I came here back in May to get an estimate for some body damage I had on my vehicle from a small accident I got into on the highway. I ended up NOT choosing this business because I found another shop who would do it cheaper. Fast forward to November and I am trying to trade in my vehicle. Come to find out that Caliber Collision reported the damage to Carfax. So now my car shows that its been in two accidents instead of only one ( I originally wrote a police report for the incident which ALSO gets reported to Carfax). Because this company double reported the same damage, the dealership refused to even talk to me and essentially told me my 2020 Civic was worth nothing. The other 3 body shops that I got an estimate from didnt report the damage, so why did Caliber? And without my permission or knowledge? Now a company who I never even worked with has seriously depreciated the value of my car. I will NEVER consider taking my cars here again and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I’m proud to say I worked at this location, and even more proud to say I was able to work with all of the guys at this shop. The experience, quality, and professionalism of each employee at the Medina location always made it enjoyable to come to work every morning and be happy to do so. I tell everyone to bring their vehicles here when they are in an accident because I know they will be taken care of throughout the entire process of repair. This is the team that anyone would want to be apart of, and it’s the team that you want to work on your car. I couldn’t ever take my car anywhere else.

I have had two vehicles repaired at Caliber Collision and I just have to say the experience was as wonderful as it could have been! THE BEST MECHANIC EVER!!!! I had a decent amount of damage on the bumper, wheel and side of my car after being hit and Caliber Collision was nothing but WONDERFUL! Nick is awesome and calls/ emails you with updates and the staff is super friendly. I called the office at about 8:30 in the morning and before 10, Nick had arranged a tow truck to get my car. By the middle of the afternoon, parts had been ordered and I had an estimate. This center is by far, the best at communication and it truly shows how much they value their work! I was told that my car would be done by the end of the week (received Monday), and to my surprise, it was repaired and repainted, ready to go, by Thursday afternoon! I will 100% recommend this center to anyone I know and in the event my car needs fixing, I know I can trust Caliber Collision to do a good job! Thank you Nick and staff for making my car look brand new!! I cant thank you enough :)This mechanic also works with USAA which is a plus!!

They did a great job on my car. Even though they had issues with getting some parts from GM due to the strike, they were able to pull thru and got me my car back to me sooner than I expected. I took my Nissan Maxima there a short time ago with some damage to the front end and a sensor. The general manager Nick took the time to patiently explain where the damage was and why it affected the sensor. They got me a rental right away and had my car finished 2 days before it was supposed to be ready. Top notch service and excellent work. I highly recommend this location.
