Nice staff and they have a good variety of items and services.

This store has no clue what they are doing.. my husband bought a iPhone 11 from them and they put in the wrong SIM card which froze my husband account and they refused to fix just kept saying gotta wait it out that they will get it fixed. We ended up going to a different boost mobile store and they had his phone fixed in 20 minutes

If i could rate no stars i would. This store has put me through the worst. I went before Christmas to get my daughter an iphone and we got it. Not even to hours later the phone would not pick up a signal at all. We brought it back the next day and they told me it was defective. Then we are in there for about two hours and they finally decided to try a different phone. Come to turn out that one would not turn on. Then they gave us one on display. It turned on and everything. They told us that if this phone had issues we could not go back to them. I noticed something weird when the battery would not tell me what the percentage was. It was not working right. Then i noticed that it would only last about two hours then it would die. Well now today the phone wont even charge. Im sick of this store getting their way with people. $255 dollars wasted.

Went into store with issue got resolved. Always gives me good deal. This is the number one boost store in martinsburg!

Went to store and brought iPhone 7 at a great price. Love this store!!

The man behind the counter was named Billy, he decided to try to rip me off. I had allready paid for the $80 phone. He didnt let me see the the phone i had already paid for. Then, after i waited almost an hour for him to get my phone set up, its not coming up on the computer so after he kept trying, he tried to make me pay 40 extra dollars for a phone that i had not even seen yet after already paying 80dollars for it, he tried to get me to leave and i decided that wasnt a good idea because i wanted to get all of this over with. I was told to get out of my store he didnt want to give me my money or phone so told them to call the police after that he told me ill take your phone and your money. His mother finally came out after i was called a crackhead his mother finally gave me a refund after everything.
