My daughter leased an Acadia from you a few years back and her experience was very good so as we were in need of a new vehicle and after making an appointment with Charlie we decided to stop by on Monday August 23. We were early and very surprised to see how busy you were. We met with Charlie and he was already working with another client but after telling him our situation he showed us a Terrain and let us test drive it. We told him we were there for the lease special because our 2017 Equinox had been damaged from a recent storm and totalled out but because we had not been in a lease for over a year he wasnt able to give us the payment we were expecting. We left and thought about it overnight and stopped back on Tuesday evening to meet with Charlie again. The Terrain we had looked at was still there so we agreed on a payment and started the deal. Charlie went to have the car detailed and found out that it had been sold. We thought we were done but with his managers approval Charlie worked out a way to give us in an upgraded color change that was satisfactory with us for the same payment. Charlie was very professional and friendly and spent the time with us that we havent been used to with dealing with the car buying experience. He understood our situation and put no pressure on us at all. He explained everything in detail and we actually felt good for a change after leaving the dealership. The finance process went very smooth and didnt feel pressured at all. Overall, it was a great experience!
Adam is an EXCELLENT car salesmen @ Medina Buick & GMC. Very thorough and makes the experience fun. Loved the banter going on between employees throughout the work day, it makes for a fun environment to be in.

I came in because of a coupon I had for an oil change and tire rotation. Service Rep made note of the coupon. However the mechanic did not do a tire rotation. I have some scuffs on my front rims and they are still on the same tires. I called and left a voicemail after I got home. The whole point in the coupon is to get the service. Still no call back or resolution

In the past, my general opinion of the way women have been treated at car dealerships has been very poorly. This was not the case at the Medina Auto Mall. Both my salesperson, Brian, and the finance manager, Roger, spoke directly to me even though my husband was present. This level of professionalism was unexpected, but very appreciated. I would definitely recommend Medina Auto Mall for a positive experience.
Went in to drop my car off to get rust proofed the guy was not there he called off he was sick so I end up staying there for a while and they finally were able to help me out then it took an extra day to do it try calling kept getting the runaround to find out if it was done and finally the next day they called me as I was driving it there to drop the rental off to see about my car bad communication
Had an appointment set up today to look at a Camry that I set up yesterday. Glad I checked the listing before we left because I noticed it was removed. I called and they told me the car was sold...right out from under us. Had issues in the past with them before as well looking to get a cheaper payment with a trade in and they saw how good my credit was and wanted to nearly double my car payment when I specifically told them we wanted a cheaper payment then what we originally had. Would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s all about sales. They don’t care for the customer and what you want...it’s more for what they want.

Good. Staff courteous and professional. Wish maintenance didnt take so long, especially since I have to wait. The current scheduling system does not allow to arrange for loaner vehicles. Tried calling, but it to was automated.
Went in to check out a dodge charger, seemed nice at first but when talking about my trade in I was offered not even SCRAP prices for my 2007 (very well taken care of) dodge charger.Once offered the 300 bucks for my trade in, I told him the car values at around 3,000. He quickly offered me 3 but still told me Id be looking at high payments (725) Doing the math thats around 44,000 for a 28,000 dollar car.I felt very brushed off and was not even asked if I had a down payment. Just assumed all I had was my trade in. I had 6,000 ready to go down.First time stepping in there and it will be my last. Very unprofessional.
After posting a not so good review I had contacted the used car manager, Mr. Jeff Soukup, as directed by the owner in the comment below. As we talked he mentioned that I should have contacted him first before leaving the review. And he was totally right. Jeff was super nice and polite and assured me that the problem with my vehicle will be corrected. As of right now Im giving 4 stars. For them to be willing to take the truck back to have it looked at is huge, as most of you all know most used car dealers would give you the once its off the lot, you own it deal. So I am very appreciative of that. I will update review further upon completion of the repairs of my truck.

The service advisor was nice. It was an oil change and recall check of the center seat belt. It took 2 hours which seemed long. The advisor said it took longer because of the weight in the back of the truck. Three shelf units and 4 bags of sand. When I went to get the truck to leave they left the temp. Floor cover, seat cover, no wash placard, mirror hanger in the truck. This should have been removed so I didnt have to clean up after them. Ill get oil changes done elsewhere.

It was a good experience. Of course, I was nervous but the salesman, Ian calmed my nerves. Asked me questions about what I was looking for. We talked about what I needed in my choice. Asked how much I drove. He didnt make me feel like an older buyer. The manager Pete was also very kind and wanting to make the experience comfortable. The finance gentlemen and his trainee asked the right questions also.
My truck was not put back together properly. I had to go back to the dealership to have the running board put back on. Nothing was offered as compensation for my wasted time just an uncomfortable conversation with the service representative. Additionally, I was hassled about my free car wash. The total experience needs improved.

I never even got to do business here. Spoke with someone on facebook about them buying my hyundai. Gave them all my cars info, and answered their questions, they set me an appointment. Drove almost an hour to sell them my vehicle during a huge buyback event. Upon arriving, Jeff sukoup made it clear they had no interest in buying anything not GM. Didnt seem to care at all and instantly turned me down and went back to doing his business. I made a comment on their facebook about how they arent buying anything other then GMs which they quickly deleted. They should post if theyre only buying GMs instead of wasting peoples time. Seriously id like to know what they got out of making me an appointment and wasting my time. Worst dealership experience and theyll obviously laugh off this review because Im not a potential customer to them anymore. Unprofessional
I came in for routine oil change and tire rotation, and thanks to the full inspection, they found that my air filter was full of pollen and a nest, so they cleaned it out and replaced with new. I was even able to use a loyalty coupon to save a couple extra bucks.

The car was serviced and washed and returned to me within an hour. The service department is both friendly and efficient and I have had excellent results when the car needs some attention.
We worked with Adam directly and he was beyond accommodating and very helpful. Not only him, but the entire staff was excellent. We worked with this dealership on a recommendation (we live in CT) and Im glad we did. We got majority of the pre sale stuff out of the way via email and phone, and when we drove out there the transaction was seamless. There were zero hiccups and I have to say, I was very impressed. Full discloser, I cant stand working with car dealerships. I have never liked the way I was treated at them (and Ive been to a few for vehicles) and always felt like a number or just another sale. This place broke the mold. I cant say enough good things about Adam and the entire staff. There is no question in my mind, I will be going back for our next vehicle and have zero problem making the eight hour trip. Its well worth it!

I had mentioned to the service department that there was a problem with my right rear window. It would open up halfway by itself during my driving, while it was parked over night, It would be OK as I was going into my driveway and stopping at the mailbox, i would then drive the rest of the way into the driveway and get out of the car and then would notice that the window was halfway down. I had the car given an oil change and tire rotation and evidently the service people did not have that same problem. I had forgotten to mention that problem to the service people then, I called the a week later and explained theproblem to the service department. They asked me to briing the car in, which I did. They had the car for a week and i know they worked very long. i picked the car up on last Friday and have not noticed the problem I appreciate the amount of time the service man took on the car. I have not noticed anything in the last three days. I have been very happy with the attention they have given me and my car. No complaints. Just thank yous!

He made it out like some complication with the financing, but after further consideration, I realized that he just tricked me. Sell on the merits of the product, seriously, I should have left with nothing but good to say, and now I have some hard feelings instead. In spite of that, Im still happy with my new Buick.

I ordered a 2021 gmc sierra 2500 in February. When i received my truck. It did not have the color interior that i ordered. and when telling my salesman he said that its impossible to even get the color i wanted. well when i got home i checked my purchase order sheet, and it had the color that i wanted and not the color i received. When spending this kind of money you would really hope to get exactly what you wanted. When notifying my salesman, he was not in a rush to get back to me, and basically said i am out of luck and theres nothing he can do. so i contacted the manager. i notified him of the mistake, he would not take ownership of the mistake instead kept saying theres nothing he can do but return the truck and order a new one with no promise when it could come in. which i am unable to do, do to the fact i need the truck for work and to make a living. I sent him several emails. and have not heard back from him. very terrible customer service. my family and friends have been going to medina auto mall for years and always had top notch service, until now. We will for sure be shopping else where after this incident.

I went to have door sill stickers put on, as I had been told they had come in the mail. The parts were supposed to be in but when I got there they had ordered the wrong parts. They were also going to put on my new plate and tags as I had just bought out my lease. I was told my car was ready. When I went to my car, though, I discovered the worker had not done so as the plate was still lying on my front seat. So I had to ask the medchanic to do that while I waited again. I am still waiting for the sill stickers to arrive. Hope they ordered the right part this time.

Great experience! We already are planning our next personal vehicle purchase and we will be coming back to Pat for our purchase.

The sleaziest of car dealers. Went there today to buy a new 70k+ truck, test drove it, sat down with the salesman and waited for trade in appraisal to complete offer. While waiting, they sold the truck to someone on the phone. Last one, no other similar ones could be found. They couldnt guarantee to get another for current employee pricing sales promotion.They do not value customers, just the quickest deal. Im glad the deal fell through, these are not the type of people I want to deal with.Found another truck at another dealer for a better deal.If I could give 0 star, I would, giving them 1 star is an insult to the one star.

I went there to purchase a 2021 truck and after I was approved thay made there own decision to look over my 1099 bank statement couse Im a truck driver and gross 8000 dollars a month and thay came back from the back and said that I only make 2000 dollars wt joke these people are so didnt get it. after bank said yes wow so I went down the street and in 30minutes I walk out with a 2021 still.will never recomend anyone to them at all oh well thay lost a customer and a sale and there customer service sucks never again zero stars for me but I hade to tap on one to leave a review
On 3/6/21 I stopped at MAM because my hatch latch was stuck open. Problem has been intermittent since I got the car, but corrects itself eventually. Asked about it once earlier but they didnt find anything wrong. This time a tech came out and fiddled with it for ~15 min. Got it to work. Was told (I thought!) they would order a part and made F/U appt for 3/11. At that time i waited for an hour+ and then told they again fiddled with it but didnt fix it. No part was ever ordered. Just repeated what they did last week! So NOW they ordered a part and I have to go back again!! So sat in a waiting room for over an hour with COVID still around and a staff who all still seem to think gaiters are masks!! (They arent!!) Not happy with service dept at MAM AT ALL! Have to go there as thats where I got the lease!
