This store is with stocked and has a very helpful crew.

They know their stuff and are super friendly. They always have what I need in stock for my Toyotas. The tool loaning program is cool as well. They also know a lot of the vehicle shops around and can point you in the right direction for quality work. Invaluable if youre new in town like I was.

Are safety conscious with clear separation markings and extensive shielding and ppd use is practiced by all employees on every occasion I have gone in. Its still the preferred place if I need something that cant wait and does run many of there in stock parts slightly lower price in my experience. Its a tough time for businesses to operate with the pandemic precautions but in my dealings its been accomplished and done so while maintaining the high standards of customers parts needs with ease.Thanks and well done!Kari AND Crew YOu guys rock!

So I go in here often, and its always consistently a positive experience. The employeees are on top of it! If i ever have any questions (which I have many) there is always someone to help. They always have what im looking for, and make it easy to find it. And on that rare occasion they dont, they will order it for me, and im able to pick it up next day. The store is beautifully kept. Everything is clean, safe, and sanitized. The employees are always happy to help with smiles and greetings when i walk in the door. Its rare to find buisnesses these days with amazing customer service, and evertime thats exactly what i receive. Just wanted to leave a review, because this team/ store absolutely deserves it! Thank you guys for making my shopping experience a breeze.. :)

I really want to give these guys a 5 just because the staff is AWESOME! However, they couldn’t perform a standard cash refund on a Sunday due to corporate policies regarding overnight cash. I totally get it, but I had to make a extra trip into town as a result. Regardless, the staff’s positive disposition, effective training, and knowledge base will ensure repeat patronage from me.The company also has a superior system for handling customer data, privacy, and warranties of previous purchases.

I got great service. I was looking for a way to plug 4 1/2 drill holes through my truck bed rails. The staffer took 25 minutes to make an $8 sale for hole caps. That is SERVICE! (Want being sarcastic. He opened and tried 5 or 6 diferent items to help me find the right one.

Enforcing mask law on the 5th. Aren’t supposed to be in place until the 7th. I’m not disclosing my reasons for not wearing a mask. That’s my business. No offers of ways to accommodate. Just told company policy no mask no purchase. I went purposely the 2 days prior to the new regulation and was turned away. This is not ok.

Probably the worst experience ive had at any autozone, Manager was quick to immediately tell me that they didnt have my part, and that no other parts store even carries them. I was able to go down the road to napa and order the part within 10 minutes of entering this autozone. Very unprofessional approach and a very easy way to lose a customer.

When my check engine light came on, I went to the Marysville AutoZone to get a free diagnostic done. I received excellent customer service from a young gentleman named Raven - above and beyond. He even educated me on where the part was located in my car and how easy/difficult it is to install. I like to be as educated as possible before I take my car to the shop (especially since I am a female). He was so polite and friendly as well, and I always appreciate that. It is far too rare in this day and age. I would give it a 5-star rating (plus a couple more), and I would recommend this store to anyone.

The guy that Id dealt with was very nice very friendly and knew exactly what I needed I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and there was a lot of people in there as well and they were working really fast to get through us all so I would definitely go back to this one again

Just another Autozone store. The people behind the counter are courteous, but dont go out of their way to help you out. I only buy oil there and havent needed anything else.

I have purchased critical parts from this store (brake pads and radiator) and these parts have failed in a very short time even though they are charging OEM prices. Also, when I went to return the leaking radiator I had just purchased 2 weeks ago the counter man was pretty rude and offered me lip when I asked for my money back (I had called ahead of time and was assured if I had my receipt I could get my money back). In fairness the counter man did finally reimburse me but made it sound like he was doing me a huge favor. I wont be purchasing parts there anymore.

The manager sold me a thermostat for my car, he actually “returned” it and it was he wrong thermostat so I brought mine in from my car and the one he sold to me. He did not want to give me a new part or return my money ($20 difference), because I did not have my receipt I left it at home. After fighting with him how it is not my fault he put a return and not a sold item in his system he slammed my new thermostat on the counter and yelled “take it just take it” so I did. Today I came back into the store WITH the receipt and told him it is not my fault you returned it, I want my money back for the difference as well as a warranty on my new thermostat (he told me there would not be one after slamming it on the counter last night). I told him he is out of line for everything he did and infront of my 3 year old daughter. His excuse was “I worked open to close” I DONT CARE AND THATS NOT MY FAULT! I’ve worked back to back two jobs full time and taken care of my newborn daughter and I NEVER have acted like that. I will not return to this auto zone and I will be calling his higher manager because it is not okay. I am genuinely a open person and can understand things but he is ridiculous. He also said Chevy Malibu’s don’t have V8s..... they do.

Walked in and had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Customer service manager rudely asked what do you want? I asked him if they do generator bench testing and was answered with an equally rude no that would make Grumpy Cat proud. Very disappointing. Will not return again.

Not too happy today. I ordered a part that had to come from the warehouse. When i came in to the store to pick it up the clerk gave me the box and i started to walk out the store. I got to my car and decided to check it thats when i noticed it was an old used part! I was pissed! I went back into the store and told the guy, that this is a used part and that I had ordered a new part... he looked at a it and said oh yeah it is used.. i said damn why didnt you guys check it when it came in? Then he had to look up another store for my part and found one at the everett store. I said ok when will this one be in? He tells me oh..you are going to have to go and get it from that store and then he refunded me my money. I said im so done here and walked out. I called up oreillys auto parts (which was right accross the street) and they had it in stock and i went there and bought it there.
