Professional people, explained the process well. I do 99% of my own automotive care and modifications so it’s always tough for me to drop any of my vehicles off at any shop but these people made me feel comfortable about it, went above and beyond with the work. They fixed things that they didn’t have too just too make sure their work looked good, my WRX looks better than it did before the parking lot incident, in fact better than it has in years. Got it done early and kept it safe until I could come pick it up. All around great experience, and now I have a preferred local body shop as I am new too this area and needed that. Thanks again for all your work guys! I’ll send anyone your way who asks where too go for body repair.

Service King met my needs of servicing my vehicle for repairs. Would recommend for those that have USAA. Rental facility convenient to repair facility.

What I admire about this business the most after using them is how the woman at the front desk was so very helpful answering my questions. I was stressed out already due to having my car, my baby, being repaired, but my mind was put at east getting my questions answered. My only frustration is the time. I was hoping they’d have my vehicle back to me by now, but they’re saying they are totally backed up and they won’t get to it until the end of the month. I know a lot has to be done with the front end, but still I was hoping for faster. Still, I can’t fault their professionalism and their quality of work. Thank you all in advance!

34 hours of quoted labor took a month, when I asked about it I was talked to like I was stupid and didnt understand how time worked. They missed the first quoted date.

This place was great and helpful. I would use them if someone hits my car again! Very helpful and easy process.On a non quality related note- This is like the 5th review they have sent me and it is getting annoying. From texts, emails, a phone call before the review telling me reviews are coming.....cmon please stop. I took off 1 star for this.

Service King was great! Very friendly and upfront about what was going on. I had been in a hit and run and they were the repair shop through my insurance. They kept me updated the entire way of the ordeal and checked in regularly. They communicated with me more then the insurance I was filing through. They did great work and paint matched very well. Definitely recommend!

My car was involved in a hit and run. I just purchased it in November of 2019 so to say it was a bummer is an understatement. My insurance company utilizes Service King so that was where it was dropped off. The funny thing about doing business and or life in general are bumps that get in the way and having your new car t-boned at 5:30am is one heck of a bump.Communication at times was lacking between insurance and repair. The time estimate for completion was missed by a wide margin. The repair work and paint blending was done very well with door and trunk gaps that are spot on. It is very difficult to see indications of bodywork and frankly that is the bar that needed to be met. Time will tell how well the paint cures and matches.Sure the car, especially the glass needed to be cleaned a bit better, but being in a shop filled with dust it cant be perfect or as good as cleaned myself.If the time goals and communication were better this review would be one star higher.

Service king was able to get my car in quickly and completed the job on time. They took care of the insurance side of things and the car looks great.

Do not take your car here!!! I have always had a good experience through my insurance company, but I have filed a complaint because I was so disappointed with the service at this shop. When I went to pick up my car after the repairs were made, I immediately noticed that the paint colors didn’t match, and told them I was not satisfied. They said they could repaint the side of the car and they would call me the next day. Well, the next day they had me drive an hour to get the shop for the second day in a row just to have the manager tell me it was the best they could do. I was really unhappy but after weeks of driving a rental I reluctantly signed the paperwork and took my car. When looking more closely, I found spattered white specks of paint on areas of the car around the repairs. They also left a rough, unfinished surface of paint on part of the repaired area. Really sloppy job. I am currently in the process of working with another shop to fix the job they did here and other auto painting professionals have agreed with my assessment that it was poorly done. Save yourself the trouble and don’t take you car to Service King Marysville

Dropped my car off on a Thursday at 1, had it back by 5 on Friday. They replaced my bumper, washed and vacuumed out my car. Couldnt be happier with how it turned out.

Easily the worst place to have your car fixed. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY ARE A PERFERED VENDOR! I was quoted 12 hours of work and they have had my car for a month and half now. I could have fixed the car myself quicker, and they are the professionals. They also called my insurance and informed them that the car was picked up over a week ago and closed he claim. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED

They would have had a 5 star rating but they messed up on my hitch.. very polite friendly staff.. did excellent work on my bumpers but when I kept asking about my hitch they assured me they were putting on the right one and they did not.. I have a Chevy Silverado 1500HD which means my towing capacity is More than 7000-9000lb and I trusted them and didn’t realize the hitch they put on is only 5000lb...apparently the workers here do not understand what the HD stands for.. it is a limited edition.. they only made a few HD on the 1500.. meaning I am bigger than the average 1500.. now I have to spend extra money to put the right hitch on

When you give out an estimated time and price. And charge for it. You have to stand by it . Not just say oh, its not done and I dont think it will be done by then honestly.

Took a week to get parts, not terrible. Got some kind of solvent on 3 locations (small) that ate away the clearcoat. Then touched it up without saying anything with no clear coat. Looked terrible and out of place. So we called them out on it. Said they touch up customers normally and for free, dont touch someones car they pay good money for without consent especially if it wont look factory new which it is. Went back for bumper it was wrong. They then touched it up with clear coat in front of us and now it looks even worse. The replaced bumper was obviously flawed but installed anyway. Now waiting for new bumper which is a huge inconvenience to have to give up the car again. Do not use this location, not sure they have the required pride to do the work you will be paying for. And it doesnt take much to satisfy me most days.2 months later now and Service King has gone dark. No communication and no replacement bumper. Gonna have to go through insurance to deal with the issue now. And wont be allowing them to do the work.

How do you give less than one star. Do not let the insurance company bully you into using this group of incompetent amateurs.3 trips to this shop to see the repairs incorrect 3 times. Only picked this shop because the guys insurance didnt want to pay for the rental in the mean time.Now were back to the original shop we were going to to fix everything service kings messed up including panel alignment, paint, body alignment, wheel replacement, and lenses.Not professional at all.And they try to repair broken parts instead of replace and charge for replace.. ridiculous.The insurance company that strong armed us into using them was usaa so poo on them too for the record.
