Great place, good people, will be back

Well very unprofessional work, took my car for 2 weeks. And I give them enough time to fix the damage, let m start with insurance adjuster from Geico recommend to use this body shop because they offer service after work. The worst experience i encounter in my life, I was handed the keys to drive away and I notice white paint on my black car, then I checked the pumper and it was loose. The signal light wasn’t working and it looks that everything was glued. Also my car hood wasn’t closing properly, so funny the guy trying to convince me that I have to slam it to close. DO NOT FALL FOR IT, it takes really hard to piss me off, their service was disastrous and I had to take a day off from my work to go there 4 times. You guys suck.

I’m a single full time mom with two elementary school kids. I work full time as well. When someone else hit my 2017 Chevy Equinox with their vehicle I was upset because not only did I have to try to find time to take my car to a shop but I also had to figure out the other persons insurance and a rental vehicle. I already have so much on my plate that my anxiety was through the roof and I was so afraid of everything just getting messed up or taking so much time away from my kids and job. So, a friend of mine referred me to this Tasca body shop. From the minute I called to ask if they can check out my vehicle to see if they can fix it till after when it looked like a brand new vehicle again I swear all of my anxiety went away. They were so easy to understand and they didn’t say I needed anything extra or hassle me. They handled the insurance company for me which I cannot be more thankful for. They got me into a vehicle that was exactly like mine for a rental right on their property except the suv rental they gave me was brand new and had all the coolest bells and whistles:). Everything was quick and easy.They kept me in the loop the entire time they had my vehicle about what was going on and where they were at fixing it. It honestly was as easy as saying “1,2,3”. I did nothing and they knew everything. I was treated as a person that matters and I felt very comfortable.Don’t waste your time with another auto body shop because I have heard many horror stories of them wanting to sell you more then you need and also taking so long to fix your vehicle.You will not get hassled here. Katrina is amazing, she works with you the entire time. John gets everything done and doesn’t mess around. They made my vehicle look brand new with no money out of my pocket (they took care of the other drivers insurance company for me)and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else to have work done to it. Thank you Tasca for making it so easy for me with my crazy busy life that I have. You guys were amazing!

Superior work, the BEST customer service! Patrick and Tina made my car showroom quality again! What a wonderful, professional team!! They provided status on my cars repair progress, it was ready as promised and they were even willing to meet me after hours as I was running late. They are the BEST in the state!!

Tina and Pat provided me the best customer service I have ever received at a body shop. The repairs on my truck were top notch. Tina and Pat kept me informed throughout the whole process. I will never take my truck anywhere else except for Tasca Buick-GMC Collision Center. Thanks Tina and Pat for such an amazing job!

Kirk Ferguson did an outstanding job on my RX 350. His work was very detailed and neatly finished. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness, respectfulness and professionalism of the the staff I encountered. As a woman I am very reserved when it comes to dealership/automobile work shops due to past negative experiences but at Tasha-collision I felt no fears or worries. I would also like to emphasize the skills of the Painter, my car looks brand new. I highly recommend Tasca-Collision for all repairs and restoration.
