Curb appeal is phenomenal here! The lady that handles the floral arrangements outside the door adds an incredible full home experience to the building. Met a couple of sales guys that arent pushy, quite chill dudes who were very helpful to my friends ATV purchasing needs. The parts guy, Tony, VERY knowledgeable and I guess he organizes the tires for ease of selection and purchase based on common sets. Probably the most efficient way to offer tires. I know that whoever I see at that place for my purchases will treat me with respect in a welcome home manner. From the years past when I stopped by here, I was deterred and treated like a number in my wallet. Its definitely a full 360 now with what seems like a whole new staff operating pretty well now.

The girl helping me in the parts department was very rude and not very helpful. A second person came over to help he was very polite and knowledgeable. Good place if you get the right person if not you just want to slap somebody.

I went for a scooter inner tube. They had what I needed for a reasonable price.

Took my bike there to have the break in (600mi) service done. I bought it from them. I was aware of a clutch lubrication issue with the particular model, so I asked if the oil nozzle was part of the check. The counter lady said yes it was. I asked if I could talk to the mechanic and was told no, they are too busy. When they were finished I asked to see the checklist of work completed. The line for check and clean clutch oil nozzle was checked. I had to demand to speak to the mechanic to get thru. When I asked him he said, oh thats a 4 hr job I didnt do that youll have to bring it back. Then the counter lady said oh, oops, I printed the wrong sheet...???So they both messed up? She printed the wrong sheet, and he checked a line for work he didnt do?This was not an accident, they were just counting on me not asking any questions.This place is not to be trusted.

Great service and good selection of bikes. Sales staff are knowledgeable and not pushy.
