I cannot say enough about David and the staff at Procare. My 1969 Camaro broke down on the way to Pigeon Forge from Alabama. After about 8 phone calls to different repair shops, David was the first to say he could get my car in that day and possibly have me fixed the next day. Even though I had custom high performance parts, David and the crew were able to get my car back on the road so I could enjoy my weekend and make it back to work on Monday. They did not treat me like a customer, they treated me like family. These people deserve your business!

Like the place they are professional and the prices are fair I suppose. Hard to get anything done at the moment though seems like mechanics maybe out.

Was there last week at 9 AM for my appointment. 930 they came and told me I needed a new thermostat and hoses. It would be $450. I said just put on the thermostat was told it would take an hour. 2 hours later they come out said they put the new thermostat on mine was not bad. I asked am I paying for a thermostat I didn’t need he said yes. Told him just to get my car together so I could leave he said it would take a half an hour and then hour later I receive my car. Getting ready to pay he said I took the new thermostat out . I appreciate that they took the thermostat out put mine back in but still charge me $96 for the labor that I receive nothing .

I came in for an oil change and asked them to check my car out for other problems because it was hard to keep the car straight. David came and told me that I had some bad front end parts. He explained to me how the bad part would wear out my tires and it was a safety Hazzard for me and my family. They supplied me with transportation to and from my house. After the repairs were made he showed me the bad part and re explained how it was affecting my car. Needless to say I am very pleased with the expertise and hospitality showed at this location I was blown away!! Thank you procare tire for helping keep me and my family stay safe!

A great place to take your car before a road trip, they possibly saved my life! I brought my car in and they checked it out for me showed me a bad tire in the front that could have blown out! They had me a set of new tires on the vehicle in under 40 mins! I was traveling with children in the car too!!

I can not give a good review to this business i took my truck to them and i told them i had just bought the truck, i wanted them to check it out and tell me everything wrong with it, well they did come back with a large list and that was ok, i paid them for there time and left, a few days later i returned to let them repair some of the things that i could not do myself, they called me and told me that they were going to need more money to check it again well this upset me because i had already paid for it to be checked i now wanted it to be fixed, the lady got very smart mouth with me and the man done the same he told me it was not his problem i bought a truck with so many problems [very bad thing to say to a customer,] went to pick up my truck to pay my bill and both got smart mouth with me again and the lady went as far as to lie and say i had got smart with her on the first visit when i had said nothing to her and she could not even tell me what i said when i ask her, the man kept trying to provoke me to a fight, they lost my business and my sons business. If you are going to business with them be ready for a bad time if you dont agree with your bill.There was coolant all over my engine and finder.

Service prompt for routine oil change. Front desk employee took time to explain the different wind sheild washer blades that I needed. Did not try to upsell me or sell me something I didnt need, which I appreciated. I had a coupon for a discount but you can also use your AAA for a 10% discount. Look for coupons in Mint Magazine.

My car unexpectedly broke down while I was at a grocery store on my way to work...I was several miles from home and AAA suggested they tow it to procare...they fixed my care the same day! And I got a discount! They kept me informed throughout the day and were very friendly and informative as to what was wrong with my car...when I voiced that I was not able to afford all the fixes, they fixed the biggest problem and educated me on the other problems whith a timeline of when I should get them fixed! Working with this business made a stressful potentially bad day, into just a stressful moment out of my day!

My family has been using Rick and the guys for our car care for over 15 years. Ive never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didnt need. On the rare occasion something wasnt corrected the first time, they have stood behind their work and corrected the issue for no charge, no questions asked. I love the explanations of what needs to be done and why with a cost estimate and what the risks are if I delay. Often, I feel informed enough to just wait, or even tackle the problem myself (and I am not mechanical). In summary, I found a mechanic I trust.

Good people who didnt try to sell me more than I needed. I had stopped to have 2 tires checked for leaks. Turned out to be that 1 wasnt repairable. I was prepared to buy 2 new ones, but only needed 1, so I got it and wasnt even charged for the repair of the other.

I told them about a sound my truck was making when I brought it in for an oil change and the employee, David found the source of the sound right away and I was so relieved.

I would never give them my business again! I brought my brand new car here because I picked up a screw in one of the tires and need a plug. They didnt plug the tire they just put some sort of goo in the tire and charged me $16. I travel extensively and was concerned this wouldnt hold. I was basically told that is too bad, this is the waythey do it. I feel ripped off. I still had to take the car somewhere else to get a true plug for my tire and pay again!

Was on vacation and my brakes went out. Called a few places and was told take it to procare. Drove it home for 6 hours, and did great. It was pricey, but they treated me well.

Great group of people who care about good relationships and educating you about how to care for your car. Not out to rip you off.

Took my truck to two other mechanics for a grinding noise coming from the front wheel - spent $1,100 at one mechanic for the noise not to get fixed and the other mechanic said it just sounded like something was rattling. Next day I took it to Pro Care - they did a ride along with me, scheduled an appointment. Within 2 hours of dropping the truck off, they had it diagnosed, and within another hour had it fixed and ready to pick up. Charged me much less than anticipated, as well. I will always go back to Pro Care!

Been going to these guys for years to get tires and various repairs done. They never jerked me around or tried to upsell me on a bunch of nonsense. Had minor repairs and different things done over the years. No caffeine wired salesman with the gleam in his eye trying to high pressure me. The guy that owns the place sits behind the counter and works with customers as though he was a regular employee. My gut instinct tells me the place is run honestly and Ive never had anything that I considered unsatisfactory that they didnt make right, which has consisted of two or three things over the last 20 years or so. Very good average is the way I see it, are much better than the national shops that are run for stock market investors. Local people with good honest behavior and high standards.

I stopped by the Pro Care Tire & Service Center on a Friday and asked how much they would charge to change my spark plugs on my truck. I let them know that I already had the spark plugs, and that they would just need to install them. He said $127.50 for 1.5 hrs. of work. It seemed reasonable so I setup an Appt. for the following Monday. He did say that they would check the mass flow sensor and if it needed to be cleaned it would be an additional $45. I said okay. I brought the truck to them on Monday morning at 8:30am, which was my appt. time. They took it back to the shop to do the work. After and an 1 HR. and 15 MINS. not 2 HOURS it was ready and I went up to the front counter to pay. The same guy who quoted me the $127.50 the Friday prior said that my total bill was $192.17?! I said, excuse me! He said that he misquoted the labor time that it would take to change out the spark plugs and that it actually calls for 2 hrs. for my engine which meant the cost would be $170.00 instead of the $127.50 I was quoted, and their was also a $5.10 shop supplies charge that I didnt know about. He said, but we do a computer check that is included in the tune up to check the mass flow sensor and other engine diagnostic checks and we normal charge $79 for that, but I didnt charge anything for that?! (makes no sense b/c he had just said it was included in the tune up) So at this point Im thinking to myself that its a pretty shady thing for a business to deceive a customer like myself. He made a mistake and pulled up the wrong engine when he gave me the original quote, so shouldnt he eat the extra 42.50 charge for the .5 hr of labor? He never offered to do anything to make it right. What a disappointment. I would recommend that you avoid taking your vehicle to Pro Care Tire & Service Center.

I always get my oil changed here and car serviced. This is the place to go if you want good customer service and always good, honest professional work done!

My wife and I took her car in to have new front struts and springs installed; a 500$ service. Well, after getting the vehicle back, we noticed a clunking noise coming from the passenger side strut. I thought it may have been a sway bar issue, so I decided to investigate. Come to find out, Procare didnt even assemble the passenger side strut correctly. The bumpstop plate, upper bushing, and the nut wasnt even installed. They wanted to say it was because they were a Chinese brand. Well obviously not when they cant assemble a strut correctly. Bad suspension work is deadly! I wouldnt recommend Procare to anyone. Its terrible when a business will put your life in danger and blame it on a Chinese brand.UPDATE-After taking the vehicle back to have the strut fixed, we were faced with paying another charge for a mistake they made in the first place. We agreed for the safety of the car. The man at the front was helpful and polite at first. A couple days later, we received multiple calls concerned about this review. Then the day after the calls, more calls come in again after-hours and from personal numbers. Overall, the people can be nice and the issue was resolved after the stress and a high cost just for labor. I just dont appreciate the harassing phone calls over a review.

Pro care? More like amatuer care. Brought my truck here for an alignment, tire balance, and rotation. Charged me for the services and when I got my truck back it was worse than when I brought it in. Ended up brining it back for a third time and after CHARGING ME ADDITIONALLY for services they never provided in the first place, my tires are still not balanced. Cant go over 60 without my truck shaking.

Offer reasonable prices and they give discounts for being a AAA member
