I enjoyed my experience here. The first time, I came around 5p and they were too busy and stopped taking customers. The second time, I came around 10a and had a much better experience. I got a standard oil change and a tire rotation for $50. They quoted me 30 minutes, but it took closer to 60. Things happen, I get it. All in all, pretty satisfied. Also, 97% sure they cleaned my windshield without me even asking them! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ˜

I went to Wal Mart to pay a bill and they didnt touch my car at all. Which is good, because i didnt need anything done to it. Thanks google notifications for allowing me to give a shout out to these guys

Amazing customer service! Blew a tire on my way back to school after spring break on a Sunday afternoon. Called them and they said they could get us in if we could get there quickly, as they were closing in a half-hour. We made it there as quickly as we could and they got us in, even staying a few minutes late to finish it. They did a great job quickly. Would say I am looking forward to coming back, but hopefully I am never in that situation again! Thanks

The tire service center told me they couldnt install my factory option OEM 20 wheels because it would be unsafe. I guess I need to call and let Toyota know about all the unsafe Tundras and Sequoias they have on the road. How stupid can u be?

Horrible service. Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. 20miles after I left my TPM came on and I called and told them. Came back in and the lady at the front desk said I probably ran over something when I left. They decided to look at it and reset my TPM. Left and 20miles later light comes on again, so I call back and now all of a sudden something is wrong and it’s a coincidence they don’t want to take blame for anything.

On March 29th around 3:30 Pm I deiced to have my oil changed while I shopped. I told them I had an appointment at 4:40 at the vision center. I told the lady that checked me in that I wouldnt be back until later. She said that would be fine.So when I returned no one was there. I had to return to the service desk to pay and receive my keys back. Which isnt a big deal since they were closed but I had no warning.The very next day I took my car into a local shop for a vibration problem. Then the technician came out to show me the problem I was having and then asked if I wanted an oil change. I explained that I just had an oil change done at Walmart. He informed me there was no possible way anything was done. He pointed out the sticker was out of date, the oil was burnt and the filter was never changed.Im currently waiting on a response back.

Nothing but problems at this place. They refused to balance one single tire because it was almost 2 hours before they closing. Lady behind the counter speaks rudely to EVERY customer. And this is not the first time they have provided horrible service and customer service for me. If you can avoid going here for your automotive needs please do. They do not take responsibility for their mess ups and will call you a liar right to your face if you try and tell them other wise (yes this happened with auto service manager).

I would give them a zero if it were an option. I have been having issues all weekend with my low tire pressure gauge coming on. Everytime I checked the pressure, one tire would be significantly low. Saturday evening I was out of town and the light comes on, I fill the tire and get back to marysville. The light pops on again. At this point its late and nothing is open . First thing Sunday morning I tried to take it to tire discounters as they are preferred when it comes to tires. They happened to be closed on sundays. So, I take it up to Walmart. The guy comes out and tells me there is no slow leak and the tire is absolutely fine. He proceeds to tell me it could be my sensor and that my tire pressure was fine. I questioned how it could be a sensor when my pressure continued to show in the 20s. He assured me it was fine. On my way to work this morning in Dublin the light comes on again. I have a guy I work with check my pressure, again its in the 20s. After work I take it to tire discounters, no obvious nails or leaks so they proceed to the tire off of the rim and there they find a slow bead leak. The employee told me I was lucky to have brought it in when i did as the tire just wasnt holding the pressure and easily could have blown and caused an accident. And to top it all off, they did all of this including the fix for free. Walmart charged me 10 dollars which is no big deal but coupled with the fact that they didnt even search beyond surface visual testing. it could have caused someone injury, it is just not ok. My tires are brand new as of November of 18.. this was not something that was due to long term use or neglect of upkeep. Shame on Walmart for swindling people and with such a dangerous thing. I put my trust in you, my life and others around me. You should really be ashamed. I will never utilize your services again.

Went in on a Sunday evening to get a battery. Auto center was closed. Too the new as well as old battery to the front of the store and stood in line to check out. The kid had to call a manager as he had never sold a battery. (Core deposit and warranties) anyhow, she rang me out and informed me that I was supposed to go to the service desk. I was greatful that I didnt have to stand in that line also. Bottom line if you are going to buy a battery make sure the service center is open.

I read reviews of people who had a terrible store experience. I couldnt even get that far. I spent 45 minutes and three separate calls just trying to get the Bellefontaine auto center to answer the phone after hanging up on me the first time. All that time wasted just to be told that their tire machine is down and they are waiting for a part to fix it. Grrr. So I called the auto center in Marysville only to be hung up on again when the guy supposedly went to look for my tire size. When I called back the guy quoted me the wrong size so I said f this, and called tire discounters. If they are this incompetent on the phone, I couldnt imagine being there in person. Does Walmart even make money in their auto centers? With the high rate of customer DISSATISFACTION it would seem not.
