It was a great experience! Mattress shopping has definitely changed over the years with all the different technology now. This particular purchase was for a client who wanted an adjustable base for both his head and feet and definitely needed some high quality pillows. Gino made it a smooth and seamless purchase! He had exactly what I thought would best suit my client and it’s already delivered at his assisted living apartment! (We ordered on Sunday and I’m leaving this review on Monday!) I will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back when it’s my time to upgrade my own mattress- the selection, the pricing, the customer service was all fantastic!

Mattress Firm is a great place to buy your mattresses. They are very professional (Gino and Elizabeth are both outstanding) and take the time to explain things to you. Great selection and also have Temperpudic which is what I was looking to buy. You won’t wander around aimlessly wondering which way or where to go. Someone will notice you as soon as you enter and be very helpful! Please note: There are several Mattress Firm locations in Melbourne. I went to the one on New Haven marked Clearance Center, located in strip mall with Once Upon a Child. It is NOT strictly a clearance center but does have clearance.

My boyfriend and I spent close to three hours in the store trying every mattress out and were even undecided at certain points if we were going to “sleep on our decision.” Geno was extremely patient and accommodating. I bought one type of bed. Elizabeth Eagle was my sales lady. She was exceptional when I returned the bed 3 weeks later because I didnt like it. After discussing it with Elizabeth, I upgraded and am waiting on my fast delivery tomorrow. Elizabeth was so helpful and pleasant, I would recommend her.

Needed a last minute box spring. Contacted Gino Alleva and he was a God send. California king box springs i discovered are not the easiest to find especially last minute. This guy searched high and low and was able to not only find one but i was able to pick up same day. Kudos to not only his customer service but his prompt professionalism.

We did leave, went to another mattress store, but returned to Mattress Firm Clearance later in the day. Carmen was once again very patient. Purchase made, delivery coming tomorrow and we left the store very happy. Yes, I recommend this store and will go back if the need arises!

What a delightful experience . I was greeted promptly and courteously by Allen . He respected the fact that I know little or nothing about mattresses and he took the time to interview me to right fit me for the mattress that I could keep for many years.We looked at not just the size of the mattress but the level of firmness, quality ratings and of course, I asked for any special deals they may have going on in the store.Allen was able to reaffirm my buying decision not to just jump to the cheapest set on the sales floor but really look at the value of their current offer for qualified customers of 0% financing for a few years. My partner & I bought our mattress from George & Gino, who was the manager, with a good sense of humor, but seemed uninterested in attending to us, versus the other couple who were in the showroom that evening, once we told him, being Gino, the manager, that our total spending limit was about $1000. My partner & I were elated with the bed we ended up having found for us, as we had felt it in the showroom. We specifically told George, the salesman that it was our first bed we were ever buying brand new, & he made NO MENTION WHATSOEVER that this new mattress would feel MUCH MORE FIRM once delivered, as opposed to how it felt in the store!! Its practically unbearable! Therefore, we waived the fee to be able to trade it in (within or after, they werent very clear while explaining that, 120 days), I believe. George stressed that a grown man, who was quite well built & very strong could not lift the adjustable base we received free with our $1000 mattress. Once delivered, because we were put under such an impression, together the two of us tried lifting the mattress & the adjustable base together & to our disappointment, we easily lifted it right off of our floor. Therefore, we had to not only wait 2 weeks to receive this bed, but also we could have taken home the showroom floor model that day for a couple hundred dollars less & not had to spend money to have it delivered because George also stressed how difficult the base was to put together. We were mislead in every step of our, what should have been, an incredibly exciting & adventurous purchase for a couple starting off life together & as this was one of our largest purchases as a couple, it was a complete disappointment. We are curious to find out if ANYTHING, ANYTHING AT ALL, WHATSOEVER, will be done to rectify this monstrosity of a hellish experience, which appeared to be such a wonderful one while Im their store, but turned out SO AWFUL in our home. I only can hope & pray the owner sees this, as we have already contacted George & his VERY simple & short response was give it 21 days.. That would be fine, except while in the showroom we explained our individual needs & wants for a bed being as we both have health issues & we were lead directly to this mattress, after trying out several that Gino had attempted to push out way that were outside of our price range, which again, was made very clear in the initial exchange of conversation upon walking into Mattress Firm Clearance. This mattress we decided upon was on top of the exact same base in the store as it is now in our bed room, but feels NOTHING alike. The first night was horrific while we both were tossing & turning in attempt to accomplish the unaccomplishable. Comfort and a good nights sleep!!! We paid for the red carpet service & that included delivery & set up as well as removal of the old box spring & mattress. Knowing now what we wish we knew then, we very well would have simply taken home the floor model mattress, which was absolutely an offer made, but discouraged highly by both men who worked there & the adjustable base would have easily been lifted by just one of us ladies & loaded into the trunk of our car without the help of the men who insisted it would be an impossibility for us to do so. We both feel duped & as though this problem should be immediately rectified. Mattress Firm, theres the best I can do as far as a review possibly goes. Sounds more like a complaint, however, as George said, you work with what you have. Any recommendations on your part as to our next steps in making for actually, truly, satisfied consumers???

We had a great experience yesterday at the clearance location in Melbourne FL . We came in to get my mom a bed she had just got a set of furniture in and we needed something last minute. We were looking for a cheap mattress that had good support .My mom has a lot of back issues, arthritis and many other things The guy that helped us out was completely honest from the jump. He let us know that something cheap would not support her she will still wake up with pains. She tired a bunch of selections from our price range which ones $400/500 To 2,000 .The fact that he took the time out of his day to go through different selections, he gave us his honest opinion. Our beds are super important for our health especially for my mom . We ended up leaving with a $2,000 mattress for HALF OFF !! $1200 w/ a free box spring and a pillow ! He was amazing !! I will recommend everyone here thank you so much

Salesman doesnt really list to your needs. Told Gino my budget was $1000 and he tried to sell me a $3000 mattress. Told me to not worry about the price, but I kept insisting I needed to stick to my budget. On top of that, kept trying to have side conversations and assist other customers, sometimes mid-sentence when speaking to me or my wife. Other than that, we got a great deal on a clearance mattress. Took it home same-day and it is wonderful. Salesmen suck, but they had the right mattress for us!

Went in to replace an old coil mattress. Jason met us just inside with a friendly welcome. I voiced a couple concerns I had and he showed us a few options that put those concerns to rest. What a great place to shop! We went in on Saturday. Our sales person was Will. He was quite helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a full size mattress for guest room. He showed us everything in the type and price point that we wanted. We had a perfect fit. We also looked at pillows, again very helpful. And when we liked a king mattress for our bed he found us a great model and great price point. The other gentleman working Saturday was equally helpful. Both were friendly and not too pushy. Which is tough to find that perfect mix between not pushy but good sales person. Our mattresses are both comfortable and we will shop here again!
