Using dealership 20 years now and always walked away feeling like we got a fair deal. No games with all the weird fees dealerships try to charge. You ask and they deliver. Bought my second new car ever and again made it easy. Free car washes. Trade in was fair considering what the car needed. Good service and friendly staff. Had my spark plugs and coil packs replaced on my 2005 f150. Runs a lot better now. I was able to provide parts. They kept me updated through the process. Will definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

I was so scared to see what the problem with my car was after 2 different places on a Sunday told me my battery and alternator were fine. Monday I brought it in and without hesitation they saw my battery was still under warranty. Swapped it out. And that was the problem the whole time. I was in and out in less than an hour despite them being fully booked! THANK YOU!

Im not sure what has happened to this dealer, but the service has taken a nose dive. The oil change previous to this one they failed to tighten the lug nuts on the rear passenger tire. Almost fell off after I pulled out of the lot. Not once did anyone follow up to apologize for the issue or to make sure there was no damage. Fast forward to this oil change and it took 2 hours! Yes, they ended up changing the cabin and intake filters, but it does not take that long. Again, no apologies, just excuses. Ill never be back. Customer service is not that hard, but this dealership has obviously lost something in the last year.

I was a little nervous about taking my truck there for service at first, as I was concerned switch them being a smaller dealership.They called me with in a couple of hours after my appointment, to inform me that my truck was going to need a new motor. They immediately ordered the parts and made me aware of a couple of parts that were back ordered. They estimated 3-4 weeks to turn it around and stayed in contact weekly, to provide an update. Thank you Sean....The new engine was installed a couple of days sooner than expected. I have put approximately 800 miles on the truck so far, with no issues.They also provide me a brand new Ford Ranger to drive while they had my truck waiting for a new motor.Great Service.... I’ve always liked the place and worked there in the past and had a great experience while doing so. Had the tires replaced on my truck a few days ago by then and when I went to pick it up, one tire was flat. And the white letters were still blue. The fix was a easy valve core tightening and then they washed the tires off. I’d say it’s chalked up to inexperienced employee changing the tires.Other then that. I was treated fairly and was happy with the overall outcome.
My husband and I recently moved to Marysville, and we have a classic 2003 Ford Thunderbird that the air conditioning stopped working. Chapman Ford got our car in and quickly recharged the system and checked for leaks. They assured me that if for some reason it would stop cooling to bring it back and they would check the cooling system for leaks. During therecharging of the coolant they added a dye that would let them know where the leak would be. I have been a proud and loyal Ford owner since 1997 when I purchased my first Expedition from Chapman. 3 Years ago, I decided to change things up and leased my first even pickup, which was of course an F-150. Absolutely loved everything about it and was looking forward to leasing a new one in 2020, but then as we all experienced...the Covid 19 plague arrived which turned everyone and everything on its head.I reached out to Mike Moyer at Chapman during late summer, and he was very honest with me and told me to wait for a better deal which he anticipated being available in the fall. Chapman Ford went above and beyond in our car buying experience. My husband and I went to test drive a Ford Explorer and the wonderful staff stayed over an hour later than they were supossed to, just so we could test drive the car. (We both worked late that day, and live 45 minutes from the dealership, and I wasnt smart enough to check how late they were open). After test driving the car, we came back the next day for me to buy it! Not only did the salesman, Jason, recognize us, but went out of his way to make sure that the car was absolutely perfect before we picked it up. The staff was SO friendly, honest, knowledgeable, understanding, and just amazing. Jason, the loan agent, explained all the confusing paperwork so well, and we left feeling confident that we purchased a great vehicle. We will for sure be coming back to this dealership for any vehicles we buy in the future, and we will for sure recommend all of our family and friends here as well. Went to look at a Escape. Car was beautiful. Had a tire out of balance. They fixed it right away. Jason went beyond what a normal person would do to make this sale happen. Ended up taking 3 hrs but Jason was patient with us and we drove away the same day with my Wifes new/Used car. Highly recommend Chapman Ford and all of their people. Top of the line all the way.
Ordered a steering knuckle for my focus that was supposed to arrive a few days later. Got called back to tell me that it wouldnt be here for another 5 days. I call 4 days later to confirm that i would have said part so i could take the focus on a roadtrip. Parts back ordered for 2-3 weeks. Ok find bearing and hub that will work, service says their 3 weeks out on work and refuses to press the new hub in until then, when i was bringing them the removed steering knuckle. Big waste of timeNot bashing the wait. Labor is short. But the complete lack of communication basically wasted a day of my vacation.

My son had his car towed to Bob Chapmans. They said it was serpent belt. They replaced. I took my son to pick up his car on Saturday by Sunday afternoon broke again. Towed back to Bob Chapmans they said serpent belt came off. Took my son Tuesday morning to get his car and he turned car on turned right in parking lot and the car broke down again. Very poor service in fixing my sons car. Still at Bob Chapmans now. They keep his car several days without even calling him to let him know what they found wrong.Very poor place to get your car fixed.
Second new F150 that we have purchased from Chapman Ford in 5 years. Dont go to the big city dealers. Find Nick and let him help you out. Also may i add the service department was super when we had things done on the first truck. All around great dealership.
I have purchased at least 40 cars in my life and this dealership is the best. They make it so easy. No haggling. No pressure. Didnt push to add options like additional insurance, etc but rather just asked if interested. Their prices are competitive and they gave me fair prices on my trade (no low balling like other dealerships do). Was in and out with my purchase in less than an hour total time. I highly recommend them. Don is who helped me. I will definitely go back to them first when Im ready to swap out my other vehicle.Their service department is also stellar. I made an appointment for a safety recall at Germain...Germain had the vehicle the entire day then said they couldnt get to it... even though I had an appointment. Chapman got me in right at my appointment time and had me back on the road in an hour!This is a fantastic, well run dealership.

I dispise dealerships and only gave Chapman Ford a chance because Bob Chapman and his wife hosted my family for dinner through church and I saw he is good people. It was just an oil change but the experience was very good from service to facilities and they did not try to rip me off like most dealers. My only complaint is the tech got oil/dirt/grime smudges on my driver door, inside the window and on parts of my interior. It was easy enough to wipe off and I can personally relate to how dirty your hands get working on cars, but he/she should have cleaned it when they were done.
Jason was so kind and understanding helping me purchase new tires. He took me home then delivered my car when they were done putting on the new tires. This was a tremendous help as my husband was in Hospice care. I have been telling my family and friends how great the service is at Chapman Ford.

I purchased a new truck from Chapman Ford last week and have never had as pleasant of an experience buying a vehicle - which says something because I drove all the way from Lexington, Kentucky to get it. I found Chapman Ford online while searching for trucks with a unique configuration, they were the only dealer in a large radius that had inventory of what I was searching for. After inquiring online, I was able to do everything besides sign paperwork over the phone. They valued my trade with pictures and we agreed on price/loan/payments over the phone. When I went up to pick up the truck I was greeted by the Jason’s and they both continued to make it a smooth, quick and easy process. It’s a nice change of pace having a positive car buying experience. Well dont go there with battery issues! Mechanics apparently dont make any money on replacing a battery so you can wait hours before getting something as simple as changing your battery done!! And then dont go around noon because they all leave for lunch!!

I recently bought my car from Chapman Ford and Im so happy that I did. I happened to find the car online right as it was traded in and it didnt have photos at the time of posting. I emailed them and they wrote back within a few minutes to let me know that the car was available. They were even kind enough to quickly take photos and text them to me so I could see the car before I made the hour plus drive to the dealership. The car was better than I imagined and I knew I had to have it. The car was very reasonably priced and actually closet to the going rate for the trim lower than what I got. The people I dealt with (Chris and Jason) were very personable and we had fun chats while doing business. They were not pushy in any way and they were both very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. I opted for a great warranty to protect my vehicle at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Chapman Ford and look forward to doing business with them again when the time comes.

My 30K mile checkup turned into a two day visit. Some how my requirement was not conveyed well in the online appointment system and telephone conversation. My service tech (Sean) was apologetic for the misunderstanding, he was also attentive appropriately while I waited in the lounge area both days.
Very professional got to my truck on time and called me to pick it up before the hour was up. Informed me about all the fluids, tires, and brake pads thickness. Only thing I was upset with was they couldn’t wash my truck because it wouldn’t fit in the car was they have.
Chapman Ford was incredible to work with. Although I wasn’t able to get the parts and trade in value I’d hoped for, the customer service was excellent. The service center worked with me and were very up front and honest about the condition of my car. When I needed photos of my car and was unable to get there to take some, they were more than willing to do so for me, which I know is outside their job description. The employees are great.

Had an excellent experience at Chapman Ford. Went in to look at a Ford Edge they had listed on the website. Had Renaldo as the salesman. He did an excellent job in showing me three different Ford Edge cars that they had in stock. He was very knowledgeable when it came to all of the different features of the three different cars. Ended up choosing the 2019 Ford Edge and signed the paperwork for it that night. Overall I enjoyed the entire experience I had at Chapman Ford and Im very happy with my new car.
