Came in the store this morning, and spoke to mark and Amanda. They both are wonderful. Very knowledgeable not just about part but in cars in general. Was a pleasant experience this morning.

I needed a backtap tool to repair my motorcycle sparkplug hole and the lady at the desk not only knew what it was but ordered one for me and now several days later Im screwing my sparkplug in as we speak. Thanks Napa.

I ordered online and when I picked my order up at the store none of the sales people were wearing face masks. They wont follow CDC guidelines so they dont care about keeping their customers safe from COVID. I will take my business elsewhere. Im disappointed because their parts and prices are good, but I wont risk my health.

Just wanted to let everybody that looks on NAPA site understand that the sales people are top notch and the everything that Napa sells is very top quality and if theres something wrong or something not right they always addressed the issue immediately

These guys are total LIFESAVERS! I was that guy who needed a part right before close on a Sunday...gave them a call and rushed over. They had the part already off the shelf and waiting for me, even took off the core charge right away since Id brought them what they needed. Even took a second to unbolt a part that I wouldve otherwise left bolted on and been kicking myself for leaving. Super nice to talk to the guys and look forward to buying from them in the future.
