Still havent got the car fixed man I am thinking about it just letting you know the car still broke down

My sons car was damaged in an accident. The passenger rear quarter panel and tire was damaged. Todd offered to purchase the car from us but we wanted to fix it. He decided To “fix it” he welded the control arms Instead of replacing them with the proper parts that would have fixed the car. My son drove in safely and was wearing out tires. We took to another shop and they fixed it properly. Never using him again AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE USING HIM!!

I had a minor but very troublesome problem with my vehicle, and it was recommended to me to try Tullock. I was really hoping they could just tell me what the problem was but he identified the problem and had me out of there with a repaired vehicle in about five minutes for a very fair price. It was a pleasure to visit this small business and my wife and I wont be going anywhere else for any mechanical problem. I highly recommend this place.

I moved to Indian Trail NC a few years ago, it was hard not knowing anyone. Then I needed to find a mechanic that I could trust. I found Tullock Automotive, thank goodness. Todd is awesome! His wife runs the office and they are great people.Its nice to be able to use a family owned and operated business and feel comfortable that you’re in good hands. Todd will explain to you exactly what your car needs and why, I love that.

Talks a good game but worst experience I`ve ever had. Over charged, Did not know how to do repairs he claimed to know how to do.Car came back in much worse shape than it was when he received it. Cost me over $3260.00 and still had to take car to another place. He also paints it the same shop he stores his cars and gets over spray all over customers cars. Does not take any responsibility for damage he causes. Would NEVER go there again!

I went to Tullock Automotive recently and will contimue to go back for any future problems I have with my car. Todd is a wonderful and skilled mechanic and his wife is the sweetest person ever! They make a fantastic team. Unlike many places, Todd does not try to up-charge for labor and supplies and is upfront. If you need a mechanic, PLEASE go to Tullock Automotive.

Great mechanic and extremely trustworthy. I have used him several tines on 2 different vehicles. All great experiences. He once saved me several hundred dollars over the next best estimate. He just saved me a couple hundred more by giving me excellent advice on how to fix an issue myself. In this instance he ended up making no money at all when he could have easily charged me. I have referred as many people to him as possible and always received great feedback from them as well.

If you are looking for a mechanic, go to Todd...Todd and his wife are great. he is honest, respectful, fast and knows what hes doing. I went there to fix a sound that comes from the front wheel, he took the car, test drive it and then fixed in 15, and he refused to take money because it was an easy fix. Very rear these days to find people like this guy .

When my 2001 Toyota Echo seemed to be showing signs that the end might be near back in July, I started looking for a repair shop that could potentially fix the problem or give me an honest appraisal of the cars condition. I was attracted to Tullock Automotive because of the 100% five star reviews. I am both grateful and happy that I can add yet another. While returning home after an afternoon round of golf I decided to stop by to verify the location and make an appointment. I arrived just before 4:00 and was greeted by the owner, Todd Tullock. After I explained the symptoms I was seeing, despite the lateness of the hour and an afternoon rain shower, he offered to take a test drive to evaluate the problem. When he returned, he immediately pulled the car into the garage and opened her up. Within 15 minutes Todd returned to the office saying he thought he knew what the problem was (water in the cylinders) and a mechanic was working on it. In a short amount of time he was back explaining the solution was quite possibly temporary because the source of the water was not certain. He had a hunch what it might be and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair, if that was the case. Todd charged me nothing for the work that was done on the car that day. While the car drove like new for a day and a half (both rainy), as he had suggested, the symptoms returned. I made an appointment for the following day, brought the car in, and in a timely manner and for the price quoted the engine was repaired. While I must apologize for taking so long to write this review, I can now say after two months and numerous storms that my Echo is still running great. In car years I guess the shes about as old as I am so more visits to the doctor are likely. Thanks to the treatment that my car and I received, those visits will be to Tullock Automotive. Thank you, Todd and your mechanics.

Tullock Automotive has been my repair shop for years. Only place I trust for fair price repairs and honesty. I meet Todd when his father Jack ran the business before his death. Jack was my friend and fellow Street Rodder. We always shared Hot Rod stories at Rod Runs. Jack and I both worked in the Automotive field where we 1st meet in back in the 80s. I still miss Jack and his great smile! No one works as hard as Todd. Hes carried on Jacks legacy in vehicle restoration. Todd is blessed with a loving wife Annisa and beautiful triplets.
