Kelly Ford’s service department handled my vehicle with professionalism and diagnosed and corrected the issue promptly.Frank, one of the service advisers, is very polite, knowledgeable, helpful and communicative through the entire process. Photos of the vehicle were taken at drop-off to confirm there was no damage to the vehicle at the time for peace of mind.Oil and filter change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection were also satisfactorily performed at a good price point. They also proactively replaced the battery under warranty after it failed a test even though it was not yet showing any symptoms. A complimentary car wash and brief interior cleaning was also performed. I will return to Kelly Ford in the future.

I went to Kelly Ford for a recall on my work car. The work took a few hours. There was some guy that came in several times and was asking for money. I cant believe that they let a homeless person come in and panhandle.

Absolutely one of the best Ford service center as I have been in. Ive been to many Ford service centers across this great country of ours, but to say that this one is the best, is an absolute truth. I was able to get in and get out without an appointment in an extremely timely fashion. If you are in the area of the Kelly Ford service center, I highly recommend that you go and check them out for all your service needs.
