I stopped in unannounced for an emergency repair, and Jody and the guys found and fixed my oil leak in just under an hour. Showed me what was wrong, and looked over the rest of the car for me. Great shop, couldn’t have had a better experience. Don’t sell you any BS just good honest work at an affordable rate.

When I had my tires put on at my usual place I always felt a vibration, so I called around and Belle tire wanted $60 to balance and rotate, then I found Foglesong and called they told me $50 and said they could get me right in,they did a great job my car feels solid down the road and they didnt try to tell me something was wrong with my car or try to sell me a warranty..they got me in and out and on my way.

I Have been taking my vehicles here since it was Ricks service center. Having been a heavy duty mechanic in the blue water area for over 20 years I know quality. I took my vehicle in for a power steering pump. I was told it was the rack and pinion that was bad. After over a week of no callbacks on the repair status and also getting my vehicle put on the back burner while I bummed rides to work, I finally get my car back, with extreme play in the steering. Jody said they forgot to tighten down the new rack and Pinion! Very dangerous. On top of that there was grease all over the inside of the door, B pillar, and headliner. It’s been just a couple weeks of increased pump noise and now all of a sudden I have no power steering, the power steering pump which was the original thing I thought was wrong was not even replaced. I will never take my car here ever again.

Jody Foglesong was very professional and courteous when my wife and I pulled onto his Automotive Service Center parking lot. Our RAV4 Toyota had broken the second gas strap (band) supporting the gas tank from falling onto the drive shaft and the rear differential. Mr. Foglesong confidentially informed us of the extent of the problem and that he could fix it. The repair was timely and the price was well under what the dealership would have charged us. Jody Foglesong personally extended himself to assist us when we were far from home making sure that we arrived home safe.We will be bringing our Toyota back to Jody and from our experience we highly recommend the service at Foglesong Automotive.

I usually do all my own work but I brought my car in for an alignment, was told I needed to do my inner tie rods, I went home and did them myself and they got me back in the next morning and put within an hour! Highly recommend.

Jody Fogelsong knows what he is doing! He listened to me about my money availability and he told me my tie rod end was important to do now but i could wait on the ball joints for a few weeks. He gave me valuable advice about my clock spring. I told him the internet said replacing my clutch would cost approximately $1400 and he told me hed do it for $900. This guy knows how to save his customers money and when my car breaks it doesnt always wait till payday.

For great, fairly priced service, take your car here. They wont tell you that there are other things wrong with your car just to make a sale. I trust Jody and Greg!

I agree with Karen. Had them fix the Cadillac they installed a new ignition but broke the cruse control and wipers in the column. They even took out the back seat !!??!!!!! For a broken wire in the column ! They even stole the new unmounted tire i had in the trunk. Very unprofessional, lied on time frames for work to be performed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!! I now tell ppl to stay clear of this hole. Ive even started the paperwork for the BBB, im considering a law suit. Stay clear of this place !!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! TOOK OUR EVINRUDE BOAT MOTOR IN FOR A TUNE UP AND TO CORRECT A GAS LEAK. WAS THERE FOR 2 MONTHS AND NOW IT IS MISSING PIECES, WONT EVEN START AND IS NOW SCRAP!! THE OWNER TOLD US TO PICK IT UP AND WAS NOT EVEN PUT BACK TOGETHER. WAS UNABLE TO RATE SCAM 0 STARS.!
