Love that the back-counter guys are seasoned car guys because Im one of those that ask plenty. And I like to test the no question is too stupid theory, because I ask some dumb question. Lol.. some of the best prices. They carry the best brands. Call around to find the cheapest price and take that to them to price match.

Triple AAA left me hanging. After waiting almost 2 hours on them a gentleman offered me a jump and I was able to drive over to Napa and pick up a new battery. I didnt have all the tools but they let me borrow what I needed. Great customer service.

Went in to get windshield wipers. Didnt even have to ask...the nice young man offers to install them.

The clerk cost me an extra hour on my trip to town. Went to pick up parts for son in law, grandson went in the store to pay for and pickup the parts he was told the parts werent there yet come back in the morning. We left and headed to our next stop we were 30 mins away and son in law called and said parts were there. Got back to the store and they said oh we had them but werent sure about letting you pick them up waited for us to leave and then contacted son in law to see if it was ok for us to pick them up. So we were almost to Oroville in bumper to bumper traffic and had to turn around and go back! Because of traffic we spent an extra hour driving. COULD HAVE CALLED son in law while we were there and saved us time and gas! Very ride and annoying!!
