I took my Tacoma to crossroads and Firestone for an alignment not one done it correctly, then I was recommended to go see Taylor at A&B and sure enough the guy done the alignment and the truck is driving straight again! The people in the office are very welcoming and very polite, go see Taylor. A mechanic who actually knows his stuff. Great shop will defiantly be back!

These are car guys. But not just car guys, honest car guys that are great at what they do! Rachel is usually the one answering the phone and she knows more about cars than I EVER WILL! (And I know a lot about cars!)She can almost diagnose problems right over the phone. She understands what’s needed for each job and the mechanics are real, friendly guys. They take care of all my cars for me and I refer anyone that needs a good mechanic to them. Rachel also knows the best people to send you to for specialty work like a new soft top for a convertible or fixing leather seats. Super helpful! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!

Folks here are nice and I feel they are honest and forthright. I have never felt pressured here. I told them a few things another place said I needed and instead of doing that and taking my money they told me I didnt need that service yet. I have found their prices are reasonable and trust their quality of work.

Great shop! Employees are honest and courteous and good at what they do....fixing cars. They fix everything I throw at them. They make recommendations for service when fixing vehicles but are happy to do it my way if I choose not to fix all recommended items at that time. Ive had 35 years in the car business and great to have a dependable local shop after no longer having my own.

I got my car inspected and was treated with the utmost respect and great customer service!!! The guy even checked my oil for me and I bought a quart of oil because I was a little low and he put it in without even a question which I thought was very cool of him to do! Earl and his team are absolutely outstanding. Took my business maintaining my 99 high mileage Suburban to him about 2 years ago based on a word of mouth recommendation, and he has completely earned my trust. Ask him to replace the brakes, hell actually push back and say they have a few thousand miles left on them. When is the last time a repair shop has said no, you dont need that repair? Average price of repairs is generally far lower than I was getting at my previous mechanic. And he stands by his work. Ive had him replace a part that required a days labor to get to. When the part itself failed about a year later, he replaced it....for free. No questions asked. Last night I had my car towed to a AAA center about 6 miles from Earls shop after the engine overheated. Called Earl, and he personally went and picked up the vehicle, topped off the coolant, hobbled it back to his shop and completed the repair. No extra charge for the pickup. I highly recommend this shop, particularly for those trying to get the most out of their older, higher mileage vehicles. Trust me, you wont be disappointed. Honest, knowledgable, good people who can be trusted to make the right decision for your car.

Very friendly folks, and the mechanics are great about *showing* you (when possible) an issue and then giving you options. I take my American cars there, but I also currently have a German car that they recommended I take to another specialty shop, and it was a great recommendation. Its nice when you run across people who are honest about their strengths, and treat you like a friend would.

I like patronizing local businesses especially non-franchise ones. I think I have been coming to A&B for more than five years and have received very good service. I recommend A&B for routine and warranty service.

I first took my car to A&B on a confused recommendation by my brother-in-law. It was a very lucky mistake. Theyre honest, efficient, and depend on their reputation for business. I later mentioned this shop after using them 3 times to an auto parts store clerk and he said theyre a great shop. I agree. Only place I get my and my wifes car serviced.

On 5/20/2019 while on 485 near exit 52 we experienced a puncture to the passenger front tire.We got off the highway and put some air in the tire but it continued to leak.THANKFULLY we found a& b automotive in stallings nc. Mr. Terry quickly tended to our car and plugged the leak.I highly recommend this establishment for your automotive needs!

I cannot tell you how great it is to find a repair shop who charges fair and reasonable rates for outstanding work. My wifes BMW X5 has gotten to the age where it needs occasional maintenance and replacement of parts. The Dealership rates are the equivalent of a down payment on a new car. A & B has done a great job on her X5 and I would recommend them their work to anyone.

The staff is friendly enough but the service and attantion to detail is lacking. I went in for some suspension work and an alignment. I purchased my own parts and they installed. After I got around to checking their work one of the parts was bad which would have been obvious to anyone doing the install but no one notified me so i could get a replacement part. Now a few months later i am having tire wear typical of an alignment issue so I am guessing their alignment means eyeing everything up and saying it is good.Wont go back and dont recommend.

Crooks, took advantage of my 68 year old mother...took her last car there because of no heat, told them she was getting new used car in 2 weeks...left the car there and said if you can fix it cheap please do...came back to a $550 bill for a new radiator, still no heat, no leaks in old radiator, no authorization to replace.Took new used car there, for a no heat problem, Earl replaced thermostat because a 68 year old woman with not a mechanical bone in her body told him she thought it might be the thermostat and replaced to tires with 5/32 of tread on them because he told her they werent safe (2/32nds) is the replace standard...guess what...still no HEAT.Earl is a parts changer, and that mechanic that gives all mechanics a bad name by preying on non mechanical people.Earl is CROOKToo bad you cant give negative stars!!!

Ive been using them for my three cars since I moved here three years ago. They do good work, dont appear to try to sell you services you dont need and overall are very nice people.

DO NOT COME HERE I came in because my s10 didnt start SOMETIMES.. they called me to say my truck needs a starter and its $445 mind you its a 2000 Chevy s10 not a bmw the starter is about $130 new .. so I say no thank you ill pay for the labor and ill deal with it myself.. so I go to pick it up and the mechanic tells me its not going to start at all because of something that happened while they were trying to FIX IT so all I said was please give me back my truck exactly how I brought it in.. the woman at the front desk got in my face and basically told me that this is somthing I have to deal with and that I should take it as it is and leave and she started talking to me in the most rudest way and that she should charge me for the time they tryd to fix the issue that THEY caused while THEY were trying to fix the first problem.. absolutely the worst costumer service ever and the rudest people to deal with.. $445 for an old s10 starter now thats a good joke
