Replaced six house and two chassis batteries in our RV. They did a great job of carefully removing the old and installing the new, cleaning terminals and making adjustments for the best fit. Extremely pleased with the quality of their work, attention to detail and pricing.

You sent me on a wild goose chase! You emailed me that the battery I ordered and PAID for was ready to pick up at the Medford store. That wasnt the truth at all! I have driven 50 miles through traffic, so far, to get the battery. Now I am told I will have to wait and come back once again to get the battery. Not a very happy customer!

Travis. And (sorry I dont remember your names.) The 2 ladies that are at this location are extremely helpful. The one lady had to call and find me 2 more batteries and stayed on top of it, called me as soon as they came in and knowing it was a long drive for me had no problem holding them a couple days. travis made all the connection I needed and all 3 had my back when another very not nice customer cussed and yelled at me for having an allergy attack and had to step away and remove my face covering to catch my breath and breath. That understanding was amazing. Had fun chatting with them and when I again need a specialist battery I will be calling this store.

They are great! Justin was extremely helpful and took it to challenge to help fix my Note 8. He even refused my tip I tried to leave him.Now the why... I have a Note 8 I thought was dead. All it would do is flash the startup screen so I assumed the battery wasnt charging. They put it on their equipment and saw it was indeed taking a small charge, so they left it for 15 minutes to trickle charge at an amp until it finally pulled enough charge to turn on. They charged me nothing for the diagnostic and saved me the $69.99 I was ready to pay for the new battery. Ill be going there for all my battery needs. You have a customer for life. The guy lied three times. Said battery had 60 month warranty. Only 48. Said battery was 300 327 with core . They dont even know how to properly test deep cycles. They need a smart charger because the employees dont know batterys
I looked all over for those little flat batteries for my GDs toys but was not going to pay the $4.50 per battery charged at most stores. BPB had 12 packs with a price of $1.50 each. For as busy as they were the service was very satisfactory.
It is nice to get a discount for ordering online for pickup. Somehow, finding the order in the stock room seems to trouble the staff. Seem to have most battery types though, reasonably priced.

The lady was very rude. She pointed at the #1 on the back of it and said it was not theres. She said the battery was dead and charged me for it.

Went in to pick up the bulb I ordered online. There were a few people there, so I browsed around while waiting. They have an excellent supply of light bulbs and other various items. They tried to charge me nearly twice the cost of the battery to install it in my truck remote. Only AFTER they offered to install it and took my remote apart did they mention the cost. I had to ask if I could just purchase the battery. So I got my remote back in pieces and found that one of the tabs was broken when it got taken apart. Im 2/2 on bad experiences in this store now.

The older blonde you have working for you there has to be the most rude and unprofessional person i have encountered in a long time. She said her name was Anette but I dont know if she was lying to me or not. I went to the back to ask someone i spoke with on the phone earlier in the day about a question I had. When we were done discussing this person came outside and said f*** off! As I was driving away. This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. I went to battery plus in medford oregon to have a battery replace in my watch about 4pm on a tuesday, when i got home i noticed that the watch was not working, so, the next morning i took it back about 10am to check it and the man told me that that watch wad bad. i asked for a refund on the battery and he declined. so the moral of the story is I got the shaft and a loss of $12.00. To say this place as great customer service would be an understatement. I walked in, was helped immediately to find the battery I needed for a desk clock, then they put the battery in the clock, then taped the package back up, and finally put a desk clock label on the back of the package. All of these things I would have done myself, but the fact that they did this for me just blew me away! Just phenomenal customer service!
I went in to have a battery replaced and it ended up being tricky to remove, replace and reconnect the new one I was grateful that Nathan and the young lady were persistent in figuring it out, getting the job done! Showed up an hour after they open (9am) to have a phone battery replaced Bret was awesome but told me didn’t have anyone repair techs till two hours later (11am) but would try to get some one in at ten was expecting a phone call at 10:30 so couldn’t leave my phone there. I left and came back at 10:35 and dropped the phone. There were 4 people now working. Was told it would be ready by 12:00 no later than 1:00pm and they would call when ready. I called them at 2:10pm and they said they were just booting it up. I had to get my kids at 2:30 so I went and got the phone at 3:00pm. Little disappointed in it taking 1hour and ten minutes longer than originally quoted. But it working like new and that’s what I paid for. Would of also been nice to have my batter status in setting back to 100% instead there is just a line now. Guess only apple can do that. Also would of had apple do it. was quoted 29.99 in apple store on the phone in upstate oregon but it would cost $30 in gas and $30 in battery to drive up there. It was $70 to just get it done. So $10 more to save drive time and a line in the battery status in setting. but that just me nit picking. Phone works with no problems had it for 4 days now so I’m happy. Would of been 5 stars if it would of been done at 1pm or earlier like they said.

Worst battery buying experience ever. Almost had to call the police. Attempted to buy an automotive battery online. Website said 20% off. Code did not work. Had to complain for an hour to get corporate to honor the 20% in store. I get to the crater lake medford store, I was given the wrong replacement battery even though corporate explained explicitly what I needed to an employee named Michael. I had to take a half day off today to go get the correct one. I was understandably upset. Instead of acknowledging a mistake had been made, I was told im lucky Im getting a battery at all. I told them to give my money back, cash. They couldnt. I said give me a battery then. Michael then had a melt down. Screaming in my face. Cursing, even started calling my mother names. Not kidding. Almost called the cops. Michael slid a 42 pound battery across the floor and nearly broke my toe. Complained to corporate, here, the BBB and filed an online police report. Contacting the franchise owner as well. Michael is about 59 140 pounds. Black hair black goatee. Resembles a triggered weasel and probably is gonna hear about this at his next performance review. Good job mike. Truly unbelievable.
So my Mercury Sable LS 2005, the battery was on the brink of death, to the point where it almost wouldnt turn the car over. Having been previously recommended to this company as they have a local franchise here in Medford, OR where I am located, I went on-line, found battery for my specific model and make, purchased it with the in-store installation as my choice when completing the purchase. On their website, literally on every page right under their menu selection on the top of the page, says Free installation on car batteries. After placing the order, I called the local franchise location I was ordering my battery to, spoke to a gentlemen who told me they saw my order on their screen and to come on in to get it install. As I hung up with them, I received my email saying Your order is complete and ready for your installation now email.I barely got my vehicle to turn over knowing this was most likely my last time starting the car on this battery. I got to their location and was greeted with a quite unprofessional employee. I showed them my order is ready paper I printed and they told me that they never said on the phone that my order was ready and called me a liar. When I asked for a refund, they told me that it will take 3-10 days, this angered me as I just spent all my funds till next payday on the battery from this company. They proceeded to tell me they dont even have the battery in stock and when i asked if they could give a jump as they have car jumpers right there, they told me no and the manager was just sitting in the back looking at me and laughing at my frustration. I was left with no item i purchased, no money back, and no jump to leave their parking lot. I am so angry, disappointed and truthfully blown away at the level of professionalism, the lack of management and especially at the customer service. I will never go, nor will I recommend this company to anyone ever again! BEWARE!

We purchased a battery jump charger for starting a car. Got it home and could not charge it beyond 25%. Tried three different ways we brought it back to the Medford store and was told they could not take the defective unit back. We had to deal with the manufacturer directly. We will never deal with this chain again. They obviously dont back their defective products they just sell them

About a month ago I ordered a FOB for my car because it was not currently in stock. Said it would take about a week. 2+ weeks later I had not heard so went there again. The gentleman who helped me before said he wasnt sure what happened but would investigate and call me. Late called and it was apparently discontinued and neither he nor I was notified.As a business owner myself i understand things happen. But, not only was it discontinued the price was $131 more. Again I understand, and it was ordered.After about a week it came in and I again went there. A different man helped or attempted to help me. After several tries and 2 calls to the company he was unable to make it work. Again, as a business owner i understaand. He said I would have to come back the next day and try again. I agreed.The issue came when I asked why I had to pay $15 for shipping since it is an item normally in stock and I was not told I would be paying for shipping and I was not quoted the shipping cost when told the additional cost. I agree $15 will not break my company or yours but CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way.The young man seemed to be upset about my question. He then repeatedly told me to calm down mam. I explained that I was not upset but I just did not feel it was right especially do to the issues leading up to today. He kept saying that and did not even offer to check into it. I then asked for my money back. He attempted to give me the additional $146 that I paid this day but not the additional $56 I paid previously. I told him he owed me the additional which he did give me but while doing so told a co worker to not talk to him until he was done with me. He was obviously upset and continued to tell me to cal down. I was not even talking. I the told him I was not upset and if I was he would definitely know it.Now I am upset. Purchased online for in store pickup. Arrived at store 2 hours later they couldnt find my order. Finally found it on their computer which they said was malfunctioning due to recent update. Clerk failed repeatedly for 10 minutes to check me out even though Id already paid for merchandise. Required another employee to complete the transaction. The people who work here share a personality amongst them. Very gruff and greet their customers with a do you need something salutation. Customers are apparently a nuisance.
