The customer service for this place I would give 0!!on multiple occasions it takes several days at best to receive parts that show in stock, with the most recent order i have yet to receive and after a follow up call to check status I am told these items are not available. ( A courtesy call would have been nice ) I really miss the old Richmond Bumper...
Omar that works at this KSI is great and worth the wait. Makes things happen. I buy a lot of parts and always use KSI. Make sure Omar helps you out! Yes they sometimes send damaged parts, but it happens. They do make sure they take care of it and get the correct parts to me.
Parts are never in stock, have been sold damaged parts that are put back in inventory.Wait times are 15-20 mins dealing with a rep out of Miami. Avoid at all cost or spend 2% more and get the the right part on time and undamaged from another no oem vendor

KSI moving in the right direction. I am Very pleased with my experience over the past months . Amanda at Mechanicsville location is the best by far . Service absolutely sucks and they can not get parts to you on time its always a 3 days late or they give u a time when its going to be delivered and it never shows up

Ive dealt with many sales reps & Riefa is the best rep Ive had in the past 2 years as a parts manager at Fairfax Collision Center. I wont deal with anyone else, period. My best advice to any parts people at bodyshops is to find the best rep @KSI (Riefa) and only order from them. She will get you the correct parts, and youll have less returns. Not only that, shell let you know is a part is on backorder or late.
Customer service has hit the tank. Every time I call up there, they put me on hold for at least 15 minutes. EVERYTIME! Then when they answer, its straight to whats your phone number. No thanks for holding or anything. Richmond Bumper should have done there research before they sold to KSI or turned everything over to KSI. All Richmond Bumper did was just toss there business and customers out the door. Beyond disgusted
Placentally surprised on how friendly, helpful and quickly KSI was able to assist me with placing multiple orders for various vehicles at my shop and sharifa took excellent care of everything by being really attentive and resourceful finding the parts we needed, ill definitely be reaching out to her for all our shops future projects, Thanks again!

I hope you all teach your employees in Mechanicsville Virginia(56VA) how to NOT hang up on customers and have a sense of professionalism while on phone calls. No consumer should hear a whole background conversation with profanity being used like they are at home. Secondly do not hire individuals and have NOTHING prepared as far as training.....And I was not a good fit for expressing this? It’s not the fact I quit but it’s the fact HR and the unqualified individual in management stated I was not a good fit after sitting and doing NOTHING since the first day of hire not to mention on my day one I HAD to find out where to find my information to set up my direct deposit and i9 documents. No it’s not that I’m not a good fit I just have WAY too much experience and knowledge to see the downfalls. Thank you for the experience of free money and no work! ✌🏽💜

Nice place to make delivery. Friendly people. But be nice if they move their vehicles to different location makes it alittle right to swing and avoid vehicles while backing up
Unfortunately for customers accustomed to calling their local Richmond Bumper office for parts, those days are gone.Customer service level was poorOut of inventory with no other options (first time in 20 years this company has said they couldn’t find a brake lens)Maybe I just reached a rep not having their best day?

These folks don’t even know their own truck route schedules. My vehicle had to wait at NTB for 2 days waiting on a rear light package just because they “couldn’t” deliver one from Richmond to C’ville on the same damn day. Avoid if possible. They suck.

My experience was very poor at best.I called ordered to Inner Fender liners and had them delivered to my shop I repaired the vehicle went to install the fender liners come to find out they were they were not even close to being the same as what I needed but were marked for the car I was repairing .I called Richmond bumper and told them the situation I was told I would have them first thing in the morning that turned out to be 1:30 in the afternoon, so when the driver finally got to my shop he only had one inter fender liner and laugh saying he left one at another shop begins to yell at me like it was my fault and commented well its not like you buy a lot of stuff from us anyway . Well pal theres your reason why I dont buy much from richmond bumper you cant get orders right or theyre incomplete and your parts dont fit like anything should. I have had issues with Richmond Bumper in the past and have should have learned my lesson. I would definitely not waste my time with this place

Take to long to get parts to you. Take three days for a LT Fender that I could have got from Keystone in one day price are good service is bad call them they can only say sorry Sad Just Sad wish they where like Eagle Automative was

Most convenient place to get body parts for your car, although if you have time the internet is still cheaper.
Will not be using Richmond Bumper again. I ordered a part and was told it would be two days. I called on the second day to check shipping status and was told that the employee I spoke to never ordered my part. I lost a sale and possible contract due to their negligence. Bad service.

Ordered item, never sent next morning, called and they said going out at 1pm truck ASAP delivery. Called at 2:30 for eta, they said never sent as ASAP, called driver and he said dont know when hell get there!! Crappy business to deal with!!!!!!!
