They didnt contact me to tell me what the damage and estimate of costs and time to repair my car was. I tried texting but they said they didnt see my texts until several days later when I finally called around to find out. They said I was supposed to have my car back in a week it is 11 days after that initial due date and counting. They said it was finished (8 days later than originally quoted) and when I went to pick it up I only made it 1.5ft out of the parking spot because there were problems with the suspension and possibly the alignment. They usually have Firestone deal with suspension and alignment so that is not strictly calibers fault, but it was a very noticeable issue and I am surprised no one caught it. They still have the car so we will see. Also, when I went to pick it up they hadnt really cleaned the interior much, just a light vacuum. When I have had to go to other body shops my car came back on time and fully detailed with no residual issues. I will say that the lady at the counter I have been in contact with has excellent customer service and been helpful. I do appreciate that there is also an enterprise office on-site which makes rental return very easy. The paint work also looked good.

Overall experience was definitely a 5 star experience. The customer service was something I had never experienced or witness from other vehicle repair establishments or auto service outlets. I was sent daily text updates on the entire repair process for my vehicle. No insurance issues or payment complications. Extremely, extremely satisfied. Job well done to Brian and his team at Caliber Collision. Oh, the quality of the repair, you would not know something was ever wrong.

Repairs to my SUV were done while I was on vacation for a week. I was kept well informed during the whole process by text messaging, (which did not interfere with my vacation). When i was informed my vehicle was done a day early, I texted that i wouldnt be back in time to get it, so they kept it inside until I returned. The employees there are courteous, friendly and professional and my repairs look fabulous too. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision!! they do a much higher quality of work and customer service, than down the street at Gerber Collision!

When I picked my car up, it looked better than before I had wrecked it. They even managed to get my black upholstered interior 100% free of little white dog hairs! I was really impressed with all of the work they did.

A difficult repair and lots of back and forth with insurance, but they persisted in making sure the job was done to manufacturers recommendations, it was safe, and that I was taken care of. They did a great job of keeping me informed, taking my calls, answering questions, following up on my concerns, and making sure I was pleased with the end result. Job well done!! I was rear-ended and took my car to Caliber for repairs. They got me in very quickly, were extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and texted me updates regarding the progress made on the repairs. The original estimate was that my car would be in the shop for 2 weeks but they got everything taken care of in 1 week! Kelly and Katie in the front office helped me from start to finish and they were awesome! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Caliber Collision in Smky Pt has the WORST customer service imaginable. I had two open claims on my vehicle. The payment through my insurance company was applied on the wrong claim. Now Caliber Collision wont refund my insurance company. My adjuster is having a very hard time dealing with them. They lie and hide behind blocked number. The admitted that their office messed up on the payment but wont process a refund timely so the claim can be paid out to the new body shop. I am now going on week two with my car at another shop ready because my adjuster cant reissue me payment until they are reimbursed by Caliber Collision. The regional manager refuses to give out his phone number. All around shady business. They tried to push me around saying if I wanted the refund that my insurance company sent that they applied to the wrong claim, they would have to charge me sales tax on a service I never had received. Then it was taken to the corporate level, still nonresponsive. The manager Brian is very rude if you want to take your business elsewhere. The wont be responsive to my insurance company on when the refund will be processed. I am going on three weeks now.. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS.. The work they did on my previous claim isnt even that great looking at it now a month later. It was convenient to go to them due to location which I regret ever taking business to this shop. They are seriously worse than a hungry used car salesmen.

Excellent service and daily updates were provided regarding the progress of our repair. Body work completed was first rate.

I hope I never need body work done again, but if I do, I’ll come back here. Took my car in 8/3 for a quote, Kelli called me later that afternoon with a reasonable quote for the damage I done. Parts were order and my truck was finished 8/10 with the complete price close to the original quote. My truck is back to its original glory and couldn’t be more thankful.

Go to a shop.of your choice. These guys work for your insurance company NOT you. After market parts (important ones). No clear.communication about repair time (took truck in for 2 hrs of labor on Tuesday and was lucky to have it back by Friday night) this makes me wonder if they get a kickback from Enterprise Car Rental which seems to always be colocated with Calibre. Pick your own shop dont use insurance company shills.

These guys are excellent! They fixed body damage to my car that required removing a door, all trim and interior panels, outside trim, and bumper cover. When they were done, they painted the door, polished the car, and it looked (and was) as good as new; like nothing ever happened. Antonia, my service rep, was awesome! She personally made sure my car was perfect. Highly recommended.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will assisted us in the repair process and was very communicative and updated us regularly about the timeline. Our repairs look fantastic and the car was returned washed and vacuumed.

My 2019 SI was hit in november. After dealong with insurance for a bit and waiting on a check i took my car here. They checked it in i think on the 21st of january and got it back to me in 3 days! They send texts every monday, wednesday, and friday to update you personally on your vehicle which wasnt needed much in my case but overall a great experience.

They will drive you home after you drop your car off and pick you backup when its finished, I think it is an amazing service for though who cant get a rental car. Thank you so much caliber collision, S.L.

I wish I could write a better review but the facts are what they are, on December 27th I was told to go ahead and bring my vehicle in but to wait until the morning because of parking, on the 28th I dropped it off and informed it would be a slim chance they could look at it that day (Friday) . I called the next week, on Monday, asked for an update and when I stopped by to get one they said they hadn’t looked at it and wouldn’t until after the holiday (New Years) we came up with a game plans, which included outsourcing it to a actual frame shop as they weren’t capable of doing any work to a lifted truck. I stressed that was important and so was time management. Now, Thursday, I was told they can’t do any work. This has cost me an entire week and 4 full working days with zero progress. I feel that the staff was ignorant to processes and it is a costly error. $350 in the cost of rental car alone. I am extremely disappointed. Don’t even bother going. It was (evidently) be a waste of time and energy. No matter how specific you are ..

Vehicle was fixed when promised, excellent paint match and cleaned. Did have to wait in the office for 15 to 20 minutes on two occasions. Seems there was only one person assigned to handle my insurance companys claims and no one available as a backup when that person was busy.

Great service / friendly, very help in everyway. Updates on stages how my vehicle was very informative and often. They go above and beyond what Is was needed even after my vehicle was fixed.

I too really wanted to walk away satisfied with this company. Sorry to say this did not happen. I was greeted with all the welcome one could ask for but thats where it ended. I was told I would get updates from the start of the process on my car. Never happened. On the day it was promised 3 days later I was told in the morning it was waiting for detail cleaning. I went that afternoon only to find that this was a lie. They were waiting to replace the hatch button they broke. The detail never happened the car had tape marks and dirt all over it when I did receive it. I got in to drive out and happened to look at my mileage and noticed 11 miles over what the check in miles were. They took quite a joy ride in my car. I went into the office and asked where I was met by more lies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Took almost 2 weeks to do my windows ....sucked money out if me like I was rich. ...dissambled parts of my car i didnt want them to without my permission...my back door will not open now...they were rude to me and my husband...EXTREMELY un-professional....they had 2 tasks and could not complete them as promised AND DID I mention my back door is broken? Yeah...better business bureau here I come! Do NOT let these shysters anywhere near your vehicle...i wll be contacting corporate as well. UNACCEPTABLE

Our vehicle was involved in a 5-car rear-end pile up on the freeway. Due to a quick decision to turn hard to the right as the rear end collision approached, we didnt hit the car in front of us but instead hit the curb HARD with the front right but stopped the chain reaction.I contacted the insurance company and we were given a list of shops that could do the repairs. I called Caliber Collision first with the intention of calling a few other places as well but didnt bother after speaking on the phone to a wonderfully calm, patient, and thorough receptionist. We told our insurance company that we selected Caliber Collision and the car was delivered to them.Within a few days we had a quote for the back of the car to be repaired including a new bumper, lights, paint, etc. So far this was a standard repair workup. Things changed a little bit from this point, though.On Tuesday Ryan Y. called me and explained where we were with the process and told me the car should be ready by Friday. We spoke DAILY about the progress and I mentioned on Thursday that I was concerned about the front end suspension/wheel/tire due to hitting the curb. He said that insurance claim only spoke about the rear do the the rear end collision but would look into it. Sure enough the rim and tire looked damaged.Ryan called me later after PERSONALLY speaking to my insurance company and explaining how the damage was caused during the collision and was given approval to get those replaced. The only rim for the VW Golf TDI was in the East Coast and would be a week out. We needed the car sooner so he 2-Day Air-ed the wheel! Such good service!The wheel arrived and Ryan dropped the car off at Les Schwab for an alignment and after they didnt get to the car soon enough, took it to Firestone. They were unable to get it to align due to damaged suspension parts so Ryan contacted our insurance company again to request that they cover the suspension damage and was given approval.He pushed our car through this process the whole time but walked us through it simultaneously.When we got the car back it looked PERFECT! The auto techs know their stuff! The painted bumper matched the car perfectly and no one can tell our car ever got hit, even us!Thanks again for fighting for the customer!
