Got me right in there Im really impressed by their work dont have no photos

Body work was great, greased up the inside of my car and didn’t clean it up. After they kept my car for an extra day to detail it. I’m highly upset with this grease on my cream Interior

The crash champion crew was amazing! They did a great job repairing my car! They stayed in touch with me and gave me awesome updates while my car was being de-doed!

Highly recommend crash champions. I hit a deer a few days before having to go out of town. They worked with my schedule to have my truck repaired while I was out of town. They did an excellent job both with the truck and customer service keeping me informed of the process.

The BEST Auto Body Shop in the area! The work done on my car exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect! After I picked up my car, I somehow managed to get splashed with some unknown substance that created brown spots all over my white car! Rob had me bring it back, gave me a loaner, and totally cleaned up my car with no charge! He is awesome to work with as is Kim. He also reimbursed me part of my rental fee as my car took an extra day to complete the original bodywork. My car was totally detailed inside and out! I could not be more pleased! If you need a body shop, do not hesitate to take it to Excalibur. You will NOT be disappointed!

I hit a deer and it damaged nearly the entire drivers side of my Jeep.Excalibur did a very nice job on the repairs and even cleaned the inside of my truck when they detailed it.Unfortunately I’ve had other vehicles repaired around town for body damage and almost all did not come back perfect but this did! I pretty much expected a problem with the paint etc. and was very happy that didn’t happen.It took a bit longer then I expected but that was more about parts delivery then the shop.I would recommend them and use them again.

My 2021 trailhawk came out beautiful. Unfortunately I owned it for a week when something had put 2 long scratches on it. About an inch of the scratch was on a separate panel. Rob was honest and said it could be blended that it was not necessary to do the whole panel. I stopped for a 2nd opinion where I was told that it couldnt be blended that both panels needed to be painted and their price was more than double. I am so very happy with the results on my trailhawk. I would highly recommend Excalibur to everyone. They are fair in price and honest. Thank you for doing an amazing job!

I was extremely unhappy with the customer service at Excalibur. It took them 3 weeks to finish the work on my car, after they originally quoted me 1 week. They did not give me any updates on the progress - I had to call them 2 different times to ask what the status was. Although this was a huge inconvenience to me, they were not sympathetic whatsoever. When they finally called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, the voicemail I received stated they “did not accept personal checks, cards, or cash.” This baffled me and I thought “how on earth do you accept payment? Are we living in 1800 where we have to barter goods?” I called back for clarification, which was a huge hassle in and of itself. The man I spoke to claimed I misunderstood and it was my fault I interpreted him incorrectly. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I am well aware that belittling someone is the exact opposite of how you should treat a customer. Needless to say, I will never be returning to Excalibur, nor will I recommend them to anyone at all.

We recently had 2 vehicles repaired, we were very pleased with the service. They were quick and the results were exactly what we wanted. A bonus was both cars were extremely cleaned inside and out. I would highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle in and Kim immediately took charge and provided a thorough estimate that seemed fair and reasonable. I had only to wait a few days for the parts to arrive and work to begin. They did a superb job on my vehicle. It drives wonderful and is aligned perfectly. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had at a body shop. My friend tried to set up a appointment for a insurance estimate. The staff is disrespectful and very cocky. They hung up when she said that she only wanted the estimate not to have the repairs done yet until she talked with the insurance company. The gentleman she talked to said fine drive around with a messed up grill and hung up. I do not recommend anyone use a company that is that disrespectful. I know I will not let any of my company or personal vehicles go there and I will make sure I inform all of my military brothers as well to black list them.

I had a small repair done. It was done when they said it would be. They took care of getting the rental. They did a great job and cleaned the car inside and out. Very happy with the service.

My car got hit by a deer, they had to replace the hood, front and side panel, also repair chipped paint on driver door.

We have had work here done twice now and both times were very good experiences. Honest and professional.

Completed my auto body repair in a short time and did an excellent job in the process. They even polished my chrome rims.

They provided a detailed estimate for an insurance related repair from a minor fender-bender. I wish they would have informed me at the beginning of the job that minor dings on the hood which were not in the area to be repaired would not be fixed yet would impact the finish of the clear coat. If this had been the case I would have had them touch up the minor Stone chips and the other locations of the hood so that the clear coat look better. I had informed the shop of a no one small leak to the two front tires and to ensure they were properly inflated when I got there to pick up the vehicle. they happened to be working on that at the time when I called. however upon getting the vehicle all four tires were found to be over inflated by 8 lb. This I assume was due to the mechanic looking at the max tire pressure on the tire casing as opposed to looking at the door jamb for the properly inflated tire pressure from the manufacturer. I did speak to the front office about this and they informed me that they would discuss the matter with the mechanic.

After speaking with the Geico Rep the whole process made good sense. Getting my repair at the facility was in my best interest and they do good work.

They were fast, kept me up-to-date, had realistic pricing, were up-front and had great customer service. And my car looks perfect.

I dont like leaving negative reviews, but this was the worst experience weve ever had with a body shop. We took our vehicle in for rear passenger side and rear bumper damage from a driver running a red light and striking us. We had also asked about repairs to some other damage that we would pay for out-of-pocket, they said no problem they would do it all at once and charge us independently. At first experience, everything seemed great. They set up our rental, had Enterprise pick us up, and we were on our way. Little did we know this was going to be the only positive to this journey through he**.We got a call just under a week later letting us know our car was finished and ready to be picked up. Since the rental was under the insurance claim, we needed to pick it up within 24 hours and return the rental or pay for it. Okay, I can understand that. Made arrangements, took the day off work, and showed up to pick up our vehicle the next day, only to find out they didnt even touch the out-of-pocket repairs!! I was told, oh I forgot when I brought it up. Lovely! The rental had to be turned in regardless since the insurance company was notified our vehicle was complete, and we werent paying for a mistake we didnt make. The shop offers us their loaner vehicle; check engine light, squealing brakes, and all. Nonetheless we had a vehicle to drive, so I looked beyond the negatives.Fast forward 1 week later, the vehicle is ready again. We make arrangements again, and drive down to pick it up. We begin to look it over only to find new scratches and gouges that werent previously there on the side they were working on (we had taken pictures before dropping off the car). I dont mean surface scratches either, these were significant. So I of course let them know, only to be met with an attitude and immediate denial, we didnt damage your car. Heres the thing, I get it... we are all human, mistakes and accidents happen. Im fine with it as long as they are corrected or at least admitted to. So they reluctantly come out, we show them the damage all while still being told they didnt do it. They ultimately offer to touch it up for free right then and there. -- The ironic part to this; when I went the first time to pick up our vehicle, another woman was picking her vehicle up as well and had the same exact issue with new scratches. We werent alone.Fast forward 10 minutes, an employee brings our vehicle out and parks it next to us, hops out and storms off. I politely say thank you as he walked away from us, no response. At this point were of course annoyed and just want to go home, so we leave. Once home we do a second round of looking over the vehicle only to find there was still damage to the rear bumper that we had asked to be fixed, white residue all over the interior from whatever dirty rag they decided to wipe the interior with, and a chip in the WINDSHIELD that wasnt there. How do you chip a windshield in a body shop?! They seemingly also plastic welded the rear bumper to repair the damage they DIDNT forget to do, and did a not-so-great job at it. There are clearly waves and imperfections in the bumper now if compared to the other side.I cant stress enough that Ive had bad luck before, and have had an uncharacteristic bad experience at a place or two...but I doubt this had anything to do with luck. Needless to say, we will never go back, nor will we ever recommend them to anyone. Its truly a shame as I see so many positive reviews. Were most likely stuck shelling out more money at another shop to fix the mistakes and I forgot that this location brought on.

I had a young lady hit my car in a parking lot and her insurance told to take Excalibur. My minivan is used to transport my kids and drive to work, it is never really clean but when I picked it up they cleaned it thoroughly both inside and out. I was amazed how they went above and beyond, it was a pleasure and a surprise when I picked up my car. If I could give 6 stars I would

This auto body shop is liars frauds and thieves. They lie to your face they do work that isnt needed and they lie about that worst experience Ive ever had at an auto body shop I wouldnt even give it a one star I would give it a the -10.

Was happy with their work they were very pleasant. When I other way to fix something that didnt have to do with what they were doing, and then did not charge me even though I offered to pay.

I had bumper repair that was incomplete. The side panel and hood had scratched that were not taken care of. In addition there was a new scratch accross the trunk of my car. This was all after waiting three weeks for the repairs to be completed due what the company called delayed parts.

Horrible service and rude staff, I call in to set up for in estimate to determine whatever or not I was willing to pay to have the work done or for me to do it myselfThe gentleman I spoke with did not like that I was upfront about this and would not schedule me
