Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was busy so I had my wife call for tire pricing. The manager(?) who took the call was very helpful and clear with my wife.We went to the location and was greeted by her right away and made us feel very welcome. Surprisingly we were pretty much in and out even though the location always appears busy.Also the car was kept very clean and you wouldn’t even have noticed it was taken into a shop (our car has tan carpet).Highly recommend you check these guys out for quick, affordable service!

We have always been treated well, and feel that their services and products are priced right. They get you in and out the door as quickly as possible, even though they are busy at times.

To start off Im not a mechanic I have to trust a mechanic when we give our vehicles to them.We took our 3500 diesel into Harper Dodge for an oil change and once over, They did the oil change and told us that we would  need a new Hub on our front left tire within a few months but we didnt need to worry about it yet. (Awesome as always)True to their word about 3 months later we started noticing a vibration so we called Harper Dodge and they told us they were pretty busy and it would be a couple weeks until they were able to get to it (no problem) We decided to go to B&D because they could get to it in the next two days. My wife took it in and when they did their inspection They called my wife and said it was going to be about $1,800 worth of repairs,both rotors- both brakes-both bearings-all needed doneLittle did they know that I just had new rotors and brakes done about a year and a half prior, I told him I didnt think there opinion was correct and took to another shop who told us the same thing that the Dodge dealership did our left front bearing was bad, the rotors looked perfect and the brake pads were still 50% .

Unfortunately a simple job of balancing tires resulted in damage to all four wheels. If you have “clad” rims and take pride in your vehicle go elsewhere. They are obviously not equipped or trained for this type wheel.

I had a flat tractor tire they did a great job putting a new tire on and fixing it fast. Everyone was very friendly and nice I will be back and put the word out 😁

I called around town for a couple of days and nobody could get me in for an alignment until the middle of the following week. I was referred to C&D and gave them a call. They told me they could get me in that same day so long as i got there by 4pm. After checking in they took my truck in almost immediately and i had it back within an hour. I will definitely be calling them first anytime i need something done to my vehicles that is outside of my abilities. Thank you C&D for getting my truck back in shape for our 4th of July camping trip to SC.

HONESTY!! Read on please. Drop your vehicle after hours for repairs. After hours setup cant be beat. Call for your quote, fill out the envelope they provide, leave key and lock up, and pay by phone, pick back up on your schedule. Great work C&D. Honest auto repairs and advice. Another shop told me I needed brakes and after their brake job caught fire in the Smokies I lost faith in them and went to C&D. C&D told me I still had 30%+ to go b4 repairs needed, honesty. I will be back and encourage you to go to C&D too.

Really wanted to like C & D tire, but I’ve had just too many problems to be coincidence and bad luck.1st. Took brand new wheels to them to have tires installed, and they ended up scratching the paint on the brand new rims. They offered to have the scratches repaired, but the person that they referred me to, constantly canceled the appointment because of one reason or another. I drive the car for work and could not go without so ended up repairing the scratches myself. 2016 Dodge Challenger2nd. Left and right rear tires were switched during a subsequent tire installation and no matter how many times they tried to reprogram and fix, the car always switched back and still to this day shows left and right rear tires reversed when showing air pressure. 2016 Dodge Challenger.3rd. They said that the clunking in my front end was due to worn out upper strut mounts and quoted over $800 to fix. Ended up being $160 control arms. 2016 Dodge Challenger.4th. Took my 2008 Dodge Ram into them for an alignment and they said that the lower ball joints needed to be replace and that was the problem why the steering felt loose and was noisy when I hit bumps. They completely missed that most of the problem was from worn out end links, control arm bushings, and that I even needed front half shafts due to worn/torn boots and dirt contamination in the front half shafts. The mechanic I took it to showed me what it looked like and said that there was no way that they could’ve missed those items. Charged me over $600 for the lower ball joints including the alignment, and I still ended up having to take it elsewhere to get the rest of the stuff fixed and pay to have it aligned again. Would’ve rather known all of the problems instead of them just taking my money and fixing only part of the issue.Based upon these issues, I would not be able to recommend them for any service.

Dont like going to the mechanic, it always drains me, but these guys know what theyre doing and are honest!

Ive always loved this place, and between my husband and me and our two adult children...not to mention my brothers family and my mom...weve done a lot of business throughout the years. I dropped in recently and, with one exception, got excellent service as usual. But Im giving three stars because there was not a mask in sight; even the employees were maskless. The waiting area is small, and there were three or four customers already there, so I waited outside (it was in the 30s). Luckily my wait was only about 20 minutes. To me this behavior on the part of the employees is the ultimate in disrespect of the customers. I wont be back until the business decides to abide by CDC recommendations or the virus is under control. If you believe the virus is real and not a hoax, I suggest you do the same.

Walked in to ask about a wheel repair and alignment for a low mileage classic car. They were able to get started right away and done in about an hour. Had an issue with some missing parts and communication issues. My husband spoke with Cliff at an appointment he had with him about the issues we were having and he immediately took care of it. Cliff made sure that he resolved the issue immediately and made sure that we were satisfied with them and their services. Cliff is a stand up guy who makes sure his customers are happy as well as works for a company that wants their customers happy and satisfied. He took responsibility eventhough he was not made aware of this until my husband spoke with him and he made sure he did right by us. Cliff is a great guy and is loyal to his customers. He worked hard and fast to resolve this issue in about 2 days. I highly recommend C&D Tire and they will continue to get our business in the future due to their loyalty and them making sure we were happy and satisfied with their services. 5 stars!

They will never get another dime of my consumer dollar.

Called for a quote for tie rod replacement and alignment, and they said over 400$??? Budget brakes said 155$. Tryin to rip people off? 40 for labor for 1 tie rod and 80 for alignment, plus the cost of the part, how is that close to 400?

They are competent, work quickly and charge fair prices. They know automobiles, and how to diagnose and repair them . I have never been subjected to any of the “scare” tactics that one may experience at other automotive repair shops.I have been dealing with C and D for years. I have had them do all my repair work up to installing a new engine. I have extremely rarely had any issues with the quality of their work, and if so, they have been resolved immediately.

I was told by 2 other people I know with the 7.3L powerstroke to go here to get an oil change done to my 2003 7.3L E450 short school bus . Ive never owned a diesel so I wanted a diesel mechanic to look over my bus and perform a full inspection . The E450 bus is a bus but has a van style front end, the work space is a tight fit, I was pulled into the shop after waiting over 2 hours on a busy day to be told my fuel filter cant be taken off and that c&d couldnt take it off because if it cracked my fuel filter I would be stranded and I would have to have it towed from there shop . So after waiting over 2 hours for a full inspection and routine oil change and fuel filter check, I was charged 170$ . My fuel filter wasnt checked, my water in fuel light is still on, check engine light is still on, basically paid 170$ for o of there top mechanics to drain the oil and put new oil in and tell me I have other problems with my bus like tie rods and ball joints . Parts and estimated labor was over 1400$ I tell the front desk guy Im on a fixed income and I cant afford to drop that much cash all at once . Im then sent on my way . And told to go see a diesel specialist . Im pretty sure since the E450 bus has such a tight engine compartment the mechanic just didnt want to fool with it . Waste of time and money if you ask me . I wont ever bring my bus back to these guys. They may be good with tires and 7.3L trucks but they acted like they were just trying to slap me with a bill and send me on my way . Not sure of the mechanics name . Just remember he was an older guy . Big guy, grey hair, and also installs the breathalyzes in cars . If he isnt a diesel mechanic and cant take off a fuel filter, them why is he working on customers diesels in the first place ?If you have a E450 school bus, dont take it here

Quick and painless. Kind and not condescending. I came by because I had a flat, and they replaced the flat and a wore tire then they gave me an alignment without ever scheduling an appointment. They even were able to match my other tires, which is important to me since I drive all wheel. Would recommend.

We just moved to Tennessee and when we had one of our cars break down we took it to C&D because our daughter recommended them. At first everything was great the staff was friendly and informative. A day later were given a diagnosis of a rodent chewing some wires and ruining the celluloid. After no communication for a day I called back and found out that wasnt the problem we needed a new computer in the car, we authorized the repair and were told itd be ready Monday. They have now had the car for 5 days. Monday comes and im told the computer is on orderback and theyll have the part by Friday. No call again so I call them to find out the part is still not in.

I was cautious, when you buy a set of tires you are stuck with them for a long time. I described my driving habits, They recommended Cooper CS5 Ultra tires, and they are great. Quiet, grip like iron on wet roads, and reasonably priced. Exactly what I was shopping for. They should be your store.

I’ve had them replace my coils and spark plugs multiple times in the past two years, I decided today no more. The number 8 cylinder was missing so got a new coil when I started unscrewing the mounting screw it was extremely loose like it was just finger tightened so got it out and pulled the coil only to find the mounting point on the manifold was cracked it appears it was either cross threaded or over tightened. Trying to figure this one out a seriously rookie thing.

We’ve had shaky brakes problems for months and have had a hard time getting it fixed. One visit to C&D and it’s fixed. Great customer service; I saw them really take care of several other customers while I was in the lobby.

Had vehicle towed for a diagnostic, paid $300+ to be told i need an engine replacement. I decided not to go that route paid bill and had vehicle towed back home. I ordered a replacement engine and upon its arrival popped hood and found engine front timing cover forward components were missing from the front cover forward. Called and got the runaround for a week showed up onsite and spoke with the shop manager and much to my suprise components were located roughly 1.5 hours after. So during my lunch break the following day and slightly relieved but still irritated that the runaround could have been avoided if one were to walk into the shop and had a conversation or perhaps take a look for $1,000+ worth of components that their manager states thats unusual we place owners components back with vehicle as a common practice. Pulled into the bay to be loaded up and get my primary means of transportation back on the road, Technician who worked on my vehicle says ....so about the radiator i saw it laying for a duaration (mind you all other components recovered and boxed) and figured it was scrap but you can find them on Amazon for around $120 but good news is i kept your alternator which regulary sells for $400.... end result was a sorry bud.

We have done business with C&D for years and I have always been pleased with the service. They answer my questions and are always helpful. On the few occasions I have had a problem, they were quick to work with me and get the problem solved to my satisfaction. They are fair and tell you the truth. Was having trouble trying to find time out of my working schedule to get my car in for new tires and since I work about 7 miles from them, they were considerate enough to send someone to my work to pick my car up and then return it after the tires were on. It was what I call going the second mile and was so appreciated! They are great people and I also got an excellent price on new tires! I will definitely be taking my car there again!

I couldn’t even get either of the ladies at the desk to assist me. Waiting room had 2 people waiting, 1 got his truck returned and left while I was waiting. When one of the ladies walked right past me to make herself a cup of coffee and still never asked if she could help me, I left. My money was spent somewhere with better customer service.

Trailered my car there after replacing clutch and everything in the front end. My car is lowered and expecting them to pull it straight into the garage they decided to take it on a two mile test drive. Not only did they not get the sides even they completely ruined my brand new Kuhmo tires on the front. Would not recommend anyone to this shop unless you want your clutch with less than one mile given hell and your car scrapped as they give it hell out of the parking lot. Do not go here.
