I was in the store on Oct 28th waited over 30 min to be told they couldn’t really help me! Had a lost phone and was trying to replace it through insurance! Need the address on my account! Customer service was extremely poor! Women Manager was rude and extremely unprofessional! Very upset ! Called customer service today- issue was taken care of and new phone on its way! I will NEVER promote Foxcroft store!
Terrible customer service! Ordered 2 new phones at the beginning of April and still do not have themTracking details show delivered to the store on Foxcroft on 4/29 and 5/3 but they claim they dont have them.I just keep getting passed around to multiple employees who either cant help or are unwilling to!Ive been an excellent paying, loyal customer of 18 years until today when I was left with no choice but to switch providers!

Ive been trying to help my mom and dad upgrade their phones for well over a month now and noone at this location has been able to assist.They didnt have a problem promising a sweet package in store but when it comes to trying to solve a problem of finding their phones all they do is pass you off to the main US Cellular call center, who is unable to assist as well. Both phones have been delivered to the store but the store claims otherwise. They are paying for phones they dont have...lets find them already!
I rate this place and its store workers highly BUT rate the phone service low. Never had a problem over the years until I upgraded my service. Now its constant trips back in there. Takes longer getting texts. Calls will black in and out while talking missing part of conversation or just keep loosing call multiple times. Half the time I cant even get service. Have tried two different phones with same result. Dont want or need repeated trips to store. All I want is a phone and service that I am paying to get. The in store people have been great with me but that doesnt solve my problem. I just want what they are taking my money for.

The store has excellent customer service; unfortunately, the actual cell phone service is complete garbage. I receive text messages about 40 minutes to an hour after they are sent, consistent phone call drops, and while on my way to work (from Jefferson county to martinsburg), there are multiple dead spots. And thats without taking any back roads. I have one year left on this contract and I can not wait to leave this company!

So ive had problems with my bills for like 6 months now, i have been in the store so many times and never got things figured out, until today. Zack, Ian, and Grace were so amazing. The guys worked so hard to figure things out but it was something above their control so Grace took over. Grace got everything taken care of as well as almost $1000 in credits that were due on my account. Was thinking of switching carriers but after today i wouldnt trade my service for anything!!! Thanks to them we were relieved...
We absolutely love the customer service at us cellular. We switched from another provider and have loved the service. The only flaw is youre in roaming in va but with no roaming charges it makes it not a problem.
Very nice, and dedicated to getting you out as soon as possible! They usually open up lines for people just paying bills, and try to handle things as nicely as they can! :D

I am not impressed with US Cellular. I switched to US cellular from straight talk thinking I would be happier with their service. I was not. The bill creeped higher and higher each month even after canceling anything extra (phone insurance) and getting all the available discounts (paperless billing and auto pay). Though the representatives are friendly and seem to try to be helpful, there aren’t enough of them working at once to see customers in a timely manner. I even heard them tell customers they should just go home and get online to do whatever they came to the store to do because it would be faster. I switched back to straight talk a couple of days ago saving me about 40 dollars a month and doubling my internet. I personally do not recommend US cellular. I was not happy here and feel that I made a mistake ever switching over to them in the first place.

U.S. celluar is the wost cell phone carrier I have ever been with. Service is the worst i have ever seen.But,I do have to say a lady named Tess a us celluar associate provided the best customer service possible. She goes above and beyond and is a face for the company. If anyone else is having issues with their phone and service.#talk2tess
Waited 30 minutes to pay on cellphone I left. Need some one at the store to handle that kind of business while other employees are taking care of phone service.

I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD. Do NOT, repeat do NOT get their service!!! The service drops outside Martinsburg, and half the time in Martinsburg text messages stall, phone call do not go out. We signed up when they had a promo of buying out your old contract. Thats a JOKE!! They lie. I now have a bill in collections for Sprint because of them. I just paid it tonight, because I was not notified about it until I saw it hit my credit. Bryce and his manager are LIARS. If you want to try it out go sit in the waiting area (cause when you have a problem you at least have to sit there for an hour waiting) and listen to everyone complain about their bills. Data going over etc...and then they turn around and act like its you. BOGUS!! How can you go over your data when the damn service never works in the first place. I will tell every stranger I pass that US Cellular, Bryce and his manager BLOWS CHUNKS! And I will be going to corporate and voicing my opinion to them about how Bryce and his Manager lie to get you to sign up. Bryce might be the top seller in the store, but not for 2016 after I tell everyone I pass at Target, Martins, Walmart (I swear everywhere) that this place SUCKS! And run, no not run - NEVER EVER consider going there!

Absolutely terrible cellular service. Do NOT sign up for this.Note: The personnel at the store are usually friendly, this review does not apply to them specifically.US Cellulars service is absolutely horrid. Ive had a cell phone on every major network and this is by far the worst. US Cellular assured us we would get cell phone service on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship while it was at sea by a tower they owned that was mounted on the ship. This tower must be made of paper mache because any calls are only heard as computerized buzzing sounds and elongated delays of the persons voice - impossible to carry on a conversation. The texting plan we pay for also was not functional while on the ship.While being out at sea is obviously a whole new challenge, US Cellulars service just in West Virginia is terrible. Half of my texts dont send, their towers are not 3G equipped for smartphones, and they unfortunately have a monopoly in the city of Martinsburg. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR US CELLULAR. YOU WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED.
