Best place to shop. Customer Service is amazing! Kulsum was a very bright young lady who knew everything. Extremely kind and compassionate person. She had such a bubbly attitude. Extremely disappointed to find out she no longer works there anymore😔

I purchased about 5 items at this location a male employee told me when I was ready to leave the store if I would have him called up front, he would help me get them to my car.

Elizabeth helped us with getting on the store app, she was so helpful and sweet, glad we went cashier was very kind and caring as well.

It has mostly home decors, furniture and it has good quality stuff for cheaper prices 👌 so if you are working on a budget and you wanna buy anything for your home 🏡 I think this is the right place to go. Employees are very welcoming and the place is well designed.

They were OK the young lady in the store was very helpful but the lady at the cash register and customer service was a little bit impatient and rude but everybody else in the store was great.

Very disappointing experience this evening at this store. I stopped in to purchase a shower curtain rod. (Approx $45). There were no associates at any of the checkouts. However there was one at the customer service desk who was helping another customer. After waiting a while behind that customer, three other customers came and joined the line. I then asked if there was anyone working the other check out areas. That employee advised that someone would be right up. So I stepped over to the check out lines to wait. An employee came up at a snail’s pace. No smile, and looked like she would rather be anywhere else. She told the people in the line at customer service that she would help them. I was standing there by her and said, “I was first in that line and was told you were coming up so I moved over here to wait.” She shrugged her shoulders at me and didn’t comment. Turned back to the people she had just told to come to her. I was so shocked that I didn’t respond appropriately and am sorry about that. I laid the rod down on the counter and said, “This is unbelievably bad customer service. Thanks anyway!” This experience reminded me why it’s easier to shop with Amazon. It’s a shame for the local businesses. But this could be why they are struggling in so many cases.

I like just seeing the new stuff in the store. Very clean and organized. If you have home needs you will find it here. Yes bed bath kitchen or front room we did our home from here no sense in going to 5 stores when one will do.

Spent the day with Cameran registering for our wedding! She was so sweet and fun and helpful. If you need to register I highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and adjusted to our needs and wants. She wasn’t the least bit pushy and made us feel at ease. She let us self guide while also helping us head in the right direction. Definitely ask for her if you are there!

I love this store! I can find most anything to do with the house here. I got replacement reusable straws and a brush to clean them. I bought a set two years ago for my new home and have been using and washing them. They still work but I want fresh ones. Needed help finding all things. A young man was very helpful making sure I had everything I needed. Did I say that I love this store?!

Ive shopped this location a dozen times and always a positive experience. Great selection of coffee brewing accessories, linens and bedding, the things Ive purchased. The 20% off a single item coupon has saved me a lot of money over the years. Plenty of parking and the staff are always pleasant. Deservingly they get my 5 stars.

They have a large inventory of items for the bathroom. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. I got a new showerhead here.

Sadly this box store is mostly becoming a shipping point. The big items, like bread machines, that you want to look at are not displayed in the store and must be ordered online.

Great to shop for anything you need for your house. The coupons are a big help and if you use the paper ones, they let you use them even if they are expire. Great return policy to.

As usual there was a terrific sale we went in and I got a queen sheet 400 thread count absolutely beautiful burgundy and also became a member which took off 20% of my merchandise which was already on sale so I recommend you becoming a member as well I love bed and bath.

I have a full size mattress I want a full size fitted but I want a queen flat not sold separately and I do not like purchasing pillow cases that are for Queens I want a full size pillow case not a full Queen my pillows slosh around in the pillow cases and come out looking for a place that sells what I need not what they think I want

Our family has been a BB&B customer for many years. I have to say that I have not experienced poor customer service except for the Melbourne store.I wonder if this is attributed to its management.

I purchased a toaster on line and returned to store because it was damaged. I was supposed to get the entire amt returned since it was damaged said on line.The girl at customer service said purchase it again in housewares dept. No stores in area carried the same one. Im using a walker and couldnt go walking around that day. When we got to the car I saw that shipping wasnt refunded ss it should have been since it was damaged. I didnt go back to complain, I wasnt feeling well. Nut I will never shop on line at BBB or at that particular store

Bed Bath and beyond has nothing new or exciting. The store looks the same as always for a decade. No good deals. If you dont like the sent of a thousand insence burning, you wont like it here!
