I really loved Bonnie because she definitely got me a great deal and I love my tires but the work from the guys in the shop was very disappointing. I expected, after buying four new tires, to at least get my donut put back in the designated spot it has in my trunk but it was thrown into my trunk on top of all my other things. My tires also have a lock to prevent someone from stealing my tires and after I told them it was in the glove box, they destroyed the organization I had and actually just threw it back in the glove box. I didnt expect expect to be blown away by service but I did at least expect decent service from a store I have trusted with my car multiple times. Do better.

Was quoted a 2 hour wait.. after 4 and a half hours they looked at the wrong thing. Told them I was having suspension issues they checked my tires. Not happy and their unwillingness to work with me for the lost time makes me not want to bring my business back. Les schwab used to be the place to go.. now they are just another corporation that forgot where they came from and why they got so big.

Emmanuel did a great job fixing a worn out wheel bearing on our camper trailer even while raining. We were driving through town and needed an emergency repair. Other shops couldn’t or wouldn’t fix it. An independent shop recommended Les Schwab and they saved our day and didn’t break the bank. Emmanuel also cleaned, greased and packed our other bearing as well so we’re rolling smooth and safely now. I’m now a loyal fan of Les Schwab.

Good service but be prepared to pay top retail prices for that service. Remember, nothing is truly free....

I have always loved Les Schwab. They are always so friendly. I went in today because I ran over a screw. It took about an hour for them to get to me, I was a walk-in so I knew there would be a wait. They had wifi to keep me entertained. And the best part is they fixed my flat for free. Amazing business and employees. I will keep coming back because of them!!

I’ve had 2 great experiences here. First experience was purchasing new tires and a weather tech seat cover. Eric was super helpful and stayed in contact while I was waiting for the seat cover to arrive.Secondly I got an alignment on my truck. The crew was super throughout the process and involved me in decisions along the way!Highly recommend!

Quick repair for my slow leak. I thought I had a bad valve stem but they found a tiny nail in my tire. It was fixed and I was on my way in no time at all. Excellent customer service and very professional. THIS is why its *my* tire store and I wont go anywhere else.

I stopped by for a brake check as I was originally worried about my brakes failing early. Found out that a different shop completely unrelated to Les Schwab used different brakes then I had requested.Les Schwab also saved me 4 hours of tough work by fixing my flat tire and checking all of my brakes for major wear and found out everything was normal.Extremely helpful, informative and fast service!

Luke was outstanding. He went above and beyond in getting my companys bus ready for a trip. He checked all of our tires for air pressure and safety rather than just the tire that looked low. He did this late in the day and didnt charge for the service. Good employee! Keep him around.

Fast friendly service. I went in for a routine rotation, i mentioned a vibration, missing hubcap bolts and a traction control malfunction with my lifted Toyota. The tech showed me how to disable that function when needed, re balanced the tires the vibration rotated the tires and found some bolts to put my hubcap on. They did not charge me a dime and did not try to sell me anything I didnt need.

Excellent! I made an appointment ahead of time, so I simply checked in, and within minutes my truck was on the rack, getting new tires. Best part was that my truck was done in 40 minutes!I highly recommend, if you can, to set an appointment ahead of time.I have walked in previously, and usually had longer wait times.

Love the service here. Wife needed a new battery for her car. We were there less than an hour. New battery, rotated tires, and checked the brakes. Very friendly service and I trust them with all the maintenance of my wifes car.

One of my tires wasnt holding pressure so I brought it in to find out I ran over a nail and needed a patch. The guy that worked on my car was super nice and efficient. He didnt even charge me which was super nice and very appreciated as I had just moved from out of state and money was tight (which he didnt know anything about). I will for sure be coming here in the future.

The manager was able to have a tire patched that a previous place said they were unable to...he also caught a misalignment that the Subaru dealership missed. He even helped give an honest assessment on great tires at a reasonable price for when Ill need to replace. I highly recommend this particular Les Schwab.

Very slow service. I called the day before and was told we open at 8am and anyone could swap my tractor tires and fill them with liquid ballast. when I arrived at 8am I was told my crew doesnt arrive until 9. I came back at 930 only to see my tires still waiting to be worked on. it took them until 11am to finish the job so much for sudden service.

I love the company and the lovely people who work at this location.my experience has been nothing but wonderful every time I needed them. They make life so easy and they are so wonderful to work with. Thank you for everything you do. The simple fact that you would patch my tire when I have a leak so quickly and for not charge is incredibly generous and releases a lot of road anxiety for many of us. I had a slow leak, showed up 30 minutes prior to closing, a small nail was found and 20 later we were back on the road. While we were there somebody bought a set of 4 tires. She asked the guy if she should come back tomorrow, he said no will get her done today and will be here for as long as it takes. Thank You Les Schwab customer service #1!

I want to give my biggest thanks to these guys. Eric and Bruce and the whole team helped my family get on the road in very fast and professional way. We were headed from Chico, CA trying to escape the fire and smoke and my driver side rear wheel busted off the studs on the highway and totally screwed my drum and all parts on that wheel. These guys where super busy on Saturday when we arrived. They diagnosed the situation, gave me a price within minutes and told me that it would take until 5 please because of the rush and they needed to order the part. I told then our story and how we still needed to get Seattle, an additional 7 hours away. They said they would the best they could. These guys delivered, they got the parts within 30 minutes and started working on it right away. My family and I went to eat maybe an hour when we got back they asked my up to the front to pay and told me they had 20 minutes and well be back on the road. I can not explain how greatful I am for these guys. 10 star customer service. They were upfront, made sure to keep me informed and super fast. Best auto shop I shave ever been too. Thank you to whole team who helped me and my family get back on the road as fast as possible.

Wow, what a horrible experience! Went in today at 8:30 a.m. to have 4 tires swapped out. There were only 3 cars parked in the lot and about 3-4 cars in the bay. It was not busy. I went up to counter and Jake (who I later find out is the manager) helped me.I told him I had 4 tires and needed them mounted. He asked where I got the tires and I told him Craigslist. He asked me how much I purchased them for (like it was any of his business). I told him $425. They were 16 Light truck Goodyear Kevlar (60k) mile with about 80% tread left. He said, next time, just buy new, I could have gave you 4 new tires (40k mile, not name brand) mounted and balanced for $526 (or whatever the amount was).I told him that sounded cheap as the last tires I bought from Les Schwab were well over $800.00 for my truck. I told him thanks, maybe next time as I have already bought these tires. Almost like he was rubbing something in my face making me feel stupid for not buying his tires? Im pretty sure the cheap ones he quoted me were not as high quality as the ones I had. He then printed me the invoice and it was almost $150.Moving on, he wants to charge me $8 per tire for a rebuild kit for the stems. I asked if mine were broken or if I absolutely needed them. He said well, we generally just put new stuff on when we switch tires, etc. I told him if mine were fine and not broken to use mine (Id rather save the $32). This caused him to have to go back into the invoice and delete the kits and re-print a new invoice, at which his face clearly reflected discontentment.Here is where it gets bad! I waited for almost 2 hours. I watched customer after customer leave before me when they got there after me. Car after car pull up, get serviced and leave. I think Jake was trying to tell me if I dont buy his tires, this is what happens - - he will make you wait.Finally, at 10:20 a.m. (almost 2 hours later) I pay the invoice. Now, I am waiting for my keys. After about 3-4 minutes, I see my truck being pull out of the bay - - and instead of doing what they have done for me 20 times over the last 20 years (I was a lifetime customer) they pulled my truck out back! I had no idea! I kept waiting and waiting, thinking the driver was going to circle the building and come back to the front and hand me the keys? Nope!I finally walked to the back lot and there was my truck, sitting there locked. I go back inside and wait for another 2 minutes or so. Then I start looking around and see a young guy, at the counter, typing into the computer. I look closer and finally notice my keys are sitting next to him. I go up to him and I ask, are those my keys? He said I think so, smirked and said he is trying to find out the exact name of whos keys they are in the computer. The guy who just rang me up is sitting right there in the back of him! They knew the keys were mine - it was just another delay tactic. Wow, Im never going to use Les Schwab again. Not for my vehicle, my kids vehicles, my wifes vehicle, my trailers, etc. Use to be a great company - not no more!!

Unbelievably fast and friendly service! I popped a tire when I hit a curb this morning, and a worker (I think named Brad?) came right away to help me. He didnt even charge me for travel since I was close by. When we got to the store, he gave me a nice used tire in really good condition. He wouldnt even accept a tip when he dropped me off back at my car. It was incredibly generous and efficient service, and it made my day. He mentioned to me that hes up for a promotion soon, and he deserves it now! I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of car assistance.

Since we moved to the area seven years ago, we have used Les Schwab for all our family vehicles tire needs. There are a number of locations in Southern Oregon, but the one that impresses me and my family the most is the 701 N Central Ave location. Heres why:Les Schwabs motto is Doing the Right Thing Since 1952. There is an employee at this location named Ryan who emulates this slogan and it needs recognition. He won my business, for this particular location upon my last visit with the way he managed our tire care needs.Today, I returned with my young adult daughter and the vehicle she is getting ready to sell. Ryan remembered me and then taught my daughter about tire wear and safety and finished by giving us a fair quote for what we needed.As we walked out it was my daughter who commented that Ryan certainly upholds the Les Schwab motto advertised outside the building. It was an excellent observation by her for Ryans excellence in his field.Keep up the great work! And thanks for giving us another great Les Schwab experience Ryan.

As always FANTASTIC customer service!!! I had a situation few years back where my car broke down at a light (cracked engine block) with traffic on both sides of me and just as I was about to panic I looked out my window and here come 3 Les Schwab employees running. They pushed my car out of the way, helped me find a mechanic, and a ride back home. All for free. They can cost a few bucks more but the additional benefits far outweigh the few bucks. Thank you Les Schwab. Youve more than earned my trust.

This place is a serious life saver. I went in with a messed up rear axle and was able to finance it and even get new tires for cheaper than 2 other places I had quoted.Definitely awesome service too its very cool how they run out to your car when you get there its very impressive.

Ive been to this particular store quite a few times in the last a couple months for various reasons with my 2000 Chrysler Town and Country minivan . About a week and a half ago I took my van in there and ask them for a road trip check I had just recently got my struts Brakes and Tires replaced and I wanted to make sure that all was fine per visual inspection and that there was nothing wrong because it was acting funny. I inform them that I was worried about my tie rods my bushings my bearings and my ball joints specifically .Im not going to name names but the person who has dealt with me quite a few times was the one who took my car for inspection. he brought it back to me said that he wasnt feeling any clunking or anything like that and that everything looked fine. Then again try to inform him that there was Major clicking coming from underneath and that the steering had a lot of play and once again informed him of my concerns and he then again reassured me that everything looked perfectly fine. well later on that day I was going to pick up my husband and as I suspected there was definitely something wrong. my ball joints (yes both)were completely shot the bushings around them were completely destroyed!!!! Theres absolutely no way that that would have been missed especially not to the degree that they were worn. either way my tired tier nearly came off!!! I was inches away from what could have been a fatal accident with a semi truck!!!!! All I have to say is just because youre in the ghetto part of town doesnt mean that you have to treat everybody like their ghetto!!!! You Know Who You Are and hopefully management sees this I can prevent this from happening ever again me and my children could have died hope you can sleep at night!!!!
