experience and products :)

Today we visited the Mattress Firm location near the Avenue shopping area to purchase a replacement guest room bed. Michael Keneally assisted us by asking specific questions to determine exactly what we wanted, showed us our options, and explained the terms of their current sale. I bought my last mattress here. The folks that helped me were very attentive and showed me several options (including the one I bought) they had financing options, that I ultimately didnt use but it was the fact they had several options that I liked!!

The mattress and delivery were flawless, but JT promised my wife a healthcare worker discount on pillows and mattress pads that he wasnt able to give us. Theres also better deals on accessories on the Tempur Pedic website and I heard customers at other locations getting better deals like BOGO Tempur Pedic pillows. Overall I would buy a Tempur Pedic again.

Lisa was extremely professional and friendly. No sales pressure. Very pleasant experience. My only concern is that I just saw several reviews on Facebook about Mattress Firm and they are really bad! Most people said they will NEVER BUY FROM MATTRESS FIRM AGAIN. I cant afford to get stuck. The complaints were very negative. Im concerned that the same thing might happen to me!!

I would like to mention our experience of shopping for a matress. It had been 16 years the last time I actually walked into a store and laid on mattresses to choose one. It was exhausting. Also let me disclose that I work in costumer service and know how we are suppose to treat costumers.Fast forward to 2020, Covid pandemic era!My fiancé and I walked into Mattress Firm almost at closing time. The store has great sanitation station, with masks and hand sanitizers available right at the entry door. Lynn and Jayson greeted us cordially and welcomed us into their store. Lynn went above and beyond to help us choosing a bed, explaining all the features on each of the different models. She was patient, friendly and not for one minute tried to push on us the most expansive ones. She answered all of our questions (and I had 2 thousand of them). She explained in details and helped us with the financing process. By the time we left the store, I had the bed I wanted and needed and felt very confident with our purchase. I am sure I will be sleeping great, on my new bed, for many years to come.
