Everything was good. We love the mattress so far. Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid medium. The only negative was that the delivery was 4 hours late.

Very poor inventory management. I would not recommend this company. Polite sales staff, but even after repeatedly asking if the mattress was in stock, and could be delivered on the agreed upon day, I was told last minute that it was damaged and unavailable. Awaiting the refund of over $1,000 USD so I can purchase a mattress from a more reputable company. They wasted my time and the time of their employees.

Surprisingly great experience-was gonna buy online but wanted to try the mattress 1st - not thinking I would actually buy from a store as I purchase mainly online. The manager Michael Keneally was super friendly, NON-pushy, very informative and really helpful and nice. I ended up getting better deal than online (had done all my research) so couldn’t say no!! We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Viera. Our salesperson Lynn took the time to explain the benefits of the different types of mattresses while also keeping our budget in mind. Delivery is a few weeks out so cannot comment on that part of the process yet but based on the in store experience I would definitely recommend. We were not very familiar with the area and Lynn also took the time to tell us a little about it which we very much appreciated.

Today I had the most incredible experience with John at the Viera FL location. I had read previous comments about sales people being pushy, however, John was very professional. He answered all my questions, explained different bed frames, had my wife and I try different beds and then gave us the freedom to look around. After looking around awhile, I asked him for his business card. Never did we feel pressured and as a result, I went back to purchase the bed and the adjustable bed frame. I will be sending people Johns way and had an absolutely incredible experience. What a personable, genuine and nice guy.

Everything was awesome. Kelly was very attentive and showed us everything we needed. Today we were looking for a mattress for our camper. We also will be shopping for other mattresses in the near future. I really liked the adjustable ones so I could raise my head to watch tv. We found exactly what we were looking for with the help of George, the sales associate. He was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and frames, not at all pushy, but very patient and friendly. This the second mattress with an adjustable frame that we have purchased from them.

Went into this location today to buy my first bed for my first apartment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Abigail helped answer all my questions and showed me all different styles of mattresses and the different levels of firmness. She was extremely patient and spent a good amount of time talking me through the process so I could be comfortable with this major purchase. I was able to walk away with an extremely comfortable mattress and bed frame that will be arriving quickly. They left me feeling extremely confident in the selection I made. We bought a very firm mattress...but then found it was damaged upon delivery. We could not exchange it for a new one right away, so we had to sleep on it and it was entirely too uncomfortable for our liking. We went to the showroom the next day and were able to exchange it for an amazingly comfortable mattress. The associates were completely accomodating an made the whole process easy and worthwhile. We appreciate Mattress Firm for their excellent customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress since we are moving into a new home. Abigail was great. She kept us within our budget and didn’t push for another bed or something else we couldn’t afford. We walked out with a new, comfortable bed and a free adjustable frame for our bed. It was a promotion at that time and we were happy. It will be delivered soon. Can’t wait to sleep on our new mattress.

Just wanted to share my experience I had there with Jason. My wife and I went into Mattress Firm to search for a King Sized bed. We ended up with the bed, a few special pillows and a protector for when the little ones jump onto our bed with foods and juices when they are not supposed to. I will tell you this: Both my wife and I have medical backgrounds and Jason impressed us with his knowledge. I felt Jason not only knew his products, but knew how each of his products affected the anatomy in question pertaining to those products. He sounded to me, that he actually has been doing separate research separate from the training one may receive when starting out at a business like Mattress Firm. But, we had a great experience. He wasnt pushy and I had nothing negative to say after I exited the store. Deal only with Jason. I do not know the others that may work there, and I dont care about them. I know how Jason treated my wife and me, and Im recommending Jason because of this experience.

Plethora of choices for mattresses for all ages and all shapes and sizes. Whatever firmness you need or pillowtop etc.... Great prices for any budget. Picked out the perfect mattress for my son who LOVES it. Plus, the mattress is standing up to all of his daily use and abuse with regular childs play and bounce/jumping. Will shop here at tax time for another great deal for mattress for wife and myself and a toddler bed for daughter.
