Ive been there before for a motorhome stereo, the did a great job. Now they are putting a stereo on my brand new Harley-Davidson motorcycle, Ill have them do some other stuff while Im there.

Install was done professionally. The Problem stands with the fact that I came with brand new truck, left with missing screws holding door panel. I was informed during process that somehow my brand new truck was in such ways before I arrived. Trust me, the panel was not popping out before my visit. 👎🏼. Be responsible, have some extra screws laying around for a professional would do such.

My remote starter died out went into CRANK IT UP he had a simpler version of my remote he installed fresh batteries and programed it right there very professional, freindly didnt try to up sell me, very highly recommend this place . THANK YOU

Had a remote auto-start installed in my car awhile back. Just recently it just stopped working. Brought it back to them and they had the problem fixed in no time at all and at no cost to me because it was still under warranty. They are very professional and their work is top notch. Big shout out to Josh and all the techs at Krankitup. I brought in the only aftermarket system that would work in my car. Josh told me it probably wouldnt work before I even ordered it. I bought it anyway, and it didnt work at first. But the crew at Krankitup figured out a way to make it work, and it sounds amazing! I have Android auto in my 2011 car! Super happy, and really impressed with the great customer service and quality of work! Definitely recommend!

These guys are really nice and do good work. I called them up on a Saturday because I needed some subs and an amp taken out of my old car before I traded it in the following monday and they were able to get it done on short notice. They also re-installed them in my new car and did a really great job on that, too. I got caught in traffic on the way to pick my car back up after they were finished with it but I called them up and they were really nice and were willing to hang around after closing for me to get there. The price was very reasonable and the location is very easy to get to off of I-93. I would recommend them to anyone.

The guys at Krank it Up are very professional and easy to work with. They took the time to explain all of the different options available to me and then they gave my wife and I a nice training on how to use the system once it was installed. Considering you can pay the same price and get it installed at Krank it Up or Best Buy I dont understand why you wouldnt choose Krank it Up.

What a joke. I called this place earlier in the week to get a price for an install. (Component in front w/4 channel, cox in rear, and single sub with mono block)The on the phone he said I absolutely have to come in to get a price estimate. I was insistent about a general price range give/take and again he stated he needed to see my car to see what I had and how it would fit.Fast forward to the weekend I bring the car in. The place and the bays were empty on Saturday. I explain again what I what done. I tell him I already have my own equipment and he ask why and where I brought from. I said a combo of best buy, sonic electronics and Amazon. The face he made was like ugh. I paid no attention to it.Mind you this guy never came out to look at my car or (cheap) audio equipment as he said was an absolute must via phone.Then he has the nerve to say $975 for the install. Its because it will take 3 days to install ..... REALLY Component in front w/4 channel, cox in rear, and single sub with mono block) Dude this is a 3-4 hour at best. Its not like Im getting a custom install, fabrication or competition equip installed. I repeated the price back to him and even he was having a hard time justifying it.I get it, they are a custom install mom & pop shop. But to over charge that much and lie and say its a 3 day job come on. If it was a 3 day job for a simple install they would be out of business. Maybe they just didnt want to do my cheap equip install. I dont know.NEWS FLASH THE INTERNET IS A GREAT RESEARCH TOOL. For equip and install prices.VERY SHADY and DECEPTIVE and they dont hide it.If you do go here get a couple of prices quotes FRIST.

Im not an audiophile but these guys made my convertible sound awesome even with the roof down. They were spot on with their recommendations. I didnt go in with a budget but if you go here (and you should) I think youll be happy. It wasnt cheap but it was well worth the cash spent to love my cars sound so much.Their shop is clean and the sales and service team is super-friendly and easy to talk to.

Recently had an electrical issue with lights that would constantly blow fuses as I was driving..both parking lights and brake lights would almost always stop working. I had brought it to one place where I thought the person knew what he was doing but turned out that he didn’t.I call the guys at Krank It Up of Medford and they were able to fix the mess that was done from the other shop and made my lights work like it should. You guys rock!!!!I will come back here for any other things that I may do to my truck in the near future

I went in with a pretty good idea why my stereo was broken, they diagnosed it, found a new part and installed it. They were super courteous and efficient. Once the part has arrived they had it installed and a new key made in under a couple hours. Would go back again if something new breaks.

Man these guys are the real deal when it comes to anything mobile audio.No job is too small or large...Theyre great at answering questions and can sort you out for all your mobile audio, security and lighting needs. Ive personally had a full set of HIDs done (low beam and fogs), subs, component speakers and a few amps. Clean set up and the workmanship is guaranteed for LIFE, any issues, theyll take a look at it for free. The pricing is reasonable here and they do a good job of letting you know an estimated cost. Keep in mind that car audio stuff aint cheap! but these guys will do your system right!

I have to edit this review to the lowest rating possible since the work Krank It Up did on my car turned out to be poor quality (understatement), slowly deteriorating in the following weeks to the point that now, 3 months following the work, my car radio + stereo and everything connected to it (even the Climate Control heat/AC fan ventilation system) fluctuate between not even turning on for great periods of time and only barely working (turn on but half the buttons are dead). I came in requesting that my remote starter be uninstalled because it was draining my car battery per the consensus of myself, my Honda dealership, and a garage I went to for second opinion. Neither the Honda dealership nor any garage I called would perform any service on remote starters they had not installed themselves, so I was told to go to a car electronics place that specialises in car stereos/security systems/remote starts. Krank It Up was the closest and had good Yelp reviews so I went there. Before even looking at my car they contested the remote starter problem when I answered their question as to why I wanted it out. I insisted (it worked less than half the time anyway and was clearly a dirt cheap model) and they finally agreed to disconnect it but asked for time to check out my car and see what else could be draining the battery. As long as they would disable the remote start, I agreed. They came back and said they had discovered something connected to my stereo that they blamed, some auxiliary cable that I didnt really have any issues with but hardly used, so I agreed to allow them to disconnect that in addition to the remote start. About 2 weeks later, my car radio buttons started failing intermittently. I had never had any problems with any of the buttons on my dash nor my steering wheel, absolutely never, and suddenly the radio controls on my steering wheel are going nuts (volume buttons change the radio station instead of the volume, pressing channel up/down changes the FM radio to AM or AUX) and the stereo appears possessed. After about a month, half the buttons are flat out dead, no longer doing wonky things but doing nothing at all. Even worse, the entire system intermittently cuts out when I go over bumps. Driving over potholes, the radio dies AND so does the entire climate control system that is operated by the same display as the stereo. Screen goes black and it all dies for a few seconds. 2 months out from Krank It Ups unsolicited hack job on my car, and the entire stereo system/climate control on my dash barely functions. Even when I am driving on smooth road surfaces and the car is not jostled, it intermittently dies for noticeable periods of time instead of just a second or two. Often immediately upon starting my car its already dead. I wish Krank It Up had just done only the work I had requested, only disconnecting the remote starter, and left the rest of my car alone. I also wish they had fully warned me about what they were asking to let me do to the stereo, which I NEVER had any problems with before this fiasco. It worked perfectly before they touched it, and I never wanted them to touch it at all, just the remote start. This fiddling with the stereo and the domino effect of also damaging my climate control is distracting, inconvenient, and if it continues to get worse by following the slow path of deterioration its been taking, is going to be a serious burden on me because this is my only car and I cant have the heating cutting out in winter & the AC dying in the summer. Be warned that Krank It Up will apparently try to up-sell and add on services without fully explaining what they are doing. Wish I had never gone here. They seriously sabotaged my car.

I came here for something different. Last year I bought a little Yaesu 1900R 2-meter ham rig up at Ham Radio Outlet in New Hampshire. Installing it was a bear: I was nervous about running a wire through the floorboards and didnt want to ruin the dash by drilling holes. This place was my salvation. They were helpful, polite, and solved my problem at a reasonable price. Now I can participate in those boring ham radio conversations as much as I want. And Ive got hands-free Bluetooth mobile phone capabilities too. These guys were great. I recommend them.

The radio in my 2004 Acura TL stopped working properly and I began looking for the necessary components for an aftermarket install after the dealership quoted a price of $1659.77 for a factory replacement. That didnt include tax or installation. That led me to youtube where I had seen a few videos from people that purchased the 2004-2008 TL kit from Krank It Up. They are beyond professional, patient and helpful. They checked immediately to see if they had what I needed and even provided a description of the components over the phone. The kit included everything needed to install my aftermarket head unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing automotive components and would not hesitate to use them in the future.The rating scale is up to five, but Id give them a 10. Thank you.
