Their service was awesome! The staff was super respectful and courteous about helping me get the right headlight bulb and installing it for me. Tried to tip but said to leave a review instead so I’m keeping that promise! Definitely recommend these kind people.

I believe they have switched managers a couple times in this past year. Wish they would have left The best ones there that I knew for years of shopping there. At least they kept maybe 3 of the best people!!!

My check engine light came on today and I stopped by this autozone and SPECIFICALLY asked if they can check the codes of my car. The man told me it would cost $129.99 when I know I can get this done for free at advanced autozone. Screw you autozone for taking advantage of woman and others, good thing I know better! Went there yesterday (11/27/20). The 2 guys inside were super friendly and helpful. They didnt judge me when I had no idea what I was doing. The taller one(didnt catch the name) came outside to help me. Great service guys.

I called up AutoZone store #2414 in Melbourne trying to get information about my car battery’s warranty. I drove my car over to their store #2414. It was a nice surprise that the person I spoke to on the phone Brandon Smith was the same person I spoke to in person and he remembered me. Brandon looked up my information on their database and said that that the battery was still under warranty and in stock; he brought it out and installed it in my car. Since I’m not knowledgeable about cars, so I had a lot of questions about car batteries (correct ways to replace those, signs to look for when they go bad) Brandon took the time to answer my questions and I thank you for that. I would highly recommend going to AutoZone store #2414. Best customer service!!

AutoZone on New Haven avenue in Melbourne has a lot of parts in stock that some AutoZones dont being that it is a hub store and or what you would call a warehouse store. Service inside is good they try to be pretty helpful even though sometimes theyre not as accurate in this particular store as they should be and anytime you call I can almost guarantee you you will get a long wait on hold before you get to talk to anyone and that happens to me pretty much every time I call AutoZone

Septumis took care of me. Needed a radiator fan. He had a great, welcoming attitude. Greeted me with a smile and thanked me for my business. After a long stressful day it was a nice change of pace. I’d been at his competitor two doors down moments before coming in Autozone. Not only did the competitor not have the part, he made me feel like he was doing me the favor by selling it to me. Septumis was night and day. Do business here!

AutoZone is pretty much like all the rest of the auto parts stores except they are friendlier in my opinion. But it goes further than that. Their personel are willing to go the extra mile when it comes to needing help. They are very good at checking and know codes and will see if you have multiple issues. I also feel like their not afraid of having enough employees so your not waiting. Im 62 and keep finding myself going out of my way to find the closest AutoZone.

Friendly, helpful associates. Got the wrong bulbs and they refunded (unopened product) quickly and easily. Im no mechanic but never dread going there for parts and advice.

Horrible customer service. Employees dont care who was there first. They just help who they like or feel like helping. I was standing there with an infant and toddler waiting to get parts and the employees helped the old men who walked up AFTER me. Wont bother going to this garbage location again

They were pretty helpful there was an older gentleman who explained about the shifter knob that I needed. I was so desperate I still wanted to try and he said that was fine he was right though. So I went back in and returned it no issues wonderful staff.

Went in to purchase a headlight bulb. Sales rep asked if I needed any assistance. I said sure. Popped the hood, he pulled the old bulb from the socket, I paid for the new bulb and he installed it while I was checking out. Tested the high/low beams and said all is good! In and out in 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Amazingly helpful. I had a dead battery and bad terminals. The autozoner? spent twenty minutes or so removing the battery and corroded terminals, cleaning up what he could, and getting the new one in and hooked up. Highly recommended.

Super helpful at this store. I stopped in my RV to get a new blower motor and at first it did not work, however after reevaluating the the connection and it was not connect correctly everything works as it should. Thank you for helping a out of town traveler! You guys rock!!

The employee that looks like Buckwheat is racist and extremely prejudiced against handicapped people especially if they are homeless. This person got kinda violent in his demeanor and tone of voice when he realized I wasnt spending money but just looking around and getting some prices. I will be contacting a lawyer about this.

If you are a woman, go across the street to Advance Auto Parts for friendly service. I was here three times last week, and the manager answered phones and helped men who walked in after me, leaving me to wait until last EVERY time.

It sucked. I left the products on the counter, and I will never shop there again. Nobody acknowledged my arrival, and nobody cared to acknowledge my waiting at the counter to check out. One useless fella was too busy chatting on the phone the whole 1-2 minutes I stood there. I could tell it was a personal conversation. Sorry Slick, but baby boomers dont play that. I went to the adjacent OReillys and found a much better experience there, and their store on Palm Bay Rd. is even better. Btw, the new Auto Zone on Rt. 192 is the same way. Im done. You need to hire more classy employees. There is now no difference between Auto Zone and Discount Auto. They hire low-life people there, too. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

AutoZone is a place to go to have your car checked if you buy something there if they can they will put it on like batteries windshield wipers they do a lot of work to help the customer out I recommend that you go there instead of Rileys

Prices are a little high, but rewards fix that. Management level is as ignorant as you can get, if I buy 60 of one part during a year then why do they still have to order one each time? Counter people are okay. Hate standing at checkout and watching management walk by doing nothing while customers wait. Happens almost every other time Im there. If it wasnt for the rewards Id just always go to Oreillys.
