I visited the Advanced Auto Parts store at 1717 Wickham road in Melbourne yesterday and was lucky enough of find Kenny.His customer service was probably one of the best Ive ever encountered in all my years!He took the time to carefully guide me through an electrical problem that I was having and helped me solve my issue like a real pro.I would highly recommend this store to ANYONE who is not a mechanic or electrically challengedThanks Kenny, you really made my day!

Fixing my neighbors car and she got the part from another parts store. It was wrong ofcourse. I returned it and went to advanced. Part went rite in no problems.

Fast and easy for a hard to find car battery. They installed it and had me on my way in under 10 minutes.

This Advance Auto Parts has saved me numerous times over the last 14 years when I had an old car constantly in need of repairs. They provide free battery charge and new battery installations. I was surprised when I needed windshield wipers they installed them for me. If you are a woman, and dont know how to do these things, the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. There are numerous auto supply stores on Wickham Road North and South of Eau Gallie Blvd. This is the only store I trust. This Advanced Auto Parts always has parts I need, the prices are compatible with other stores but their employees make this particular store stand out from all others.

After driving 25 miles on thanksgiving to this store showing holiday hours for thanksgiving that there open till 3. And guess what. No one is here. There closed. Glad they got off and all. Deceiving to tell people your here. And not be. Oh well. Driving back to interstate.

OVER Twice the prices of other auto parts stores, plus they tested my battery and said it was fine, but it really had two dead cells. Not impressed.

Alicia R. is the best. I called for some parts at night and talked to her, she was so helpful over the phone, polite, professional, etc., so I went in next day to get them and she actually put them on my car, plastic clips to hold the engine gaurd underneath in, what an awesome person, Im getting up there in age and the help was much appreciated. Thank you so much, and I will be back for all my auto needs!

Went in Tuesday night... only one employee? There was three of us with questions and whilst walking around, still near to register the employee served the person after me... knowing full well I was next. So disappointed with the customer service and intend to never return to ANY advanced auto parts. Very upset:

Women picked up the phone and was rude, all I was asking for is if my pick up order was still there.

Advance Auto Parts is the closest thing you will come to an old time auto parts store such as it actually has drill bits and easy outs; things a auto mechanic actually needs. Not as much yuppie designer packs of useless garbage to get one little thing like all the others.
